Abstract

Line-Cleaning Ball-Moss-Clearing Machine comprises 34 reciprocally important parts. This machine enables us to clean electricity lines of any epiphyte plant (ball moss) growing on them, preventing the lines from short circuiting by touching together, which causes a significant loss of energy and an economic loss to the country.  Moreover, removing this epiphyte blight improves the landscape of the communities afflicted by it, and they also form a sort of curtain during storms and hurricanes, which increases the risk of collapse due to the weight of the water and the strength of the wind and, more importantly, potential human tragedies and material damage that could be caused if the cables collapsed are avoided. To date, almost no line maintenance has been carried out due to its high cost, hence the current state and risk. The importance of the line-cleaning ball-moss-clearing machine lies in its simplicity and ease of use as well as its usefulness in maintaining power lines.  Remote control makes it easy to move it forwards or backwards.

OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓNOBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a machine that removes or cleans lines of all types of low or medium voltage cables of electrical or non-energized energy, which requires a cleaning of harmful flora, with the aim of, in the case of cables or energized lines, obtain energy savings and therefore economical by avoiding the short circuits that occur from the contact of one plant with another, placed on a different line.
At this date there is no such maintenance, so that an overload of this pest is observed, or in the best case, the cleaning is carried out manually, carrying with it a number of difficulties, such as the high cost of doing it this way, as well as inconvenience for the user due to the high time in which said operation is carried out. It is worth mentioning that by removing this pest, it will help to improve the landscape of the villages that suffer from it, as well as prevent possible damage to the power lines and their surroundings, since the weight they add to the wiring represents a significant danger during storms and hurricanes.
ANTECEDENTESBACKGROUND
At present there is no machine with the purpose of cleaning the power lines. Through a study conducted on overhead power lines In Mexico and South America, it was found that many of them present a plague of harmful flora of the epiphytic plant known as Tillandsia (Bromelaceae, sp.), commonly called tenches or carnations of the air. This species grows mainly in humid, temperate or warm regions such as coastal areas and tropical rainforests.
This loss is directly proportional to the number of individuals who come into contact with each other. If we add the amount of energy that is lost with each contact, considering that there are millions of tenchos in states of the Mexican Republic, such as Veracruz, Campeche, Tabasco, Oaxaca, etc., we would obtain a huge amount of pesos lost due to the waste of Ia Energy.
La Máquina DestenchadoraIn order to avoid this enormous loss of energy and money to the country, the Clean Line Remover Machine has been conceived. The Disassembly Machine
