Description

COMMERCIAL TRANSACTION SYSTEM, CLIENT DEVICE, COMMERCIAL TRANSACTION METHOD, AND PROGRAM RECORDING MEDIUM
The present invention relates to a commercial transaction system, a client device, a commercial transaction method, and a program recording medium, and more particularly to a technique that is preferably applied when a buyer who does not have a credit card performs a postpaid transaction for a product price.

When buying and selling goods in commercial transactions, it is fundamental that goods are delivered and payment is made at the same time. Of course, there is a case where the product is received in advance by paying the price later. For example, when a micro-enterprise or individual business owner conducts a commercial transaction, a transaction is performed in which products are delivered first and product prices are later paid together (purchased by multiplying the products). Such transactions are based on the trust of both parties and the close relationship between them.
On the other hand, in dealings with a large number of unspecified individuals, it is practically difficult to employ the above-mentioned buying and selling. As an alternative transaction method, there is a method using a credit card, which can be said to be the mainstream of the current postpaid transaction. As a matter of course, in order for the buyer to use the postpayment of the product price at the store, it is necessary to own a credit card. And in order for a buyer to own a credit card, the credit guarantee of financial institutions, such as a bank, is needed.
However, in reality, there are cases where a buyer who can be a purchaser has a predetermined income and property, but there is no credit guarantee of a financial institution and a credit card cannot be owned. In this case, since there is no credit guarantee by the buyer's financial institution, it is not possible to purchase goods by postpayment using a credit card at the store. In a modern society where consumers are diversifying, in order to activate consumer activities without stagnation, a commercial transaction method capable of dealing with such consumers is desired.
Incidentally, for example, Patent Document 1 discloses a settlement method for electronic commerce in which the reliability of settlement is improved in electronic commerce. In the settlement method, a credit line for settlement of electronic commerce is given to the user as at least a part of settlement funds, and an account payable for commerce is calculated based on the fact that a settlement request for commerce is input from the user to the settlement processing apparatus. It is determined whether or not it is within the settlement funds of the buyer of the commercial transaction, and when it is within the framework, at least the user is notified via the telecommunication channel that the settlement is approved.
Further, for example, Patent Document 2 discloses an information processing apparatus that assists in calculating a credit risk with high accuracy. In the information processing device, based on the information on the entered claim, specify a combination of characteristic values of the obligor risk characteristics and transaction risk characteristics, specify a classification based on the combination of the characteristic values, Identify an estimate of default rates on receivables based on the identified categories.

Here, as the transaction result of the purchase history item, normal transaction, unjust request, unjust claim, commodity exchange, refund, payment delay, unpaid, and buyer missing are defined. These transaction results are classified into defects of defect levels 0 to 5. The transaction result of a serious defect has a large defect level. For example, a normal transaction corresponds to a defect level 0 because there is no defect, and an unpaid or missing buyer corresponds to a maximum defect level 5 as a serious defect.
Next, specific operations of each device in the commercial transaction system according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described. FIG. 9 is a sequence chart showing the operation of each device in the first embodiment of the present invention. In addition, although it repeats, in 1st Embodiment of this invention, the transaction amount clearing apparatus 2 determines the propriety of the postpaid transaction of goods price using a buyer's transaction history.
When the buyer enters the store, the buyer selects one or a plurality of products that he / she wishes to purchase. The buyer proceeds to the transaction amount clearing apparatus 2 to settle the transaction amount of the product. The seller causes the reader device 27 to read the barcode assigned to each product. The reader device 27 acquires a product identification number made up of product numbers or alphanumeric characters from the read bar code, and outputs it to the checkout device 21 (step S1010). The checkout device 21 searches the product database 24 using the product identification number from the reader device 27, and acquires the amount of each product (step S1020). The settlement apparatus 21 adds up the amounts of one or a plurality of products, and displays the total amount of products that the buyer desires to purchase on the display device 26 (step S1030).
