  • Genetic conditions Sometimes disability is caused by abnormal genes inherited from parents, errors when genes combine, or other reasons. The most prevalent genetic conditions include Down syndrome, Klinefelter syndrome, Fragile X syndrome, Neurofibromatosis, Hypothyroidism congenital, Williams syndrome, Phenylketonuria, Prader-Willi syndrome. Other genetic conditions include Phelan-McDermid syndrome , Mowat- Wilson syndrome, genetic ciliopathy and phenylketonuria (PKU).

  • Hypothyroidism congenital Williams syndrome
  • Phenylketonuria Prader-Willi syndrome
  • Other genetic conditions include Phelan-McDermid syndrome , Mowat- Wilson syndrome, genetic ciliopathy and phenylketonuria (PKU).
  • Iodine deficiency affecting approximately 2 billion people worldwide, is the leading preventable cause of mental disability in areas of the developing world where iodine deficiency is endemic. Iodine deficiency also causes goiter, an enlargement of the thyroid gland. More common than full-fledged cretinism, as retardation caused by severe iodine deficiency is called, is mild impairment of intelligence. Certain areas of the world due to natural deficiency and governmental inaction are severely affected. India is the most outstanding, with 500 million suffering from deficiency, 54 million from goiter, and 2 million from cretinism. Among other nations affected by iodine deficiency, China and Ukraine have begun taking action, whereas Russia has not.
  • Malnutrition is a common cause of reduced intelligence in parts of the world affected by famine, such as Ethiopia.
  • Cerebellar and Cerebral degeneration is a disease process in which neurons in the cerebellum - the area of the brain that controls muscle coordination and balance - deteriorate and die. Diseases that cause cerebellar degeneration can also involve areas of the brain that connect the cerebellum to the spinal cord, such as the medulla oblongata, the cerebral cortex, and the brain stem. Cerebellar degeneration is most often the result of inherited genetic mutations that alter the normal production of specific proteins that are necessary for the survival of neurons.
  • Associated diseases Diseases that are specific to the brain, as well as diseases that occur in other parts of the body, can cause neurons to die in the cerebellum. Neurological diseases that feature cerebellar degeneration include:
  • cerebellar cortical atrophy • cerebellar cortical atrophy, multisystem atrophy and olivopontocerebellar degeneration, progressive degenerative disorders in which cerebellar degeneration is a key feature
  • Friedreich's ataxia, and other spinocerebellar ataxias which are caused by inherited genetic mutations that progressively kill neurons in the cerebellum, brain stem, and spinal cord transmissible spongiform encephalopathies (such as 'Mad Cow Disease' and Creutzfeldt- Jakob disease) in which abnormal proteins cause inflammation in the brain, particularly in the cerebellum
  • Symptoms The most characteristic symptom of cerebellar degeneration is a wide- legged, unsteady, lurching walk, usually accompanied by a back and forth tremor in the trunk of the body. Other symptoms include slow, unsteady and jerky movement of the arms or legs, slowed and slurred speech, and nystagmus — rapid, small movements of the eyes.
  • Cerebellar and Cerebral Hypoplasia is a developmental disorder characterised by the incomplete or underdevelopment of the cerebellum. It may be genetic, or occur sporadically. Cerebellar hypoplasia may be caused by thyroid abnormalities, environmental influences such as drugs and chemicals or viral infections, or stroke. In infancy, symptoms may include developmental delay, hyptonia, ataxia, seizures, mental retardation, and involuntary eye movements (nystagmus). At later ages, symptoms include headache, vertigo, imbalance, and hearing impairment. Cerebellar hypoplasia may be associated with other disorders including Dandy Walker syndrome, Werdnig-Hoffnian syndrome, and Walker- Warburg syndrome.
  • Cerebellar and Cerebral Atrophy is a common feature of many of the diseases that affect the brain. Atrophy of any tissue means loss of cells. In brain tissue, atrophy describes a loss of neurons and the connections between them. Atrophy can be generalised, which means that all of the brain has shrunk; or it can be focal, affecting only a limited area of the brain and resulting in a decrease of the functions that area of the brain controls. If the cerebral hemispheres (the two lobes of the brain that form the cerebrum) are affected, conscious thought and voluntary processes may be impaired.
  • Associated Diseases/Disorders The pattern and rate of progression of cerebral atrophy depends on the disease involved. Diseases that cause cerebral atrophy include:
  • Alzheimer's disease Pick's disease, senile dementia, fronto-temporal dementia, and vascular dementia
  • leukodystrophies such as Krabbe disease, which destroy the myelin sheath that protects axons • mitochondrial encephalomyopathies, such as Kearns-Sayre syndrome, which interfere with the basic functions of neurons
  • infectious diseases such as encephalitis, neurosyphilis, and AIDS, in which an infectious agent or the inflammatory reaction to it destroys neurons and their axons
  • Symptoms Many diseases that cause cerebral atrophy are associated with dementia, seizures, and a group of language disorders called the aphasias.
  • Dementia is characterised by a progressive impairment of memory and intellectual function that is severe enough to interfere with social and work skills. Memory, orientation, abstraction, ability to learn, visual-spatial perception, and higher executive functions such as planning, organizing and sequencing may also be impaired. Seizures can take different forms, appearing as disorientation, strange repetitive movements, loss of consciousness, or convulsions. Aphasias are a group of disorders characterised by disturbances in speaking and understanding language. Receptive aphasia causes impaired comprehension. Expressive aphasia is reflected in odd choices of words, the use of partial phrases, disjointed clauses, and incomplete sentences. [33]
  • Cerebellar and Cerebral Hypoxia refers to a condition in which there is a decrease of oxygen supply to the brain even though there is adequate blood flow. Drowning, strangling, choking, suffocation, cardiac arrest, head trauma, carbon monoxide poisoning, and complications of general anaesthesia can create conditions that can lead to cerebral hypoxia. Symptoms of mild cerebral hypoxia include inattentiveness, poor judgment, memory loss, and a decrease in motor coordination. Brain cells are extremely sensitive to oxygen deprivation and can begin to die within five minutes after oxygen supply has been cut off. When hypoxia lasts for longer periods of time, it can cause coma, seizures, and even brain death.
  • Cerebral Palsy is an umbrella-like term used to describe a group of chronic disorders impairing control of movement that appear in the first few years of life and generally do not worsen over time.
