Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein computergestütztes Verfahren zur Organisation und Auswertung einer digitalen Datenbasis. Ihm liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein computergestütztes Verfahren bereitzustellen, mit dem eine digitale Datenbasis einfach, plattformübergreifend und für Standardprogramme darstellbar strukturiert und organisiert werden kann und bei dem ein einfacher strukturierter Zugriff auf die Datenbasis über Datennetze ermöglicht wird. Dies wird durch ein computergestütztes Verfahren mit den Schritten: a. Erfassen und Auswerten der Datenbasis, b. Strukturierung der Datenbasis in Datensatzgruppen, c. Erstellen einer Datenbank-Datei mit den in Schritt b. erzeugten Datensatzgruppe in einem hypertextbasierten Dateiformat, wobei jede Datensatzgruppe einen eigenen Abschnitt darstellt, dem eine eindeutige ID zugeordnet wird, d. Speicherung der Datenbank-Datei und Herstellung ihrer Erreichbarkeit über das Internet, e. Erstellen einer auf einem Bildschirm darstellbaren Ergebnis-Datei mit Hyperlinks auf die Datensatzgruppen in der Datenbank-Datei unter Referenzierung der Datenbank-Datei und der jeweiligen Datensatzgruppen-ID erreicht. Das Verfahren beruht auf dem Kerngedanken, die Datenbasis und Struktur von der Benutzerschnittstelle zu trennen und die Benutzerschnittstelle in einer eigenen darstellbaren Datei in einem kompatiblen Format zu speichern, und die Beziehung zur strukturierten Datenbasis über Hyperlinks herzustellen. Das Verfahren eignet sich insbesondere zur Online-Medienanalyse, und Online- Mediendokumentation, insbesondere zur Erstellung von Online-Medienspiegeln und Online-Präsenzanalysen.
