Abstract

A presente invençao refere-se a um dispositivo (11 ) especialmente projetado para isolar termicamente um espaco predeterminado do compartimento refrigerado do refrigerador ou freezer. O dispositivo (11 ) compreende pelo menos uma placa isolante (12) que se estende por uma extensão transversal do compartimento refrigerado (12) correspondente à extensão transversal de uma prateleira (10) do refrigerador. Em uma concretização preferida da presente invenção, a placa de material isolante (12) coopera com a prateleira (10) do refrigerador, entre uma posição inoperante, onde não existe o isolamento de um volume do compartimento refrigerado, e uma posição operante, na qual um volume ocioso é isolado.
