为实现上述目的本实用新型所釆用的技术方案是: 一种快换口模卡环钳, 包括钳头组件和钳柄组件, 所述钳头组件和钳柄组件通过短销轴和偏心轴连 接为一体, 其特征在于:
所述钳头组件包括: 左、 右钳头、 上下压板、 压板铆钉、 中心轴、 挡板、 挡板轴、 限位销、 扭簧、 扭簧销、 左、 右半圓口模;
所述左、 右钳头平行夹置于上下压板之间, 釆用压板铆钉定位连接; 所 述中心轴位于上下压板之间、 左、 右钳头中部, 且与压板铆钉平行设置, 用 以保证左、 右钳头同步运动; 所述左、 右钳头上部内侧对应设有半圓凹槽, 其内对应镶嵌左、 右半圓口模; 所述左、 右钳头上部在钳头厚度方向的中间 位置, 分别开有与左、 右半圓口模外缘相交的扇形槽, 扇形槽与左、 右钳头 的上部内侧设有的半圓凹槽相通; 所述挡板通过挡板轴嵌设于钳头上部的扇 形槽内; 所述挡板上设有限位槽, 与嵌设于钳头扇形槽内的限位销配合限位; 所述挡板下部设有扭簧, 通过扭簧销设于钳头上部的扇形槽内, 扭簧一端抵 靠在扇形槽底, 另一端抵靠在挡板上; 所述半圓口模外圓周设有环形槽, 挡 板在扭簧作用下插入半圓口模外圓周的环形槽内。
所述钳柄组件包括: 左手柄、 右手柄、 手柄中心轴;
所述左、 右手柄通过手柄中心轴定位转动配合;
所述钳头组件的左、 右钳头底部通过短销轴和偏心轴分别与左、 右钳柄 的上部连接且转动配合。
所述左、 右钳头的上部内侧开有半圓凹槽, 其槽口上、 下两处相向设有 突起, 所述半圓口模嵌装于钳头半圓凹槽内。
所述钳头组件中, 半圓口模两端平面外侧设有内凹平台, 在口模外圓周 上开有一道浅环形槽, 所述环形槽位于口模轴向厚度的中间位置。
所配设的左、 右半圓口模是 PEX管路用铜卡环口模、 不锈钢袖筒箍口模 和铝塑管路用袖筒箍口模。
本实用新型的有益效果是: 该快换口模卡环钳主要是在左、 右钳头内镶 嵌半圓口模, 通过挡板的微动旋转, 实现口模的快速固定和脱开。 通过旋转 偏心轴的角度, 来调整手柄的力量, 保证压紧后的尺寸符合要求, 通过快速 更换不同规格的口模, 实现一钳多用的目的。 该快换口模卡环钳结构简单, 适用于不同材质和规格的管件连接, 且操作简单, 更换快捷。 其设计合理, 有效保证应用性能安全可靠, 且适用范围非常广泛。 本实用新型组装简便, 易形成产品规模化、 标准化生产, 有效降低生产和使用成本。

如图 1-图 5所示, 一种快换口模卡环钳, 是由钳头组件和钳柄组件连接 组成。
所述的钳头组件釆用快换口模钳头结构, 由左、右钳头 1、 上、 下压板 7、 压板铆钉 8、 中心轴 9、 左、 右挡板 2、 14, 挡板轴 3、 限位销 4、 扭簧 5、 扭 簧销 6、 左、 右半圓口模 13连接组成; 所述左、 右钳头 1通过压板铆钉 8连 接于上、 下压板 7之间, 左、 右钳头 1中心设有中心轴 9。 在左、 右钳头 1上 部沿钳头厚度方向的中间位置开有扇形槽 1-1 , 左、 右钳头 1上部内侧开有半 圓凹槽 1-2, 且半圓凹槽 1-2的槽口上、 下两处相向设有突起 1-3 , 扇形槽 1-1 与半圓凹槽 1-2相通, 左、 右挡板 2、 14通过各自挡板轴 4装于钳头的扇形槽 1-1 内, 嵌入钳头的限位销 4位于挡板 2的限位槽 2-3内, 扭簧 5通过扭簧销 6装于扇形槽 1-1内, 扭簧一端抵靠在扇形槽 1-1底部, 另一端抵靠在挡板 2 上; 左、 右挡板 2、 14与对应设有的限位销 4、 扭簧 5、 扭簧销 6形成限位、 复位配合; 即左、 右挡板 2、 14以各自挡板轴 3为轴转动, 左、 右挡板 2、 14 上的限位槽 2-3与限位销 4限位配合,由限位销 4对挡板 2、 14摆角进行限位, 扭簧 5将挡板 2、 14压向半圓口模 13。
