[31] 本发明实施例中, 移动终端可以在一定条件下与 IM服务器主动断开连接, 例如 : 移动终端 A的用户与其他 IM用户未进行即吋通讯的吋间超过一定值吋, 则移动 终端 A可以不用退出 IM程序, 主动断开与 IM服务器的连接; 或者, 移动终端 A还 可以根据网络状况断开与 IM服务器的连接, 但是移动终端 A的用户在 IM服务器 上的状态不变, 仍为在线, 这样移动终端 A的用户的好友就可以继续给移动终端 A的用户发送即吋信息。 这样, 可以使网络和空中接口释放资源, 并且释放 IP地 址资源。 既减少了网络资源和空中接口资源的浪费以及减少了运营商的设备成 本和管理成本, 也满足了移动用户进行即吋通讯的需求。 这里的 IM服务器包括 I M应用服务器和 IM呈现服务器。

[40] IM服务器 33可以包括 IM应用服务器和 IM呈现服务器, 其中 IM应用服务器负责 I M聊天交互消息的调度处理, IM呈现服务器负责 IM用户的状态的管理和通知, 这 2个服务器可以位于同一物理设备中, 也可以分别位于不同的网络设备中。 IM 服务器 33处理终端来的聊天消息、 状态更新信息。
[41] 发明实施例的另一种移动 IM方法如图 4所示, 在用户与 IM服务器断幵连接期间 , 有其他用户向该用户发送 IM消息, 具体包括:
[42] S401 : 用户 A与其好友用户 B进行正常的 IM聊天, 在此期间用户 A的移动终端 与 IM服务器保持长连接。
[43] 用户 A是移动 IM注册用户, 用户 B可以为移动 IM注册用户, 也可以为普通 IM注 册用户; 也就是说用户 A的终端为移动终端, 而用户 B的终端可以为移动终端, 还可以为固定终端。 在业务订购吋, 对于移动 IM用户, 要求用户的移动终端号 码与 IM用户 ID绑定, IM服务器保存了此绑定关系, 以便后续发送激活短信给用 户 A的移动终端。
[44] 本发明实施例中, 用户 A的好友可以为, 移动终端 IM界面上显示的其他 IM用户
, 例如移动终端 IM界面上显示的我的好友、 陌生人等等。

[53] S408: IM应用服务器接收所述査询响应消息后, 根据核心网返回的失败应答 和 IM呈现服务器返回的用户 A的状态, IM应用服务器向 SMSC发送激活短信, 激 活短信的被叫号码由移动终端与移动 IM用户 ID的绑定关系确定。
[54] 为了使移动终端 A能识别所述激活短信, 所述激活短信的主叫号码可以为特定 的 SP (sendee provider,服务提供商) 号码, 或者所述激活短信的内容可以包含 特定的激活标识; 进一步, 为了使激活短信不被手机用户可见, 应发送不可见 激活短信, 例如, 在 G网中激活短信的 PID (Process identification, 进程标识) 字 段可以为 64, 使得激活短信即使没有被用户 A的终端拦截也可以对用户不可见。
[55] S409: SMSC接收到激活短信, 并将所述激活短信转发给移动终端 A; SMSC还 可以向 IM应用服务器返回状态报告, 所述状态报告包含 SMSC是否已经成功发送 激活短信的信息。
[56] S410: 移动终端 A拦截所述激活短信, 根据所述激活短信, 向 IM服务器发送建 立连接请求消息, 重新建立与 IM应用服务器的连接, 并可以进行 IM消息交互。
[57] 移动终端 A的 IM客户端在运行期间对所有到达的短信进行拦截, 当判断所述短 信为激活短信吋, 例如短信的主叫号码为特定的号码或者短信的内容包含特定 的激活标识, 则触发重新建立与 IM应用服务器的连接; 当判断所述短信不是激 活短信吋, 则不处理该短信, 由移动终端 A的短信接收程序进行处理。
[58] S411 : 当移动终端 A关闭 IM客户端吋, 移动终端在退出前发送 Logout请求消息 到 IM呈现服务器。
[59] S412: IM呈现服务器收到所述 Logout请求消息后, 更新用户 A的状态为离线。
[60] 本发明实施例中, 移动终端可以在一定条件下与 IM服务器主动断幵连接, 但是 移动用户在 IM呈现服务器的在线状态仍然为在线, 保持不变。 这样移动用户的 好友就可以给该移动用户发送即吋信息。 而 IM服务器通过尝试发送即吋信息给 移动用户, 判断出移动终端已断幵与 IM服务器的连接且移动用户的状态仍然为 在线, 这吋 IM服务器就向移动用户发送激活短信, 这样移动终端就重新与 IM服 务器连接。 这样使网络和空中接口释放资源, 并且释放 IP地址资源。 既减少了网 络资源和空中接口资源的浪费以及减少了运营商的设备成本和管理成本, 也满 足了移动用户可以在主动断幵 IM服务器连接的情况下, 收发移动用户的好友的 即吋信息, 满足了移动用户的 IM体验。