  • the disorders are caused by faulty development of or damage to motor areas in the brain that disrupts the brain's ability to control movement and posture.
  • Symptoms of cerebral palsy include difficulty with fine motor tasks (such as writing or using scissors), difficulty maintaining balance or walking, involuntary movements. The symptoms differ from person to person and may change over time.
  • Some people with cerebral palsy are also affected by other medical disorders, including seizures or mental impairment, but cerebral palsy does not always cause profound handicap. Early signs of cerebral palsy usually appear before 3 years of age.
  • Cerebral palsy may be congenital or acquired after birth.
  • Several of the causes of cerebral palsy that have been identified through research are preventable or treatable: head injury, jaundice, Rh incompatibility, and rubella (German measles).
  • Doctors diagnose cerebral palsy by testing motor skills and reflexes, looking into medical history, and employing a variety of specialized tests. Although its symptoms may change over time, cerebral palsy by definition is not progressive, so if a patient shows increased impairment, the problem may be something other than cerebral palsy.
  • Drugs can be used to control seizures and muscle spasms, special braces can compensate for muscle imbalance. Surgery, mechanical aids to help overcome impairments, counseling for emotional and psychological needs, and physical, occupational, speech, and behavioural therapy may be employed.
  • Encephalopathy is a term for any diffuse disease of the brain that alters brain function or structure. Encephalopathy may be caused by infectious agent (bacteria, virus, or prion), metabolic or mitochondrial dysfunction, brain tumour or increased pressure in the skull, prolonged exposure to toxic elements (including solvents, drugs, radiation, paints, industrial chemicals, and certain metals), chronic progressive trauma, poor nutrition, or lack of oxygen or blood flow to the brain.
  • infectious agent bacteria, virus, or prion
  • metabolic or mitochondrial dysfunction including solvents, drugs, radiation, paints, industrial chemicals, and certain metals
  • the hallmark of encephalopathy is an altered mental state. Depending on the type and severity of encephalopathy, common neurological symptoms are progressive loss of memory and cognitive ability, subtle personality changes, inability to concentrate, lethargy, and progressive loss of consciousness.
  • neurological symptoms may include myoclonus (involuntary twitching of a muscle or group of muscles), nystagmus (rapid, involuntary eye movement), tremor, muscle atrophy and weakness, dementia, seizures, and loss of ability to swallow or speak. Blood tests, spinal fluid examination, imaging studies, electroencephalograms, and similar diagnostic studies may be used to differentiate the various causes of encephalopathy.
  • Zs there any treatment? Treatment is symptomatic and varies, according to the type and severity of the encephalopathy. Your physician can provide specific instructions for proper care and treatment. Anticonvulsants may be prescribed to reduce or halt any seizures. Changes to diet and nutritional supplements may help some patients. In severe cases, dialysis or organ replacement surgery may be needed.
  • Treating the underlying cause of the disorder may improve symptoms.
  • the encephalopathy may cause permanent structural changes and irreversible damage to the brain.
  • Some encephalopathies can be fatal.
  • Kantakam 1 means 'Only a thorn can remove a thorn'
  • COST A prophylactic or a preventive and curative should be inexpensive to produce and deliver but majority of the available agents are very costly and beyond the reach of poor population, who are the frequent victims of the hazards. Whereas 'THE BRAIN REVIVER ' is very economical.
  • ADMINISTRA TION - Majority of the available drugs are as bitter as poison, means no palatability, hence people avoid to swallow OR injectebles (Parenterals) preparations are apprehended by majority of the people and the risk of anaphylactic shock is always present with almost all the injectables. Whereas 'THE BRAIN REVIVER ' is palatable (Mild sweet taste of lactose or suchrose). [69]
  • EXPIRY - Majority of the drugs expire within 2 or 3 years Whereas may be effective for 10 years if stored properly.
  • B3 Chronicity - Lower potency to initiate in acute cases and to be gradually increased. Higher potencies may be started in chronic cases,
  • B4 History - Infrequent doses of higher potencies in cases of history of frequent recurrence of the complaints and family history of the brain disorders.

[3] GLOSSARY OF THE TERMS USED HEREINAFTER:- '#' herein after represents
'Please refer the # No. of Glossary, Definitions and abbreviations'. '*' herein after represents 'Please refer * No. of reference A. Books'.
1. 1. Allopathy:- Conventional system of medicine. Derogatory term coined by founder of homeopathy, Dr. Christian Fredrick Samuel Hanhemann, to refer harsh practices of his days that supposedly 'humors' or 'conditions' by treating them with their 'opposite'. Some modern therapies can be construed to confirm to an allopathic rationale (e.g. using a laxative to relieve constipation).
1. 2. Anaphylactic shock : an often severe and sometimes fatal systemic reaction in a susceptible individual upon a exposure to a specific antigen (as wasp venom or penicillin or any stimulus even a prick of a needle) after previous sensitization that is characterized especially by respiratory symptoms, fainting, itching, and hives.
1. 3. Antagonistic.-A substance that tends to nullify the action of another. Action of the majority of the homeopathic medicines is nullified by aromatic compounds like coffee, camphor, thymol, menthol, eucalyptus, turpentine. Homeopathic medicines Nux Vomica and Camphor are very commonly used antagonistics of homeopathic medicines.
1. 4. Antidote:-A remedy for counteracting a poison. Although no homeopathic medicine has any poisonous activity but irrational use such as frequent repetitions of un indicated homeopathic medicine, particularly of low potency, may cause toxicity, which is to be antidoted by suitable antidote. Please note that the higher potencies of homeopathic medicines are so much diluted that it can never be harmful, even after frequent repetitions of un indicated medicine (s) i.e. irrational use, but can cause 'proving'. For definition of proving please refer proving defined herein under.
1. 5. Arndt - Schulz law:- Weak stimuli excite physiologic activity, moderately strong ones favor it, strong ones retard it and very strong ones arrest (Kills) it.
1. 6. Centesimal potency:- The designation 'C which is the Roman numeral for
100, represents dilutions that are manufactured by mixing one part of the starting material with Ninety Nine parts of the diluting solution. Each subsequent dilution repeats the process of 1:100 dilution. A 6C dilution, for example, has gone through the process 6 times and contains 1 part of the starting material per Trillion? parts of the final solution. Dilutions 12C or greater are unlikely to contain a single molecule of the original substance.
