Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Kombination von Amplifϊkationsprozessen eines Probenmaterials mit den in der Patentanmeldung "IMPROVED MOLECULAR BIOLOGICAL PROCESSING SYSTEM" (WO/2008/080629 und PCT/EP2007/01147) beschriebenen Prozessen innerhalb einer verbesserten molekularbiologischen Prozessanlage. Als Amplifikationsprozesse können alle dem Fachmann bekannten Verfahren aber auch andere Verfahren angewendet werden, die sowohl isothermal als auch unter Anwendung bestimmter Temperaturprofϊle durchgeführt werden können. Dies sind insbesondere Whole Genome Amplification (WGA) Verfahren wie "Multiple Strand Displacement Amplification", "Linker mediated PCR", "Rolling Circle Amplification" sowie alle Arten der Polymerase-Kettenreaktion (PCR).