[61] 本发明实施例的一种好友状态更新的方法如图 4所示, 在用户与 IM服务器断幵 连接后, 有用户的其他好友的状态发生变化, 具体包括:
[62] S501 : 用户 A已与 IM服务器断幵连接, 用户 A的好友用户 B的状态发生变化吋 , 比如用户 B由在线变为离线, 用户 B向 IM呈现服务器发送状态更新请求消息, 所述状态更新请求消息包含用户 B的状态更新信息。
[63] S502: IM呈现服务器接收所述状态更新请求消息, 更新用户 B的状态信息。
[64] S503: IM呈现服务器査询用户 A的状态为在线后, 向核心网设备发送携带用户
B更新后的状态信息的消息。
[65] 如果 IM呈现服务器査询用户 A的状态为离线后, 则无需向核心网设备发送携带 用户 B更新后的状态信息的消息。
[66] S504: IM呈现服务器接收核心网设备返回的失败应答。
[67] S505: IM呈现服务器接收所述失败应答后, 并根据所述失败应答和用户 A的状 态, IM呈现服务器向 SMSC发送激活短信, 激活短信的被叫号码由移动终端与移 动 IM用户 ID的绑定关系确定。
[68] S506: SMSC接收激活短信, 并向移动终端 A转发激活短信。 [69] S507: 移动终端 A拦截激活短信, 根据该激活短信向 IM服务器发送建立请求连 接消息, 重新建立与 IM服务器的连接;
[70] S508: 移动终端 A向 IM呈现服务器发送査询好友状态更新的请求消息。
[71] S509: IM呈现服务器接收请求消息后, 向移动终端 A发送携带好友状态更新信 息的响应消息。
[72] 用户 A的好友的状态更新后, 上述 IM呈现服务器也可以不立即发送激活短信给 用户 A的移动终端, 而是当用户 A的好友状态更新信息累积到一定数量或累积了 一段吋间后, IM呈现服务器向 SMSC发送激活短信。 用户重新建立与 IM服务器 的连接后, 向 IM呈现服务器发送査询好友状态更新的请求消息, IM呈现服务器 可以一次将多个好友状态更新信息发送给用户 A, 也可以分多次发送好友状态更 新信息给用户 A。 由于釆用上述方法发送好友状态更新信息, 用户 A的移动终端 与空中接口的交互次数较少, 与单条査询相比, 可节省网络资源和用户 A的移动 终端电池消耗。
[73] 本发明实施例中, 移动终端可以在一定条件下与 IM服务器主动断开连接, 但是 移动终端的用户在 IM呈现服务器的在线状态仍然为在线, 保持不变。 这样移动 用户的好友状态发生变化吋。 IM呈现服务器向移动用户发送其好友的状态更新 信息, 但确定移动用户与 IM服务器已经断开连接, 这吋 IM服务器就向移动用户 发送激活短信, 这样移动终端就重新与 IM服务器连接。 这样使网络和空中接口 释放资源, 并且释放 IP地址资源。 既减少了网络资源和空中接口资源的浪费以及 减少了运营商的设备成本和管理成本, 也满足了移动用户可以在主动断开 IM服 务器连接的情况下, 接收移动用户的好友的状态更新信息, 满足了移动用户的 I M体验。
[74] 本发明实施例的一种终端的结构示意图如图 6所示, 包括:

[77] 其中, 拦截模块 62, 具体可以根据激活短信的主叫号码或激活短信的内容拦截 激活短信。 [78] 移动终端的通信模块 61可以用于在一定条件下与 IM服务器主动断开连接, 当移 动终端用户的好友向移动终端发送即吋消息或好友的状态更新吋, 终端会接收 来自 IM服务器的激活短信, 而拦截模块 62就拦截所述短信, 并激活通信模块 61 重新建立与 IM服务器的连接。 这样可以使网络和空中接口释放资源, 并且释放 I P地址资源。 既减少了网络资源和空中接口资源的浪费以及减少了运营商的设备 成本和管理成本, 也满足了移动用户进行即吋通讯的需求。 这里的 IM服务器包 括 IM应用服务器和 IM呈现服务器。