1. 7. Curative medicine:- This field is exclusively occupied by Homeopathy because the cure as said in the Organon of Medicine could not be affected by any other branch of medicine.
1. 8. Decimal potency:- The Designation 'X' which is the Roman numeral for 10, represents dilutions that are manufactured by mixing 1 part of the starting (Original) material with 9 parts of the diluting solution. Each subsequent dilution repeats the process of 1:10 dilution. A 6X dilution, for example, has gone through the process 6 times and contains 1 part of the original substance per million? Parts of the solvent. Dilutions of 24X or greater are unlikely to contain a single molecule of original substance.
1. 9. Dilution:- is the method of reducing the Concentration of a substance by adding (or dissolving) it into another substance (solvent). The more one solvent.
1. 10. Drug:- A substance which alter the function or nutrition of a part or parts of the body. It has the capacity to effect a change in human or animal's health or disease.
1. 11. Hering's Law of Cure :- Three observations made by Constantine Hering,
M. D. (1800 - 1880), who is considered ' the father of American Homeopathy1
1. 11.1 The human body seeks to externalize disease to dislodge it from more serious internal levels to more superficial external levels. Thus, someone with asthma may develop an external skin rash as part of curative process.
1. 11.2 Healing process from top of the body to the bottom. Thus, someone with arthritis in many joints will generally notice relief in the upper part of the body before the lower part.
1. 11.3 Healing proceeds in the reverse order of the symptoms. Thus, the most recent symptoms will generally be the first to be healed, and in the process of cure a person may re-experience previous symptoms.
1. 12 Idiosyncrasy:- 1. A characteristic, habit, mannerism, or the like, that is peculiar to an individual. 2. The physical constitution peculiar to an individual. 3. A peculiarity of the physical or the mental constitution, esp. susceptibility toward drugs, food, etc. 4. Different person to person individual sensitivity and / or resistance to certain medicines. 5. Allergy.
1. 13 I.U.P. A.C. : International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry.
1. 14 Medicine:- When a drug has been proved on supposedly healthy human being of different ages and both the sexes, males and females, and their subjective and objective symptoms have been thoroughly known, it is called a medicine.
1. 15 Nosodes:- The homeopathic designation for the morbid product of diseases when employed as remedies.
1. 16 Peptide:- Amino acids are the basic structural building units of proteins.
They form short polymer chains called peptides or longer chains called either polypeptides or proteins.
1. 17 Posology:- The doctrine of doses of medicines. It is the study of doses. It is the important divison of pharmacology. Paracelsus declared - 'Poison is everything and nothing is without poison. The dosage makes it a poison or a remedy.
1. 18 Prophylaxis (Greek '##########' to guard or prevent beforehand) is any medical or public healthprocedure whose purpose is to prevent, rather than treat or cure a disease. Roughly, prophylactic measures are divided between primary prophylaxis (to prevent the development of a disease) and secondary prophylaxis (whereby the disease has already developed and the patient is protected against worsening of this process.
1. 19 Proving :- Clinical picture or the symptomatology of a homeopathic medicine is determined by deliberately repeating it frequently to a supposedly healthy person (s) which produces temporary 'false' or 'pseudo'(Not produced by disease but produced by bodily reaction such as to an antigen) symptoms. Irrational use or un necessary frequent repetition of homeopathic medicine may also produce temporary false (Pseudo) symptoms or false clinical picture of the remedy. Such symptoms naturally disappears immediately after withdrawl of the medicine, otherwise a suitable antagonistic agent such as drinking a cup of coffee or inhaling camphor will suffice.
1. 20 Remedy:- If a medicine is administered to a patient according to the symptoms similarity to perform a cure is called a remedy. The aphorism 3 of Hahnemann's Oraganon of Medicine said that 1An indicated medicine is a remedy'.
1. 21 Succussion: -Vigorous shaking after each dilution during the preparation of a liquid homeopathic product. Proponents claim that this 'release energy' that 'potentizes' or 'dynamizes' the mixture for each dilution and that the process and outcome differ from that of ordinary serial dilution. Background Art
[5] Of course a medicine in the Homeopathic System of medicine is existing named as
'Juglans regia (Walnut)' but it is prepared from the kernel of fresh walnut 'Juglans regia'. A novel feature of this invention is that the main and the only ingredient used to prepare / manufacture the medicine 'THE BRAIN REVIVER ' is the rotten (spoiled, perished, decomposed, deteriorated) kernel of walnut Juglans regia, which has never been used by any body in the entire world, hence no priority document is required for this invention. Technical Problem [6] Nobody can deny this universal truth & fact that the greatest gift from the GOD
(ALLAH, THE CREATOR) to the human kind is the 'BRAIN'. I say it like this 'Every thing is the BRAHN . Nothing without the BRAIN' . This much of important brain must be always healthy and sound. But unfortunately many of the diseases destroys the BRAIN and / or it's function(s). Some of the diseases are briefly described here in under, which destroys the brain and / or its functions mildly (slightly) to severely. 1. Mental retardation:- Mental retardation is a generalized, triarchic disorder, characterized by subaverage cognitive functioning and deficits in two or more adaptive behaviors with onset before the age of 18. Once focused almost entirely on cognition, the definition now includes both a component relating to mental functioning and one relating to the individual's functional skills in their environment. Alternative terms (Synonyms):- Cretinism, Idiot, Imbecile, Moron, Mentally Challenged, Mental Handicapped, Mental Subnormality, Mental Deficiency, Mental Impairment, Intellectual Disability, Developmental Disability, Learning Disability, Leraning Difficulty. Signs - Children with mental retardation may learn to sit up, to crawl, or to walk later than other children, or they may learn to talk later. Both adults and children with mental retardation may also exhibit the following characteristics:
• Delays in oral language development
• Deficits in memory skills
• Difficulty learning social rules
• , Difficulty with problem solving skills
Delays in the development of adaptive behaviors such as self-help or self-care skills
• Lack of social inhibitors.
The limitations of cognitive functioning will cause a child with mental retardation to learn and develop more slowly than a typical child. Children may take longer to learn language, develop social skills, and take care of their personal needs such as dressing or eating. Learning will take them longer, require more repetition, and skills may need to be adapted to their learning level. Nevertheless, virtually every child is able to learn, develop and become participating members of the community.
