Abstract

본 발명은 터치센싱이 가능한 복합형 버튼장치에 관한 것으로, 다양한 호스트 시스템에 구비되어 사용자로부터 조작력을 받아 상기 호스트 시스템의 기능을 조작하기 위한 버튼부가 제어부를 통해 여러 기능을 제어하는 버튼장치에 있어서, PCB 패턴과 돔 시트로 각각 구성되어 누름 조작에 의해 그에 따른 키값을 출력하도록 상기 호스트 시스템의 기능을 조작시키기 위해 사용자로부터 조작력을 제공받는 버튼부 및 상기 버튼부와 연결되어 상기 버튼부에 터치조작이 이루어지면 정전용량을 측정하는 정전용량측정부를 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 버튼부에 터치조작이 이루어지면 상기 정전용량측정부에서 조작여부를 결정하게 되고 상기 제어부를 통해 그에 따른 키값을 출력하여 상기 호스트 시스템의 기능을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이와 같이 구성되는 본 발명은 기존의 버튼부를 구비한 디지털 기기에 구조 변경없이 간단하게 터치센싱 기능이 부가된 버튼장치를 구현할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
