Abstract

The present invention relates to a manual scooter with two pedals which are moved up and down in opposite directions, thereby generating driving force. The manual scooter comprises: a frame for forming the framework of the manual scooter; front and rear wheels rotationally installed, spaced from each other in the front and rear ends of the frame; and left and right rotary links installed on both ends of a drive shaft which is rotationally installed in the frame and which is distanced from a rear wheel axle, which is the center of rotation of the rear wheel, at a certain distance in the direction of the front wheel, each end of the left and right rotary links being connected to and rotating along with the drive shaft.