[7] In early childhood mild mental retardation (IQ 60-70) may not be obvious, and may not be identified until children begin school. Even when poor academic performance is recognized, it may take expert assessment to distinguish mild mental retardation from learning disability or emotional/behavioral disorders. As individuals with mild mental retardation reach adulthood, many learn to live independently and maintain gainful employment.
[8] Moderate mental retardation (IQ 50-60) is nearly always apparent within the first years of life. Children with moderate mental retardation will require considerable supports in school, at home, and in the community in order to participate fully. As adults they may live with their parents, in a supportive group home, or even semi- independently with significant supportive services to help them, for example, manage their finances.
[9] A person with a more severe mental retardation will need more intensive support and supervision his or her entire life.
[ 10] Diagnosis IQ below 70
[11] The first English-language IQ test, the Terman-Binet, was adapted from an instrument used to measure potential to achieve developed by Binet in France. Teπnan translated the test and employed it as a means to measure a person's intellectual capacity based on their oral language, vocabulary, numerical reasoning, memory, motor speed and analysis skills. The mean score on the currently available IQ tests is 100, with a standard deviation of 15 (WAIS/WISC-IV) or 16 (Stanford-Binet). Sub- average intelligence is generally considered to be present when an individual scores two standard deviatons below the test mean. Factors other than cognitive ability (depression, anxiety, etc.) can contribute to low IQ scores, it is important for the evaluator to rule them out prior to concluding that measured IQ is 'significantly below average'.
[12] The following ranges, based on the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale (WAIS), were favored at one time, but are rarely used now:
[13] IQ below 20 = Profound Mental Retardation, IQ 20 - 34 = Severe Mental Retardation, IQ 35 - 49 = Moderate Mental Retardation, IQ 50 - 69 = Mild Mental Retardation, IQ 70 - 79 = Borderline Mental Retardation.
[14] Significant limitations in two or more areas of adaptive behavior
[15] Adaptive behavior, or adaptive functioning, refers to the skills needed to live independently (or at the minimally acceptable level for age). To assess adaptive behavior, professionals compare the functional abilities of a child to those of other children of similar age. To measure adaptive behavior, professionals use structured interviews, with which they systematically elicit information about the person's functioning in the community from someone who knows them well. There are many adaptive behavior scales, and accurate assessment of the quality of someone's adaptive behavior requires clinical judgment as well. Certain skills are important to adaptive behavior, such as: daily living skills, such as getting dressed, using the bathroom, and feeding oneself;
• communication skills, such as understanding what is said and being able to answer;
• social skills with peers, family members, spouses, adults, and others. Evidence that the limitations became apparent in childhood This third condition is used to distinguish it from dementing conditions such as Alzheimer's disease or is due to traumatic injuries that damaged the brain.
[16] Causes - Down syndrome, fetal alcohol syndrome and Fragile X syndrome are the three most common inborn causes. However, doctors have found many other causes. The most common are:
• Genetic conditions. Sometimes disability is caused by abnormal genes inherited from parents, errors when genes combine, or other reasons. The most prevalent genetic conditions include Down syndrome, Klinefelter syndrome, Fragile X syndrome, Neurofibromatosis, Hypothyroidism congenital, Williams syndrome, Phenylketonuria, Prader-Willi syndrome. Other genetic conditions include Phelan-McDermid syndrome , Mowat- Wilson syndrome, genetic ciliopathy and phenylketonuria (PKU).
• Problems during pregnancy. Mental disability can result when the fetus does not develop inside the mother properly. For example, there may be a problem with the way the fetus's cells divide as it grows. -A woman who drinks alcohol (see fetal alcohol syndrome) or gets an infection like rubella during pregnancy may also have a baby with mental disability.
• Problems at birth. If a baby has problems during labor and birth, such as not getting enough oxygen, he or she may have developmental disability due to brain damage.
• Health problems. Diseases like whooping cough, measles, or meningitis can cause mental disability. It can also be caused by not getting enough medical care, or by being exposed to poisons like lead or mercury.
• Iodine deficiency, affecting approximately 2 billion people worldwide, is the leading preventable cause of mental disability in areas of the developing world where iodine deficiency is endemic. Among other nations affected by iodine deficiency, China and Kazakhstan have begun taking action, whereas Russia has not.
Malnutrition is a common cause of reduced intelligence in parts of the world affected by famine, such as Ethiopia.
• Very rare conditions that are X/Y linked. In girls it can be 48, XXXX (only affecting 100 women worldwide), 49, XXXXX (only affecting 25 women worldwide) syndrome's. In boys it can be 46, XYY, 49, XXXXY, or 49, XYYYY.
[17] Treatment and assistance
[18] By most definitions mental retardation is more accurately considered a disability rather than a diseas. MR can be distinguished in many ways from mental illness, such as schizophrenia or depression. Currently, there is no 'cure' for an established disability, though with appropriate support and teaching, most individuals can learn to do many things.
[19] Although there is no specific medication for mental retardation, many people with developmental disabilities have further medical complications and may take several medications. Beyond that there are specific programs that people with developmental disabilities can take part in wherein they learn basic life skills. These 'goals' may take a much longer amount of time for them to accomplish, but the ultimate goal is independence. This may be anything from independence in tooth brushing to an independent residence. People with developmental disabilities leam throughout their lives and can obtain many new skills even late in life with the help of their families, caregivers, clinicians and the people who coordinate the efforts of all of these people.
[20] 2. Cerebellar and Cerebral degeneration:- is a disease process in which neurons in the cerebellum - the area of the brain that controls muscle coordination and balance - deteriorate and die.
[21] Associated diseases: Diseases that are specific to the brain, as well as diseases that occur in other parts of the body, can cause neurons to die in the cerebellum. Neurological diseases that feature cerebellar degeneration include:
[22]
• acute and haemorrhagic stroke, when there is lack of blood flow or oxygen to the cerebellum
• cerebellar cortical atrophy, multisystem atrophy and olivopontocerebellar degeneration, progressive degenerative disorders in which cerebellar degeneration is a key feature
Friedreich's ataxia, and other spinocerebellar ataxias, which are caused by inherited genetic mutations that progressively kill neurons in the cerebellum, brain stem, and spinal cord transmissible spongiform encephalopathies (such as 'Mad Cow Disease' and Creutzfeldt- Jakob disease) in which abnormal proteins cause inflammation in the brain, particularly in the cerebellum
• multiple sclerosis, in which damage to the insulating membrane (myelin) that wraps around and protects nerve cells can involve the cerebellum
[23] Other diseases that can cause cerebellar degeneration include:
[24]
• endocrine diseases that involve the thyroid or the pituitary gland
chronic alcohol abuse that leads to temporary or permanent cerebellar damage • paraneoplastic disorders in which tumours in other parts of the body produce substances that cause immune system cells to attack neurons in the cerebellum
[25] Symptoms: The most characteristic symptom of cerebellar degeneration is a wide- legged, unsteady, lurching walk, usually accompanied by a back and forth tremor in the trunk of the body. Other symptoms include slow, unsteady and jerky movement of the arms or legs, slowed and slurred speech, and nystagmus — rapid, small movements of the eyes.
