本实用新型是关于一种换气扇, 尤其是一种安装于天花板的带照明天 花板埋入换气扇。 技术背景
图 1 为日本专利 8— 271009 中所公开的带照明的天花板埋入换气扇 1000示意图, 由埋入天花板 100里面的机体 200、 该机体下面的天花板面 上设有空气吸入开口 210、 罩住该吸入开口的面罩 220、 且在该面罩上设 有照明装置 230而构成。
像这样现有的带照明天花板埋入换气扇, 照明装置 230 是从天花板 100面并突出于其下侧设置构成的, 给人一种压迫感。 本实用新型的内容
本实用新型提供一种带照明天花板埋入换气扇, 从天花板面突出较 少、 无压迫感。
为实现上述目的, 本实用新型提供一种带照明天花板埋入换气扇, 包 括嵌入设置于天花板里面的机体及水平设置于机体内的送风机和设置于 机体下面的照明装置, 照明装置围绕着送风机的吸风口而设置,并且,设置 在位于天花板的内侧。
沿着从机体下面开口到送风机的吸风口的风路, 设有带环状的发光部 的照明装置。
从机体下面开口到送风机的吸风口的风路处设有格栅, 照明装置设置 在低于该格栅的下方。
设有连接机体下面的开口和送风机的吸风口的导风结构, 在该导风结 构的一部分上设置有照明装置。
至少把所述的导风结构的一部分设置成照明透光构造。
所述的照明透光构造是由透明或是半透明性材料而形成。
所述的导风结构为圆形的外扩形状, 并在该导风结构上, 设有带圆管 型的荧光管的照明装置。
所述的导风结构为四角形的外扩形状, 并在该导风结构的各边上, 设 有带直管型的荧光管的照明装置。
所述的导风结构遮盖机体和天花板的分界处, 与送风机的吸风口相连 接。
本实用新型的优点在于照明装置设置于机体的内部, 不突出于天花板 的面, 因此整体位置较高, 不会让使用者产生压迫感。 同时, 由于照明装 置是围绕着吸风口而设置的,所以换气时,也不会对吸入的空气造成阻碍。 附图说明

如图 2所示, 为本实用新型第一实施例示意图。 一种带照明天花板埋 入换气扇 1000, 包括机体 200及水平设置于机体内的送风机 300。 沿着从 机体 200下面开口 250到送风机 300的吸风口 240的风路, 设有带圆环状 的发光部的照明装置 230,该照明装置 230围绕在送风机的吸风口 240处。 由于照明装置 230设置于机体 200的内部, 不突出于天花板 (图中未示) 的面, 从换气扇的机体 200内照射室内。 另, 因为照明装置 230是围绕着 吸风口 240而设置的, 所以换气时, 不会对吸入的空气造成阻碍。
如图 3所示, 为本实用新型第二实施例示意图。 一种带照明天花板埋 入换气扇 1000, 包括机体 200及水平设置于机体内的送风机 300。 还设有 连接机体 200下面的开口(图中未示)和送风机 300的吸风口(图中未示) 的导风结构 260,该导风结构 260为圆形的外扩形状,其中一部分 261 (上 述外扩形状的下摆部分到水平部分)采用丙烯等的透明或是聚碳酸酯等的 半透明性材料, 形成照明透光构造 262。 并且, 由形成环状发光部的圆管 型的荧光管 270构成的照明装置 230设置在该导风结构 260的一部分 261 上, 此时荧光管 270发出的光线可以穿过导风结构 260上的照明透光构造 262 , 但整个照明装置 230仍设置于机体的内部, 不突出于天花板 (图中 未示) 的面。 同时, 沿着上述导风结构 260, 室内空气通过送风机 300被 吸入。 换气和照明互相没有阻碍。
另外, 本实施例中所述的形成环状发光部的圆管型的荧光管 270, 可 以是复数个以发光二极管为代表的点光源汇集而成的发光部。
另外, 导风结构 260的一部分 261设置为照明透光构造 262, 当然, 用上述的半透明性材料, 把整个导风结构 260设置成照明透光构造 262也 可以。 而且, 上述的半透明性材料也可以是用丙烯、 玻璃等的透明材料加 工而形成的。
再如图 3所示, 导风结构 260遮盖机体 200和天花板(图中未示) 的 分界处, 与送风机 300的吸风口(图中未示)相连接。此处, 导风结构 260 兼作遮盖着天花板埋入换气扇机体的下面开口(图中未示)的面罩, 同时, 也遮盖机体 200的法兰盘, 把空气引导至送风机的吸风口 (图中未示)。 由于导风结构 260可以兼作面罩, 使装置简单化。
如图 4、 图 5所示, 为本实用新型的第三实施例示意图。 如第二实施 例那样设置于机体 200内部的照明装置 230与一般的露出于天花板设置的 照明装置相比, 其灯光照射的范围较小, 亮度也降低了。 也就是说, 灯光 不能向照明装置的外周方向照射, 其作为照明装置的照度降低了。 于是, 本实施例中, 相对第二实施例, 照明透光构造 262设置于导风结构 260的 略垂直部分。 也就是说, 照明透光构造 262设置于导风结构 260的外扩形 状的下摆部分的水平部分到下摆部分的略垂直部分。 即连接 200下面的开 口 250和送风机 300的吸风口 240的部分。 而且, 与照明装置 230相比, 格子形状的格栅 280设置于更靠近送风机 300的吸风口 240部分。