Further, the settlement apparatus 21 displays on the display device 26 a screen requesting selection of a transaction method for clearing the transaction amount. The display device 26 displays a plurality of transaction methods (product advance / transaction amount postpay, cash payment, credit card payment). The buyer uses the touch panel of the display device 26 from among a plurality of transaction methods (product advance delivery / transaction amount postpay, cash payment, credit card payment), and selects the product advance delivery / transaction amount postpay as the transaction method. The checkout apparatus 21 receives a selection signal indicating the pre-paid item and the post-payment of the transaction amount as a transaction method from the display device 26 (step S1040).
When the checkout device 21 receives a selection signal indicating product delivery / payment amount postpay as a transaction method, the transaction amount is the total amount of products that the buyer desires to purchase, and the transaction amount is postpaid / transaction amount postpaid transaction. Start the decision whether to allow the method. Further, the settlement apparatus 21 generates a transaction management number consisting of numerals or alphanumeric characters in order to manage this transaction (step S1050).
Next, the checkout device 21 displays a screen requesting the buyer to input biometric information on the display device 26. The buyer causes the biometric information input device 23 to read, for example, a fingerprint as biometric information. The biometric information input device 23 extracts feature points from the read fingerprint, acquires data consisting of a set of feature point coordinates as biometric information of the buyer, and outputs the data to the checkout device 21 (step S1060). Then, the settlement apparatus 21 transmits the transaction management number, the buyer's biological information, and the buyer's transaction information acquisition request to the transaction management apparatus 31 of the transaction management server 3 via the network 4 by the data communication apparatus 36 ( Step S1070).
On the other hand, the transaction management device 31 of the transaction management server 3 searches the purchaser information database 34 using the buyer's biometric information received from the transaction amount settlement device 2 as a key (steps S1080 and S1090). Then, the transaction management device 31 acquires the buyer's transaction information associated with the biometric information and the buyer's personal information (step S1100). The buyer's transaction information includes the buyer's transaction evaluation and the buyer's individual purchase history, as described above. Then, the transaction management apparatus 31 transmits the transaction management number, the buyer's transaction information, and the buyer's personal information to the settlement apparatus 21 of the transaction amount clearing apparatus 2 via the network 4 (step S1110).
Upon receiving the transaction management number, the buyer's transaction information, and the buyer's personal information, the settlement device 21 of the transaction amount clearing apparatus 2 transmits the transaction management number, the transaction amount, and the buyer's transaction information to the transaction determination device 22 ( Step S1120). The transaction judging device 22 uses the transaction management number, the transaction amount, and the buyer's transaction information received from the settlement device 21 to permit the transaction method of the pre-payment for the product advance / transaction amount selected by the buyer for the transaction amount. Whether or not is started (step S1130).
FIG. 10 is a flowchart showing an operation of transaction feasibility determination processing in the first embodiment of the present invention. First, the transaction determination device 22 of the transaction amount settlement apparatus 2 acquires transaction evaluation and purchase history from the buyer transaction information received from the transaction management server 3 (step S1131). And the transaction determination apparatus 22 extracts a normal transaction rate from transaction evaluation (step S1132). Next, the transaction determination device 22 extracts the number of transactions for each defect level corresponding to the transaction amount from the purchase history (step S1133). When the normal transaction rate is equal to or higher than the reference value (step S1134 / YES) and the number of transactions for each defect level is equal to or lower than the reference value (step S1135 / YES), the transaction determination device 22 permits postpaid transactions for the product price. A determination is made (step S1136). In other cases (steps S1134 / NO, S1135 / NO), the transaction determination device 22 determines to reject the postpaid transaction (step S1137).
The transaction availability determination will be described more specifically. The transaction determination device 22 determines whether or not to permit a postpaid transaction method for the prepaid transaction amount of the product, from the transaction information, the normal transaction rate of the buyer according to the transaction amount, the transaction amount and the defect level of the buyer The total number of defects corresponding to each of (defect level 1 to defect level 5) is used. In addition, when the transaction amount is low, the transaction determination device 22 determines only the normal transaction rate of the buyer according to the transaction amount, or the total defect according to the transaction amount and the defect level of the buyer (defect level 1 to defect level 5). Transaction permission may be determined using only the number of cases.