[26] 3. Cerebellar and Cerebral Hypoplasia:- Cerebellar hypoplasia is a developmental disorder characterised by the incomplete or underdevelopment of the cerebellum.
[27] Is there any treatment:- There is no standard course of treatment for cerebellar hypoplasia. Treatment is symptomatic and supportive.
[28] What is the prognosis:- Cerebellar hypoplasia is a progressive disorder.
[29] 4. Cerebellar and Cerebral Atrophy:- Cerebral atrophy is a common feature of many of the diseases that affect the brain.
[30] Associated Diseases/Disorders: The pattern and rate of progression of cerebral atrophy depends on the disease involved. Diseases that cause cerebral atrophy include:
[31]
• stroke and traumatic brain injury
Alzheimer's disease, Pick's disease, senile dementia, fronto-temporal dementia, and vascular dementia
• cerebral palsy, in which lesions (damaged areas) may impair motor coordination
• Huntington's disease, and other gene-linked, hereditary diseases that cause build-up of toxic levels of proteins in neurons
leukodystrophies, such as Krabbe disease, which destroy the myelin sheath that protects axons • mitochondrial encephalomyopathies, such as Kearns-Sayre syndrome, which interfere with the basic functions of neurons
• multiple sclerosis, which causes inflammation, myelin damage, and lesions in cerebral tissue
• infectious diseases, such as encephalitis, neurosyphilis, and AIDS, in which an infectious agent or the inflammatory reaction to it destroys neurons and their axons
• epilepsy, in which lesions cause abnormal electrochemical discharges that result in seizures
[32] Symptoms: Many diseases that cause cerebral atrophy are associated with dementia, seizures, and a group of language disorders called the aphasias. Dementia is characterised by a progressive impairment of memory and intellectual function that is severe enough to interfere with social and work skills. [33]
1. Cerebellar and Cerebral Hypoxia (Hypoxia, Anoxia):- Cerebral hypoxia refers to a condition in which there is a decrease of oxygen supply to the brain even though there is adequate blood flow. In brain death, there is no measurable activity in the brain, although cardiovascular function is preserved. Life support is required for respiration. [34] Is there any treatment - Treatment depends on the underlying cause of the hypoxia, but basic life-support systems have to be put in place: mechanical ventilation to secure the airway; fluids, blood products, or medications to support blood pressure and heart rate; and medications to suppress seizures.
[35] What is the prognosis - Recovery depends on how long the brain has been deprived of oxygen and how much brain damage has occurred, although carbon monoxide poisoning can cause brain damage days to weeks after the event. Most people who make a full recovery have only been briefly unconscious. The longer someone is unconscious, the higher the chances of death or brain death and the lower the chances of a meaningful recovery. During recovery, psychological and neurological abnormalities such as amnesia, personality regression, hallucinations, memory loss, and muscle spasms and twitches may appear, persist, and then resolves.
[36] 6. Cerebral Palsy:- Cerebral palsy is an umbrella-like term used to describe a group of chronic disorders impairing control of movement that appear in the first few years of life and generally do not worsen over time. The disorders are caused by faulty development of or damage to motor areas in the brain that disrupts the brain's ability to control movement and posture. Symptoms of cerebral palsy include difficulty with fine motor tasks (such as writing or using scissors), difficulty maintaining balance or walking, involuntary movements. The symptoms differ from person to person and may change over time. Some people with cerebral palsy are also affected by other medical disorders, including seizures or mental impairment, but cerebral palsy does not always cause profound handicap. Early signs of cerebral palsy usually appear before 3 years of age. Infants with cerebral palsy are frequently slow to reach developmental milestones such as learning to roll over, sit, crawl, smile, or walk. Cerebral palsy may be congenital or acquired after birth. Several of the causes of cerebral palsy that have been identified through research are preventable or treatable: head injury, jaundice, Rh incompatibility, and rubella (German measles). Doctors diagnose cerebral palsy by testing motor skills and reflexes, looking into medical history, and employing a variety of specialized tests. Although its symptoms may change over time, cerebral palsy by definition is not progressive, so if a patient shows increased impairment, the problem may be something other than cerebral palsy.
[37] Is there any treatment? :- There is no standard therapy that works for all patients.
Drugs can be used to control seizures and muscle spasms, special braces can compensate for muscle imbalance. Surgery, mechanical aids to help overcome impairments, counselling for emotional and psychological needs, and physical, occupational, speech, and behavioural therapy may be employed.
[38] What is the prognosis? :- At this time, cerebral palsy cannot be cured, but due to medical research, many patients can enjoy near-normal lives if their neurological problems are properly managed.
[39] 7. Encephalopathy :- Encephalopathy is a term for any diffuse disease of the brain that alters brain function or structure. The hallmark of encephalopathy is an altered mental state. Depending on the type and severity of encephalopathy, common neurological symptoms are progressive loss of memory and cognitive ability, subtle personality changes, inability to concentrate, lethargy, and progressive loss of consciousness. Other neurological symptoms may include myoclonus (involuntary twitching of a muscle or group of muscles), nystagmus (rapid, involuntary eye movement), tremor, muscle atrophy and weakness, dementia, seizures, and loss of ability to swallow or speak. Blood tests, spinal fluid examination, imaging studies, electroencephalograms, and similar diagnostic studies may be used to differentiate the various causes of encephalopathy.
[40] Zs there any treatment?:- Treatment is symptomatic and varies, according to the type and severity of the encephalopathy. Your physician can provide specific instructions for proper care and treatment. Anticonvulsants may be prescribed to reduce or halt any seizures. Changes to diet and nutritional supplements may help some patients. In severe cases, dialysis or organ replacement surgery may be needed.