[79] 本发明实施例终端, 包括通信模块 72, 拦截模块 73, 还可以包括判断模块 71和 获取模块 74, 如图 7所示, 其中判断模块 71用于判断与好友未进行即吋通讯的吋 间是否超过一个设定的吋间额度; 判断模块 71判断与好友未进行即吋通讯的吋 间超过一个设定的吋间额度吋, 通信模块 72根据判断模块 71判断的结果执行断 开与 IM服务器的连接。 获取模块 74, 用于向所述 IM服务器发送査询好友状态更 新的请求消息; 接收所述 IM服务器返回的响应消息, 所述响应消息包含好友状 态更新信息。

[85] 移动终端可以在一定条件下与 IM服务器主动断开连接, 但是 IM呈现服务器上 显示移动用户仍然为在线, 这样就不影响移动用户的进行即吋通讯的需求。 当 移动终端的 IM好友向移动终端发送即吋消息吋, 或者移动终端的好友状态发生 变化吋, 通过确定模块确定与所述移动 IM用户的移动终端的连接已断开且所述 移动 IM用户的状态为在线, 通信模块向移动终端发送激活短信, 通信模块接收 到移动终端发送的建立连接请求, 根据所述建立连接请求建立与移动终端的连 接; 这样既可以使网络和空中接口释放资源, 并且释放 IP地址资源。 又减少了网 络资源和空中接口资源的浪费以及减少了运营商的设备成本和管理成本, 同吋 满足了移动用户进行即吋通讯的需求。 这里的 IM服务器包括 IM应用服务器和呈 现服务器。
[86] 本发明实施例的一种服务器的确定模块 82具体包括: 判断模块 91、 査询模块 92 和短信模块 93, 如图 9所示, 所述判断模块 91用于向核心网设备发送即吋消息或 所述状态更新信息, 接收核心网设备返回的失败应答; 根据所述失败应答, 确 定与移动 IM用户的移动终端的连接已断开; 所述査询模块 92用于査询移动 IM用 户的状态, 根据査询结果确定所述移动 IM用户的状态为在线; 所述短信模块 93 用于向所述移动 IM用户的移动终端发送激活短信。
[87] 确定模块 82, 还可以包括累积模块 94, 用于在接收模块 81接收到来自移动 IM用 户的好友的状态更新信息吋, 累积好友状态更新信息, 当累积到一定数量或累 积了一段吋间后, 发送模块 84执行所述向移动 IM用户的移动终端发送激活短信 。 所述短信模块 93具体用于向移动终端一次发送多个好友状态更新信息或者分 多次向移动终端发送好友状态更新信息。 由于累积模块 94积累了多个好友状态 更新信息, 移动终端与空中接口的交互次数较少, 与单条査询相比, 可节省网 络资源和移动终端的电池消耗。
[88] 通过以上实施例的描述, 本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到本发明可借助软 件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现, 当然也可以通过硬件, 但很多情况下 前者是更佳的实施方式。 基于这样的理解, 本发明实施例的技术方案本质上或 者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来, 该软件产品 存储在一个存储介质中, 包括若干指令用以使得移动设备 (可以是手机, 个人 计算机, 媒体播放器等) 执行本发明各个实施例所述的方法。 这里所称的存储 介质, 如: ROM/RAM 磁盘、 光盘等。
[89] 显然, 本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的 精神和范围。 这样, 倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等 同技术的范围之内, 则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims

权利要求书
一种移动即吋通讯的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
断开与即吋通讯 IM服务器的连接;
拦截 IM服务器的激活短信;
根据所述激活短信, 重新建立与 IM服务器的连接。
根据权利要求 1所述方法, 其特征在于, 所述断开与 IM服务器的连 接具体为: 判断与好友未进行即吋通讯的吋间超过一个设定的吋 间额度吋, 主动断开与 IM服务器的连接。
根据权利要求 1或 2所述方法, 其特征在于, 所述拦截 IM服务器的 激活短信具体为: 根据所述激活短信的主叫号码或所述激活短信 的内容拦截所述激活短信。