Regarding the normal transaction rate of the buyer according to the transaction amount and the total number of defects according to each of the transaction amount and the buyer's defect level (defect level 1 to defect level 5), the seller determines the reference value in advance in the transaction determination device 22 Is set. As conditions for permitting postpaid transaction methods for prepaid merchandise, the total amount of defects corresponding to the normal transaction rate of the buyer according to the transaction amount and the defect level (defect level 1 to defect level 5) of the transaction amount and the buyer The number of cases (for one year) needs to satisfy the standard value.
FIG. 8 is a diagram showing an example of a reference value table in the first embodiment of the present invention. In the reference value table, the reference value of the normal transaction rate of the buyer according to the transaction amount, and the total number of defects (for one year) according to the transaction amount and the defect level of the buyer (defect level 1 to defect level 5). The reference value is set.
The reference value of the normal transaction rate that is determined to be a transaction permission is set to increase as the transaction amount increases. For example, the reference value of the normal transaction rate with a transaction amount of 999 yen or less is 40%, but the reference value of the normal transaction rate with a transaction amount of 1,000 yen to 9,999 yen is set to 60%. In order to determine that the transaction is permitted, the normal transaction rate of the buyer needs to be the same as or higher than the reference value of the normal transaction rate according to the transaction amount. For example, if the transaction amount is 2,000 yen, the normal transaction rate needs to be 60% or more to determine that the transaction is permitted.
The reference value of the total number of defects (for one year) corresponding to each of the transaction amount and the buyer's defect level (defect level 1 to defect level 5) is set so as to decrease as the transaction amount increases. For example, the transaction amount is 999 yen or less, the standard value of the total number of defects at defect level 1 is set to 20, the transaction amount is 1,000 yen to 9,999 yen, and the standard value of the total number of defects at defect level 1 is It is set to 15 cases. In addition, even with the same transaction amount, the standard value for the total number of defects is set lower as the defect level increases. For example, the transaction amount is 999 yen or less, the reference value for the total number of defects at defect level 1 is set to 20, and the reference value for the total number of defects at defect level 2 is set to 5.
In addition, in order to determine that the transaction is permitted, it is necessary that the total number of defects (for one year) for each defect level of the buyer is the same as or lower than the reference value for the total number of defects according to the transaction amount. is there. For example, if the transaction amount is 2,000 yen, to determine that the transaction is permitted, the total number of defects at defect level 1 is 15 or less, the total number of defects at defect level 2 is 4 or less, and the total number of defects at defect level 3 It is necessary that the number of defects is 2 or less, the total number of defects at defect level 4 is 1 or less, and the total number of defects at defect level 5 is 0 or less. The reference value (one year) for the total number of defects at defect level 5 is set to zero. Therefore, if the transaction between the buyer and the online store apparatus 2 results in a transaction corresponding to the defect level 5 (unpaid or the buyer is missing), all transactions are not permitted for the buyer.
Returning to the description of the operation of each device (FIG. 9) in the commercial transaction system. As shown in FIG. 10, when the transaction determination device 22 determines that the buyer's transaction information satisfies the conditions for permitting the transaction method of the commodity advance / postpayment according to the transaction amount, the item delivery selected by the buyer -Allow postpaid transactions. And the transaction determination apparatus 22 produces | generates a transaction permission number, and transmits to the settlement apparatus 21 with a transaction management number and a buyer's personal information (step S1140).
The settlement apparatus 21 that has received the transaction management number, the transaction permission number, and the personal information recognizes that the transaction determination apparatus 22 has permitted the pre-paid product / transaction amount transaction selected by the buyer by acquiring the transaction permission number. Then, the checkout device 21 displays on the display device 26 that the transaction method for the prepaid item and the transaction amount is permitted. Further, the checkout device 21 uses the buyer's personal information (zip code, address, name) as the buyer's name and the transaction amount as the billing amount, and the billing destination, billing amount, billing amount payee account, An invoice in which the due date is written is created, and the invoice is printed and output from the output device 33 (step S1150).