另外, 室内进行换气时, 为使空气穿过而设置的格栅 280与一般的设 置在照明装置上的格栅相比, 其更容易脏污, 把照明装置 230设置在格栅 280的上方, 会使得格栅 280上的脏污更加明显。 于是, 在本实施例中, 把照明装置 230设置在低于格栅 280的下方, 脏污不会像上面所述的那样 明显。
如图 6所示, 为本实用新型第四实施例示意图。 与第三实施例不同在 于,导风结构 260和荧光管 270的形状不同。在本实施例中,导风结构 260 为四角形的外扩形状, 并在该导风结构 260的各边上, 设有带直管型的荧 光管 270的照明装置。 沿着上述导风结构 260, 室内空气通过送风机 300 被吸入, 并且, 导风结构 260的一部分为发光的环状, 照射室内。

2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种带照明天花板埋入换气扇, 其特征在 于: 沿着从机体下面开口到送风机的吸风口的风路, 设有带环状的发光部 的照明装置。
3、 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种带照明天花板埋入换气扇, 其特征在 于: 从机体下面开口到送风机的吸风口的风路处设有格栅, 照明装置设置 在低于该格栅的下方。
4、 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种带照明天花板埋入换气扇, 其特征在 于: 设有连接机体下面的开口和送风机的吸风口的导风结构, 在该导风结 构的一部分上设置有照明装置。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的一种带照明天花板埋入换气扇, 其特征在 于: 至少把所述的导风结构的一部分设置成照明透光构造。
6、根据权利要求 5所述的一种带照明天花板埋入换气扇,其特征在于: 所述的照明透光构造是由透明或是半透明性材料形成。
7、 根据权利要求 4所述的一种带照明的天花板埋入换气扇, 其特征 在于: 所述的导风结构为圆形的外扩形状, 并在该导风结构上, 设有带圆 管型的荧光管的照明装置。
8、 根据权利要求 4所述的一种带照明的天花板埋入换气扇, 其特征 在于: 所述的导风结构为四角形的外扩形状, 并在该导风结构的各边上, 设有带直管型的荧光管的照明装置。
9、 根据权利要求 4所述的一种带照明的天花板埋入换气扇, 其特征 在于: 所述的导风结构遮盖机体和天花板的分界处, 与送风机的吸风口相 连接。