[41] What is the prognosis? :-
[42] Treating the underlying cause of the disorder may improve symptoms. However, the encephalopathy may cause permanent structural changes and irreversible damage to the brain. Some encephalopathies can be fatal.
Technical Solution
[43] THE ONLY SOLUTION OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED PROBLEMS
[44] IS 'THE BRATN REVIVER' . (Details of which are given here in below). •
[45] /. in THE HOLY QORAN ALLAH says
[46] A.'Behold, verily in these things there are signs for those who understand' (Surah
Ar Rad l3.4)
[47] B. 'Verily in this is a sign for those who give thought' (Surah Al Nahal 16.11)
[48] C. 'Verily in this are signs for men who are wise' (Surah Al Nahal 16.12)
[49] D. 'Behold! In the creation of the heavens and the earth and the alternation of the night and day; there are indeed signs for men of understanding1 (Surah AaIe Imran 3.190).
[50] 2. Dr. Christian Friedrich Samuel Hanhemann says in the Organon of medicine
'Simila Similibus Curantour' that is 'Like cures Like' i.e. Homeopathy.
[51] 3. In Ayurved (Ancient Indian Medicine in Sanskrit Language) 'Samah Shamam
Shamayanti' means 'Like cures Like'.
[52] 4. In Ayurved (Ancient Indian Medicine in Sanskrit Language) 'Vishah Vishasya
Oushadham' means 'only a poison can do
[53] de poisoning'.
[54] 5. In Ayurved (Ancient Indian Medicine in Sanskrit Language) 'Kantake Naive
Kantakam1 means 'Only a thorn can remove a thorn'
[55] 6. 'Enemy of the enemy is the friend'
[56] 7. 'Iron cuts Iron'.
[57] 8. 'Diamond cuts diamond.'
[58] So a ROTTEN KERNEL of ripened dry fruit walnut (Juglans regia), which just resembles and looks like a brain, can repair, regenerate and revive the ROTTEN BRAIN . It is a perfect example of DOCTRINE OF SIGNATURE.
[59] Within last 15 years, strictly following the norms of Indian and international ethical guidelines for biomedical research on human participants, I tried, tested and experimented many of the homeopathic medicines upon hundreds of my family members, hundreds of my friends and patients, after getting their due consents, without disclosing the 'Formula' to them and sufficiently compensating them for the trials & tests. [60] I thank the almighty for the miraculous results of these trials & tests and after getting very encouraging and booming results of this unique formula of this invention, I decided to disclose (Patent) it for the welfare of entire human kind, hence this invention 'THE BRAIN REVIVER '.
[61 ] ALTHOUGH DUE TO IDIOSYNCRACY (DIFFRENT PERSON TO PERSON
INDIVIDUAL SENSITIVITY AND RESISTANCE), NO MEDICINE CAN BE AN ABSOLUTELY FOOLPROOF FOR ANY DISEASE, EVEN THEN THIS THE BRAINREVIVER HAS GIVEN MIRACULOUS RESULTS IN EXPERIMENTAL TRIALS AND TESTS DONE STRICTLY FOLLOWING THE NORMS OF ETHICAL GUIDELINES FOR BIO MEDICAL RESEARCH ON HUMAN PARTICIPANTS.
Advantageous Effects
[62] Novel (New) features and advantages (merits) of this new invention with respect to the existing products and shortcomings of the existing products can easily be understood by comparison. Hence bonafϊde comparison is being mentioned here in under without any prejudice and disparaging. [63] DRAWBACKS AND SHORTCOMINGS OF CURRENTLY AVAIT,ABT,F,
SO CALLED ENCEPHALOTROPHIC / NEUROTROPHIC PREPARATIONS:- [64]
1. 1. SAFETY :- The first and the foremost important characteristic of a prophylaxis is safety. No disease must be caused by the prophylactic itself. But majority of the currently available preparations are highly toxic say fatal poisons. They do not fulfill this criterion. Of course Brain diseases are fatal diseases and these diseases either invalidate or kill very large number of population every year but I am sorry to mention that the currently available preparations are also fatal and kill or invalidate the very large number of innocent population. Whereas 'THE BRAINREVIVER ' is ABSOLUTELY SAFE and is without any / or all kinds of toxic effect or reaction, adverse effect or reaction, side effect or reaction, after effect or reaction, untoward effect or reaction. Even accidental over dose or even after expiry it can not harm the body. It is really very surprising that why the established Safest Homeopathic medicines are not promoted and popularized which have far better brain diseases preventive and really curative properties and why the researches in this field are not encouraged? [65]
1. 2. PROTECTION:- Protection must be at the population level and prevent disease when the infectious agent is encountered. If the currently available drugs had real protection power, the mortality rate would have fell down. Whereas 'THE BRAIN REVIVER' gives perfect protection. [66]
1. 3. LONG LASTING EFFECTS:- Protection must be long lasting i.e. to induce T and B cell memory. Almost all of the currently available drugs are chemicals which gives temporary palliation or amelioration. Whereas 'THE BRAINREVIVER' has long lasting effects. [67]
1. 4. COST: - A prophylactic or a preventive and curative should be inexpensive to produce and deliver but majority of the available agents are very costly and beyond the reach of poor population, who are the frequent victims of the hazards. Whereas 'THE BRAIN REVIVER ' is very economical. [68]
1. 5. ADMINISTRA TION: - Majority of the available drugs are as bitter as poison, means no palatability, hence people avoid to swallow OR injectebles (Parenterals) preparations are apprehended by majority of the people and the risk of anaphylactic shock is always present with almost all the injectables. Whereas 'THE BRAIN REVIVER ' is palatable (Mild sweet taste of lactose or suchrose). [69]
1. 6. SIDE EFFECTS: - There should not be any side effects in a preventive but almost all of the available drugs have side effects, mild to very severe. Whereas 'THE BRAIN RE VIVER ' is absolutely free from any of the side effects. [70]
1. 7. CONTRA INDICA TIONS: - Many of the available preparations are contra indicated in many of the conditions such as heart diseases, liver diseases, kidney diseases, pregnancy.Whereas 'THE BRAIN REVIVER ' is never contra indicated. [71]
1. 8. TOXICITY: - Majority of the available drugs are toxic chemicals Whereas
'THE BRAINREVIVER ' is absolutely non toxic. [72]
1. 9. DEPENDANCY: - Majority of the drugs causes dependency whereas does not cause at all. [73]
1. 10. RESISTANCE: - Majority of the drugs causes resistance after prolonged use Whereas 'THE BRAIN REVIVER' does not cause at all.