The seller passes the invoice and one or more items to the buyer, and the buyer receives the invoice and the item. The checkout device 21 stores transaction management information including a transaction management number, a product identification number, a billing amount, a billing amount payee account, a payment date, and the buyer's personal information (buyer's identification number, zip code, address, name). Store in the transaction database 25 (step S1160).
Then, the settlement apparatus 21 terminates the transaction on the payment date, and reports information on the transaction result with the buyer to the transaction management apparatus 31 (step S1170). Unfair claims and unpaid items from the buyer are retained as defective transactions in the purchase history of the buyer. The settlement apparatus 21 transmits a normal transaction to the transaction management apparatus 31 as a transaction result when the charged amount is received from the buyer in the charged amount payee account by the due date. When there is no payment of the billing amount from the buyer to the billing amount payee account by the due date, the settlement apparatus 21 transmits a non-paid malfunction transaction (defect level 5) to the transaction management apparatus 31 as a transaction result. The loss of the transaction amount due to the unpaid buyer is the loss of the seller's store.
On the other hand, the transaction management device 31 of the transaction management server 3 additionally holds the transaction result information received from the settlement device 21 of the transaction amount clearing device 2 in the transaction information (transaction evaluation, purchase history) in the buyer information database 34. (Steps S1180 and S1190).
[Second Embodiment]
The second embodiment of the present invention is a commercial transaction system configured to determine whether a postpaid transaction is permitted on the server side. Since the overall configuration of the commercial transaction system of the second embodiment of the present invention is the same as that of the first embodiment, the description thereof will be omitted, and specific operations of each device in the commercial transaction system will be described. FIG. 11 is a sequence chart showing the operation of each device in the second embodiment of the present invention.
In the transaction price settlement apparatus 2, in order to settle the transaction price of the product, the reader device 27 reads the barcode and acquires the product identification number (step S2010). The checkout device 21 searches the product database 24 using the product identification number from the reader device 27, and acquires the amount of each product (step S2020). And the payment apparatus 21 acquires the total amount of goods (step S2030). Further, the settlement apparatus 21 acquires a transaction method for clearing the transaction amount (step S2040). Then, when the settlement apparatus 21 receives the selection signal of the transaction method of the prepaid item / postpayment of the transaction amount, it generates a transaction management number for managing this transaction (step S2050). Next, the checkout device 21 displays a screen requesting the buyer to input biometric information on the display device 26, and the biometric information input device 23 acquires the biometric information of the buyer (step S2060). Next, the settlement apparatus 21 sends a transaction management number, a purchaser's biometric information, a transaction amount (settlement amount), and a request for obtaining a transaction availability determination result to the transaction management server 3 via the network 4 by the data communication device 36. It transmits to the transaction management apparatus 31 (step S2070). In the second embodiment of the present invention, since the transaction possibility determination is performed on the server side, it is necessary to send information used for the transaction permission determination from the client side to the server side. Therefore, the client side transmits information on the transaction amount that has not been transmitted in the first embodiment of the present invention to the server side. In addition, when the permission determination for the postpaid transaction is issued, since it is necessary to confirm the transaction with the buyer on the client side, the client side transmits an acquisition request for the transaction determination result to the server side.
On the other hand, the transaction management device 31 of the transaction management server 3 searches the buyer information database 34 using the buyer's biometric information received from the transaction amount settlement device 2 as a key (steps S2080 and S2090). Then, the transaction management device 31 acquires the buyer's transaction information and the buyer's personal information associated with the biometric information, and transmits it to the transaction determination device 32 (step S2100). As described above, the buyer's transaction history includes the buyer's transaction evaluation and the buyer's individual purchase history. Whether or not the transaction determination device 32 permits the transaction method of the commodity advance / transaction amount post-payment selected by the buyer for the transaction amount using the transaction amount received from the transaction management device 31 and the buyer's transaction information. Is started (step S2110). The flow of transaction feasibility determination processing is as shown in FIG. 10 as in the first embodiment of the present invention, and the specific method of transaction feasibility determination is the same as that described in the first embodiment of the present invention. Therefore, the description is omitted here.