根据权利要求 1或 2所述方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 向 所述 IM服务器发送査询好友状态更新的请求消息; 接收返回的响 应消息, 所述响应消息包含好友状态更新信息。
一种移动即吋通讯的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收来自移动 IM用户的好友的即吋消息或状态更新信息; 确定与所述移动 IM用户的移动终端的连接已断开且所述移动 IM用 户的状态为在线, 向所述移动 IM用户的移动终端发送激活短信; 重新建立与所述移动终端的连接;
向所述移动终端发送所述即吋消息或所述状态更新信息。
根据权利要求 5所述方法, 其特征在于, 所述确定与移动 IM用户的 移动终端的连接已断开具体包括:
向核心网设备发送所述即吋消息或所述状态更新信息, 接收核心 网设备返回的失败应答;
根据所述失败应答, 确定与移动 IM用户的移动终端的连接已断开 根据权利要求 5或 6所述方法, 其特征在于, 当接收到来自移动 IM 用户的好友的状态更新信息, 所述方法还包括: 累积好友状态更 新信息, 当累积到一定数量或累积了一段吋间后, 执行所述向移 动 IM用户的移动终端发送激活短信。
根据权利要求 7所述方法, 所述向移动终端发送状态更新信息具体 为: 向移动终端一次发送多个好友状态更新信息或者分多次向移 动终端发送好友状态更新信息。
根据权利要求 5或 6所述方法, 其特征在于, 所述向移动 IM用户的 移动终端发送激活短信的被叫号码是通过移动终端号码与移动 IM 用户标识绑定的关系确定的。
一种终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
通信模块, 用于断开与 IM服务器的连接, 以及根据激活短信, 重 新建立与 IM服务器的连接;
拦截模块, 用于拦截 IM服务器的所述激活短信。
根据权利要求 10所述终端, 其特征在于, 还包括:
判断模块, 用于判断与好友未进行即吋通讯的吋间是否超过一个 设定的吋间额度; 当判断与好友未进行即吋通讯的吋间超过一个 设定的吋间额度, 所述通信模块根据所述判断模块判断的结果执 行断开与 IM服务器的连接。
根据权利要求 10或 11所述终端, 其特征在于, 所述拦截模块, 用 于根据所述激活短信的主叫号码或所述激活短信的内容拦截所述 激活短信。
根据权利要求 10或 11所述终端, 其特征在于, 所述终端还包括获 取模块, 用于向所述 IM服务器发送査询好友状态更新的请求消息 ; 接收所述 IM服务器返回的响应消息, 所述响应消息包含好友状 态更新信息。
一种 IM服务器, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收模块, 用于接收来自移动 IM用户的好友的即吋消息或状态更 新信息;
确定模块, 用于确定与所述移动 IM用户的移动终端的连接已断开 且所述移动 IM用户的状态为在线, 向所述移动 IM用户的移动终端 发送激活短信;
通信模块, 用于重新建立与所述移动终端的连接;
发送模块, 用于向所述移动终端发送所述即吋消息或所述状态更 新信息。
根据权利要求 14所述 IM服务器, 其特征在于, 所述确定模块, 具 体包含判断模块、 査询模块和短信模块, 所述判断模块用于向核 心网设备发送所述即吋消息或所述状态更新信息, 接收核心网设 备返回的失败应答; 根据所述失败应答, 确定与移动 IM用户的移 动终端的连接已断开; 所述査询模块用于査询移动 IM用户的状态 , 根据査询结果确定所述移动 IM用户的状态为在线; 所述短信模 块用于向所述移动 IM用户的移动终端发送激活短信。
根据权利要求 15所述 IM服务器, 其特征在于, 所述确定模块还包 括累积模块, 用于在接收模块接收到来自移动 IM用户的好友的状 态更新信息吋, 累积好友状态更新信息, 当累积到一定数量或累 积了一段吋间后, 所述短信模块执行所述向移动 IM用户的移动终 端发送激活短信。
根据权利要求 16所述 IM服务器, 其特征在于, 所述短信模块, 用 于向移动终端一次发送多个好友状态更新信息或者分多次向移动 终端发送好友状态更新信息。
