Abstract

L'invention porte sur un procédé de réalisation de gestion de service multimédia pour appel, qui comprend les opérations suivantes : lorsque les informations d'événement d'appel provenant d'un dispositif de requête d'appel sont reçues, les informations d'événement d'appel sont envoyées à un dispositif de requête de service Web sur la base d'une notification de gestion d'évènement d'appel à laquelle est abonné le dispositif de requête de service Web; les informations de réponse à l'appel envoyées par le dispositif de requête de service Web sont reçues; il est indiqué à un dispositif de commande d'appel de répondre à l'appel sur la base des informations de réponse à l'appel, les informations de notification de réponse à l'appel sont envoyées au dispositif de requête de service Web et cela permet que le dispositif de requête de service web indique au dispositif de commande d'appel de gérer l'appel provenant du dispositif de requête d'appel en utilisant un service multimédia. L'invention porte également sur un système et un dispositif correspondants pour réaliser une gestion de service multimédia pour appel. Par application de la présente invention, la capacité de gestion pour appel du service Web de notification d'appel est améliorée, il n'est pas nécessaire de spécifier la position de langage de balisage extensible vocal (Voice XML), et le problème consistant en ce que le support de Voice XML par des produits de télécommunication n'est pas très bon actuellement est évité.