As shown in FIG. 10, when the transaction determination device 32 determines that the buyer's transaction information satisfies the conditions for permitting the product delivery / payment method according to the transaction amount, the product delivery selected by the buyer -Allow postpaid transactions. And the transaction determination apparatus 32 produces | generates a transaction permission number, and transmits to the settlement apparatus 21 with a transaction management number and personal information (step S2120, S2130).
The settlement apparatus 21 that has received the transaction management number, the transaction permission number, and the personal information recognizes that the transaction determination apparatus 32 has permitted the product prepaid / transaction amount postpaid transaction selected by the buyer by acquiring the transaction permission number. Then, the checkout device 21 displays on the display device 26 that the transaction method of merchandise advance / transaction amount postpay is permitted (step S2140). The settlement apparatus 21 receives input of transaction confirmation information from the input device 28, and acquires transaction confirmation information (step S2150). The transaction confirmation information is information indicating the confirmation of the transaction with the buyer, and may be, for example, a transaction confirmation flag that is input when a product is delivered. Then, after acquiring the transaction confirmation information, the settlement apparatus 21 transmits the transaction management number, the transaction confirmation information, and the billed amount to the transaction management server 3 (step S2160).
The transaction management device 31 receives the transaction management number, the transaction confirmation information, and the billed amount from the transaction amount settlement device 2 (step S2170), and then uses the buyer's personal information (zip code, address, name) and the buyer's name. Is used as the billing destination and the transaction amount is used as the billing amount. An invoice containing the billing destination, the billing amount, the billing amount payee account, the due date, etc. is created, and the invoice is printed from the output device 33 and output. (Step S2180). The output invoice is sent to the buyer using the buyer's personal information (zip code, address, name). The transaction management device 31 also includes transaction management number, product identification number, billing amount, billing amount payee account, payment date, and buyer's personal information (buyer identification number, zip code, address, name). Information is stored in the transaction database 35 (step S2190).
At a later date, the transaction management device 31 ends the transaction on the payment date, and acquires information on the transaction result with the buyer (step S2200). Unfair claims and unpaid items from the buyer are retained as defective transactions in the purchase history of the buyer. And the transaction management apparatus 31 updates the transaction information (transaction evaluation, purchase history) of the buyer information database 34 using the acquired transaction result information (step S2210). The transaction management device 31 adds a normal transaction to the transaction information in the buyer information database 34 as a transaction result when the charged amount is received from the buyer in the charged amount payee account by the due date. When there is no deposit of the billing amount from the buyer to the billing amount payee account by the due date, the transaction management device 31 converts the unpaid defect transaction (defect level 5) into the transaction information of the buyer information database 34 as the transaction result. to add.
Moreover, the transaction management apparatus 31 remits the amount of money received to the store when the amount of money charged to the billed payee account is received from the buyer. On the contrary, when the transaction management device 31 determines that there is no payment of the charged amount from the buyer in the charged amount payee account, the transaction management device 31 compensates the store for the same amount as the transaction amount and sends the compensation money to the store.
As described above, according to the embodiment of the present invention, it is possible to make a prepaid transaction of goods according to the transaction amount and postpayment of the transaction amount using the purchase history of the buyer in the store.
The reason is that the transaction determination device 22 or the transaction determination device 32 determines whether or not to allow a postpaid transaction using the buyer's transaction information.
Further, according to the embodiment of the present invention, it is possible to guarantee that the purchase history is the purchase history of the buyer using the biological information of the buyer.
The reason is that the transaction management server 3 stores the purchase history in the purchaser information database 34 in association with the purchaser's biological information.
Further, according to the embodiment of the present invention, the online store can create a buyer's invoice using the buyer's personal information (zip code, address, name) obtained using the buyer's biometric information. It becomes possible.
The reason is that the transaction management server 3 stores the buyer's personal information in the buyer information database 34 in association with the buyer's biometric information, and when the transaction is permitted, the checkout device 21 or the transaction management device 31 This is because personal information is acquired based on biometric information and an invoice is created.