[74]
1. 11. EXPIRY: - Majority of the drugs expire within 2 or 3 years Whereas may be effective for 10 years if stored properly.
[75]
1. 12. MANUFA CTURING of the other drugs are very complicated Where as can be manufactured easily and the raw material is also available easily.
[76] Detailed short comings of the existing products can be studied from the text books and literatures.

[81] I. To prepare the decimal potencies (Triturations):- Weigh exactly (Accurately) 1 gram of the above said rotten kernel of ripened dry fruit walnut (Juglans regia) and drop it into a thoroughly cleaned, sterilized by rectified spirit (Ethanol) and dried mortar & pestle. Add 9 grams accurately weighted Lactose powder. Do manual pounding vigorously in mortar & pistle at least for 1 hour. This makes IX of Juglans regia.
[82] 2 . Weigh exactly (Accurately) 1 gram of the above said powder of IX Juglans regia and drop it into a thoroughly cleaned, sterilized by rectified spirit (Ethanol) and dried mortar & pestle. Add 9 grams accurately weighted Lactose powder. Do manual pounding vigorously at least for 1 hour. This makes 2X of Juglans regia. '
[83] 3. Weigh exactly (Accurately) 1 gram of the above said Juglans regia 2X and drop it into a thoroughly cleaned, sterilized by rectified spirit (Ethanol) and dried mortar & pestle. Add 9 grams accurately weighted Lactose powder. Do manual pounding vigorously at least for 1 hour. This makes 3X of Juglans regia.
[84] 4. In this way this Juglans regia may be converted into decimal potencies ranging from IX to 1 Atto X. But the decimal potency lower than 6X should not be used.
[85] 5. To prepare the different centimissal potencies of the Juglans regia the powder of the 3X or 6X of decimal potency is weighted Ig and is diluted in a mixture of 50 ml distilled water and 50 ml of ethanol and is thoroughly succussioned minimum 10 times and maximum unlimited times in a glass bottle to make the Mother Tincture (Q) of Juglans regia.
[86] 6. Then after 1 ml of Mother Tincture (Q) potency material is diluted to 99 ml of ethanol and succussioning [very vigorously shaking the container (glass bottle)] is done minimum 10 times and maximum unlimited times. This forms 1C potency. [87] 7. Then after 1 ml of 1C potency material is diluted to 99 ml of ethanol and succussioning [very vigorously shaking the container (glass bottle)], is done minimum 10 times and maximum unlimited times. This forms 2C potency. And in this way step by step the mixture of raw materials may be converted into the 1C potency to 1 Atto potency. [88] Potentisation upto 3 C is essential, to make the medicine absolutely safe and harmless.
[89] 8. To prepare the 50 millesimal (LM) potency of the Juglans regia Ig of the rotten kernel of the ripened dry fruit of walnut (Juglans regia) is pounded by mortar & pistle thoroughly at least for one hour with 100 g of lactose to make the first potency of 50 millessimal (LM) potency.
[90] 9. To prepare the second potency of 50 millesimal (LM) potency of the Juglans regia Ig of the first potency of walnut (Juglans regia) is pounded by mortar & pistle thoroughly at least for one hour with 100 g of lactose. [91] 10. To prepare the third potency of 50 millesimal (LM) potency of the Juglans regia Ig of the second potency of walnut (Juglans regia) is pounded by mortar & pistle , thoroughly at least for one hour with 100 g of lactose.
[92] 11. To prepare the Mother Tincture of 50 millessimal or LM potency of the Juglans regia 65 mg. (1 grain) of the third is diluted into a mixture of 250 drops of distilled water and 250 drops of ethanol and is thoroughly succussioned in a glass bottle. [93] 12. To prepare the LMl or 0/1 potency, add a drop of Mother Tincture into 100 drops of ethanol and thoroughly succession it at least 10 times or more than 10 times in a glass bottle.
1. 1. To prepare the LM2 or 0/2 potency, add a drop of LMl or 0/1 potency into
100 drops of ethanol and thoroughly succession it in a glass bottle at least 10 time or more than 10 times.
1. 2. To convert the trituration or liquid potencies into tablets:- prepare a paste of corn starch by thoroughly mixing lkg.of corn starch powder and 250 ml of distilled water and heating this mixture in a pressure cooker to break the starch particles. Take lKilo gram of cornstarch paste, 5kilogramm of Calcium Carbonate (Purified Talc) powder and 1 Kilogram of trituration or One litre of potentised liquid and thoroughly mix it. Finally this mixture is converted into tablets (preferably each weighting 65 mg. = approximately 1 grain) by tableting machine. These tablets are dried by dry and absolutely free from all kinds of contaminations air. 1. 3. For storage and dispensing purposes, these tablets may be packed in glass bottles or for convenience may be strip packed in non conductor of electricity material i.e. poly ethylene.
[94] HOW TO USE:- Posology (Dosage) :-

[111]
1. 3.1 JUGLANS REGIA :- As described in Homoeopathic Pharmacopoeia of
India, 1983 edition, volume IV, Monograph No. 62.
[112] Scientific Classification :- Kingdom - Plantae, Divison - Magnoliophyta, Class -
Magnoliopsida, Order - Fagales, Family - Juglandaceae, Genus - Juglans, Species - Juglans regia, Binomial Name - Juglans regia.
[113] Synonyms :- English Nux Juglans, walnut, The Common walnut, Persian walnut, .
French - Noix Commune, Hindi - Akhrot, Sanskrit - Akshot, Peelu, Shailbhavpeelu, Karparal, Bengali - Akrot, Gujrati - Akhod, Arabic - Joz, Akarpam, Magaj.
[114] Description:- Juglans regia is a large deciduous monoecious tree with tomentose shoots attaining heights of 25-35 m, and a trunk up to 2 m diameter, commonly with a short trunk and broad crown, though taller and narrower in dense forest competition. It is a light-demanding species, requiring full sun to grow well.
