Abstract
Beschrieben wird ein chirurgisches Fadenpositioniersystem zum Verschließen einer Öffnung innerhalb einer intrakorporalen Gewebewand mit einem länglich ausgebildeten Schaft (3), der einen distalen Schaftbereich (5, 5') aufweist, an dem ein zumindest teilweise aus einem elastomeren Material bestehendes Mittel (18) vorgesehen ist, das aus einer mit dem Schaft bündigen Position in eine den Schaft radial überragende Position reversibel überführbar ist, und einer am Schaft vorgesehenen Nadelführungseinheit, in der wenigstens eine längs des Schaftes beweglich angeordnete Nadel (8, 9) geführt ist, die aus einer zurückgezogenen Position in eine vorgeschobene distale Position reversibel überführbar ist, in der die Nadel das in der den Schaft radial überragenden Position befindliche Mittel durchsticht, wobei durch Rückführen der Nadel in die zurückgezogene Position ein durch das Mittel mitgeführter Faden (21) im Mittel verbleibt. Die Erfindung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass das Mittel über radial vom Schaft abspreizbare Schenkel (19, 20) verfügt, die mit einem Element (17) derart in Wirkverbindung treten, so dass die Schenkel aus der mit dem Schaft bündigen Position in die den Schaft radial überragende Position reversibel überführbar sind.
