Abstract

Es ist Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, eine Kryobiopsiesonde bereitzustellen, die ein effizientes und schonendes Entnehmen von Zielgewebe ermöglicht. Die Sonde soll für die Anwendung in flexiblen Endoskopen mit einer Sondenlänge von 1,80 m bis 3 m geeignet sein, wobei der Arbeitskanal nur einen sehr geringen Durchmesser, beispielsweise 2,8 bis 3,2 mm hat. Erfindungsgemäß wird dies bei einer Kryosonde, umfassend eine Kühleinrichtung mit einem Zulauf zur Zuführung eines Fluids in einen Expansionsbereich und mit einem Rücklauf zum Abtransport des expandierten Fluids, einen Kontaktbereich, der zur Fixierung und Extraktion von Gewebe durch die Kühleinrichtung kühlbar ist, eine Öffnung zur Aufnahme mindestens eines Teils des extrahierten Gewebes, dadurch gelöst, dass der Rücklauf zur Aufnahme und/oder zum Abtransport des Gewebes in fluider Verbindung mit der Öffnung bringbar ist.