[115] The bark is smooth, olive-brown when young and silvery-grey on older branches, with scattered broad fissures with a rougher texture. Like all walnuts, the pith of the twigs contains air spaces, the chambered pith brownish in colour. The leaves are alternately arranged, 25-40 cm long, odd-pinnate with 5-9 leaflets, paired alternately with one terminal leaflet. The largest leaflets the three at the apex, 10-18 cm long and 6-8 cm broad; the basal pair of leaflets much smaller, 5-8 cm long, the margins of the leaflets entire. The male flowers are in drooping catkins 5-10 cm long, the female flowers terminal, in clusters of two to five, ripening in the autumn into a fruit with a green, semi-fleshy husk and a brown corrugated nut. The whole fruit, including the husk, falls in autumn; the seed is large, with a relatively thin shell, and edible, with a rich flavour. [116]
• 100 g. of shelled walnuts (fresh) provide:-
• 15.2 g protein, 65.2 g fat: 6.1 g saturated fat, 8.9 g monounsaturated fat, 47.2 g polyunsaturated fat, 13.7 g carbohydrates, including 6.7 g dietary fiber, 0.34 mg Thiamin, 0.54 mg Vitamin B6, 98 μg Folate, 3.4 mg Manganese, 1.6 mg Copper, 158 mg Magnesium, 346 mg Phosphorus, 3.1 mg Zinc, It also contains Palmitic acid, Stearic acid, Oleic acid, Linoleic acid and very important ingredient nucleic acid .
[117] Material to be used as the Main ingredient :- Rotten kernel of the ripened dry fruit having bitter taste instead of delicious taste. Further research and exploration is needed to trace the changes from natural composition of kernel of fresh ripened dry fruit to rotten (spoiled, perished, decomposed) kernel of dry fruit. Most probably some new peptides are formed and small amounts of cyanohydrins such as mandelonitrile is formed in the rotten kernel. Such molecules slowly release hydrogen cyanide ( HCN) OR Hydrocyanic acid, which is one of the most lethal (fatal) poison. Only a poison can do depoisoning' and 'Most of the serious diseases are cured by the homeopathic medicines prepared from the most fatal (lethal) poisons' hence this fatal poison, when diluted and po- tentised homeopathically, cures miraculously.

[130] Process of manufacture.
[131] Since person to person sensitivity and resistance to all the physical, chemical and mental stimulus is different so the different methods of preparing THE BRAIN REVIVER is to be adopted. Please see posology.
[132] 1. The method of preparing (manufacturing) "THE BRAIN REVIVER ' is by strictly following the homeopathic method of preparing (manufacturing) the homeopathic medicines according to the homeopathic pharmacopeias, (*4) and Indian Drugs & Cosmetics Act & Rules (*9, 10). The sole intention is to dilute the ingredient step by step up to the extent of absolute harmlessness and then potentise (dynamize or activate) the ingredient step by step by vigorous succussioning (shaking).
[133] 2. It can be prepared in any form such as oral tablets, oral liquids, syrups, powder, globules, pills, parenterals, injectables, subcutaneous, intradermal, intramuscular, intravenous, intracardiac, inhalers, intra nasal, nebullisers, topical sprays, lotion.
[134] 3. The best mode (Alternative Features - Pharmacy methods)
[135] Since oral tablet form is the most effective and convenient to manufacture, store, distribute, sell, transport, deliver and administer hence the manufacturing process of the same is described here in detail. (The best mode (method) for carrying out the invention & precautions during manufacturing.)
[136] METHOD & PROCEDURE:-
[140] 4. In this way this Juglans regia may be converted into decimal potencies ranging from IX to 1 Atto X. But the decimal potency lower than 6X should not be ad- ministered.
[142] 6. Then after 1 ml of Mother Tincture (Q) potency material is diluted to 99 ml of ethanol and succussioning [very vigorously shaking the container (glass bottle)] is done minimum 10 times and maximum unlimited times. This forms 1C potency.
[143] 7. Then after 1 ml of 1C potency material is diluted to 99 ml of ethanol and succussioning [very vigorously shaking the container (glass bottle)], is done minimum 10 times and maximum unlimited times. This forms 2C potency .And in this way step by step the mixture of raw materials may be converted into the 1C potency to 1 Atto potency.
[144] Potentisation upto 6C is essential, to make the medicine absolutely safe and harmless.
[146] 9. To prepare the second potency of 50 millesimal (LM) potency of the Juglans
. regia Ig of the first potency of walnut (Juglans regia) is pounded by mortar & pistle thoroughly at least for one hour with 100 g of lactose.
[147] 10. To prepare the third potency of 50 millesimal (LM) potency of the Juglans regia Ig of the second potency of walnut (Juglans regia) is pounded by mortar & pistle thoroughly at least for one hour with 100 g of lactose.
[148] 11. To prepare the Mother Tincture of 50 millessimal or LM potency of the Juglans regia 65 mg. (1 grain) of the third is diluted into a mixture of 250 drops of distilled water and 250 drops of ethanol and is thoroughly succussioned in a glass bottle.
[149] 12. To prepare the LMl or 0/1 potency, add a drop of Mother Tincture into 100 drops of ethanol and thoroughly succession it at least 10 times or more than 10 times in a glass bottle.
[150]
1. 1. To prepare the LM2 or 0/2 potency, add a drop of LMl or 0/1 potency into
100 drops of ethanol and thoroughly succession it in a glass bottle at least 10 time or more than 10 times.
[151]
1. 2. To convert the trituration or liquid potencies into tablets:- prepare a paste of corn starch by thoroughly mixing lkg.of corn starch powder and 250 ml of distilled water and heating this mixture in a pressure cooker to break the starch particles. Take IKiio gram of cornstarch paste, 5kilogramm of Calcium Carbonate (Purified Talc) powder and 1 Kilogram of trituration or One litre of potentised liquid and thoroughly mix it. Finally this mixture is converted into tablets (preferably each weighting 65 mg. = approximately 1 grain) by tableting machine. These tablets are dried by dry air absolutely free from all kinds of contaminations.
[152]
1. 3. For storage and dispensing purposes, these tablets may be packed in glass bottles or for convenience may be strip packed in non conductor of electricity material i.e. poly ethylene.
[ 153] HOW TO USE:- Posoϊogy (Dosage) :-
[154] A . As a Preventive (Prophylactic):- One tablet once every month till the risk of epidemic? / endemic is persistent.
[155] B As a Curative:- The criteria of doses for acute Or chronic infection is dependent upon :-
[156] Bl Vitality of the subject :- If the patient is physically robust, higher potencies may be administered, but if physically weak initiate with low potencies and gradually increase the potency.
