Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de séchage de biomasse solide comportant une pluralité de cyclones (1A à 1E) disposés en série, chaque cyclone comportant une partie inférieure conique, dont un premier cyclone (1A) comporte une conduite d'alimentation en gaz chaud (2) et une conduite de sortie du gaz (3A) et dont les autres cyclones (1B à 1E) comportent une conduite d'entrée (4B à 4E) et une conduite de sortie (3B à 3E) du gaz, chaque cyclone comportant une conduite verticale inférieure (5A à 5E) d'écoulement des solides vers le plafond du cyclone adjacent. Selon l'invention, ladite conduite d'alimentation en gaz chaud (2) débouche dans le plafond du cyclone supérieur (1A) et ladite conduite d'entrée du gaz (4B à 4E) des autres cyclones débouche également dans le plafond du cyclone correspondant.