所述半圓口模 13的两端面外侧设有内凹平台 13-1 , 外圓周中部设有环形 槽 13-2, 半圓口模 13镶嵌于钳头内侧的半圓凹槽 1-2内, 半圓凹槽 1-2的槽 口处的突起 1-3与半圓口模 13的内凹平台 13-1配合构成口模的轴向定位结 构, 挡板 2的凸起 2-1插入半圓口模外圓周的环形槽 13-2内, 构成口模的轴 向定位结构。
所述左、 右半圓口模 13对应镶嵌在钳头 1的半圓凹槽 1-2内, 并沿半圓 凹槽 1-2轴向移动配合; 当半圓口模 13移动到和钳头 1相平时, 挡板 2、 14 自动插入半圓口模 13外周的环形槽 13-2内, 将半圓口模 13卡住; 左、 右钳 头 1以各自压板铆钉 8为轴旋转, 同时, 在中心轴 9的作用下, 保证左、 右 钳头 1的同步动作。
挡板 2的外侧设有齿形结构 2-2 , 更换口模时便于用手指拨动。
钳柄组件是由手柄中心轴 11 , 左手柄 12 , 右手柄 17连接组成, 左手柄 12, 右手柄 17以手柄中心轴 11为轴打开或闭合。
钳头组件中的左、 右钳头 1分别通过短销轴 10和偏心轴 15和钳柄组件 的左、 右手柄 12、 17相连接, 通过左、 右手柄 12、 17的张开或闭合, 带动 左、 右钳头 1的张开或闭合。
所述偏心轴 15的一轴端设有轴帽, 其周边设有若干半圓弧槽, 内六角螺 钉 16嵌入其中一个半圓弧槽内, 将偏心轴 15定位固连于右手柄 17上。
所述偏心轴 15的偏心部位与右钳头尾孔配合, 通过转动偏心轴 15可以 改变右钳头和右手柄 17的装配位置, 从而调整卡环钳的闭合预紧力度。
在使用该快换口模卡环钳时, 应根据所使用的管材和规格选取相对应规 格的半圓口模 13。 卸下半圓口模 13时, 先将快换口模卡环钳的左、 右手柄 12、 17打开, 使卡环钳处于张开状态。 用手指拨转左挡板 2 , 沿轴向轻推左 侧半圓口模 13 , 直至半圓口模 13与左钳头 1脱离, 松开左挡板 2; 右侧半圓 口模 13的拆卸操作同左侧半圓口模。 安装时, 先将钳体打开, 钳头 1处于张 开状态。 拨转左挡板 2, 将左半圓口模 13与钳头 1半圓凹槽 1-2对齐, 轻推 半圓口模 13入半圓凹槽 1-2。 当半圓口模 13与钳头 1平齐时,松开左挡板 2 , 半圓口模 13被左挡板 2卡住; 右半圓口模 13安装操作同左侧半圓口模。
所配设的左、右半圓口模 13是 PEX管路用铜卡环口模、不锈钢袖筒箍口 模和铝塑管路用袖筒箍口模; 可根据使用需要快速更换, 十分方便。
使用该快换口模卡环钳卡压管件时, 把该快换口模卡环钳张开, 将被卡 压的卡环或卡箍含入钳口内, 双手压动手柄, 直到左、 右手柄 12、 17闭合至 极限位置, 然后完全张开手柄, 一次卡压完成。 在卡压过程中, 若卡压后的 尺寸过大或作用力较小时, 通过调整偏心轴 15的位置, 来保证卡压后的尺寸 达到要求。 调整时, 将右手柄 17前部的内六角螺钉 16卸下, 顺时针或逆时 针旋转偏心轴至下一半圓孤槽位置, 将圓弧槽与右手柄 17上的螺紋孔对齐, 把内六角螺钉 17拧紧; 再次夹紧测试, 直至夹后管件尺寸达到要求为止。
上述参照实施例对该快换口模卡环钳进行的详细描述, 是说明性的而不 是限定性的, 可根据需要制成各种不同的规格, 因此在不脱离本实用新型总 体构思下的变化和修改, 应属本实用新型的保护范围之内。
