如图 3所示,更进一步地,上述发送模块 22还可以包括:转换模块 220, 用于将存储模块 20 存储的第一消息的格式转换为传统消息系统支持的格式 以用于转发至传统消息系统, 并且, 在发送转换后的消息时, 还可以通过传 统消息系统支持的协议接口进行发送; 上述处理模块 32可以包括: 替换模块 320, 用于将第二接收模块接收 的第二消息的第二标识替换为第一标识; 转发模块 322, 用于将替换模块 320 进行标识替换后的第二消息转发至融合业务终端。 通过本实施例提供的融合业务系统,能够建立融合业务系统的消息标识 与传统消息系统的消息标识之间的对应关系, 并通过该对应关系能够将传统 消息系统的回执或阅读报告正确地发送到融合业务系统的终端。 方法实施例 才艮据本实施例, 提供了一种消息交互的实现方法, 用于实现融合业务系 统与传统消息系统之间的消息交互, 该方法可用于如图 2所示的融合业务系 统。 图 4示出了根据本发明方法实施例的消息交互的实现方法的处理流程, 如图 4所示, 该方法包括步骤 S402至步骤 S406。 步骤 S402, 融合业务系统接收由融合业务终端发送的第一消息以及第 一消息的第一标识, 并将第一消息转发给传统消息系统; 步骤 S404, 融合业务系统建立其预先指定的传统消息系统发送的第二 消息中携带的第二标识与第一标识的第一对应关系、 或建立传统消息系统响 应于第一消息发送的第二标识与第一标识的第二对应关系; 步骤 S406, 在接收到由传统消息系统发送的携带有第二标识的第二消 息的情况下, 融合业务系统才艮据第一对应关系或第二对应关系对第二消息进 行处理。 下面详细描述上述步骤的处理过程。
(一) 步骤 S402 首先 ,融合业务终端将第一消息以及第一消息的第一标识一起发送给融 合业务系统; 然后, 融合业务系统将第一消息转发给传统消息系统, 优选地, 在转发 之前, 融合业务系统可以将第一消息的格式转换为传统消息系统支持的格式 后再发送第一消息。
(二) 步骤 S404 在融合业务系统未预先指定第二标识的情况下,传统消息系统接收到第 一消息后, 向融合业务系统反馈响应消息, 并在该响应消息中携带第二标识; 传统消息系统将从融合业务系统接收的消息发送至传统消息终端; 融合业务系统接收到传统消息系统反馈的响应及第二标识后,建立第一 标只与第二标只的对应关系; 并且,在传统消息系统向融合业务系统返回携带有第二标识的响应消息 之后, 该方法还可以进一步包括: 传统消息系统将携带第二标识的第二消息 发送至融合业务系统, 其中, 该第二消息可以由传统消息终端发起, 也可以 由传统消息系统发起, 并且, 传统消息系统可以在发送响应消息后立即发送 第二消息, 也可以在一定时间间隔之后发送第二消息; it匕外, 在传统消息系统向融合业务系统发送第二消息之前, 该方法可以 进一步包括: 传统消息系统将第二消息的格式转换为融合业务系统支持的格 式以用于发送至融合业务系统; 另一方面, 在融合业务系统预先指定了第二标识的情况下, 在传统消息 系统接收到来自融合业务系统的消息之后, 该方法还可以包括: 传统消息系 统将从融合业务系统接收的消息发送至传统消息终端。
(三) 步骤 S406 融合业务系统在接收到由传统消息系统发送的携带有第二标识的第二 消息的情况下, 才艮据第一对应关系或第二对应关系对第二消息进行处理, 该 处理操作具体为: 融合业务系统将第二消息中携带的第二标识替换为第一标 识, 并将第二消息转发至融合业务终端。 优选地, 上述第二消息为以下之一: 回执、 阅读报告。 下面以融合业务系统未预先指定第二标识的情况为例,说明本实施例提 供的方法的具体实施情况。 图 5 示出了根据本发明方法实施例的消息交互的实现方法在融合业务 系统未预先指定第二标识的情况下的具体处理实例的信令流程,如图 5所示, 该流程包括步骤 501至步骤 512。 步骤 501: 融合业务终端要将消息 (即, 上述的第一消息)发送到传统 消息用户, 并要求返回回执或阅读报告信息, 该第一消息首先被发送到融合 业务用户归属的融合业务系统 (可如图 2 所示), 第一消息中携带融合业务 客户端产生的消息标识 (即, 上述的第一标识;); 步骤 502: 融合业务系统保存接收到的第一消息中的第一标识, 并将第 一消息转换成传统消息业务需要的格式, 釆用传统消息系统支持的协议接口 将第一消息发送到传统消息业务系统; 步骤 503: 传统消息业务系统返回响应消息给融合业务系统, 其中携带 传统消息业务系统生成的消息标识 (即, 上述的第二标识); 步骤 504: 融合业务系统保存接收到的上述第二标识, 并将该第二标识 与融合业务客户端产生的第一标识建立——对应的关系, 并返回响应给融合 业务客户端; 步骤 505: 传统消息业务系统继续将第一消息发送到传统消息客户端; 步骤 506: 传统消息客户端返回响应给传统消息业务系统; 步骤 507: 传统消息客户端返回回执或阅读报告 (即, 上述的第二消息) 给传统消息系统, 其中携带传统消息系统产生的第二标识; 步骤 508: 传统消息系统返回响应给传统消息客户端; 步骤 509: 传统消息业务将第二消息发送到融合业务系统, 其中携带传 统消息系统产生的第二标识; 步骤 510: 融合业务系统接收到第二消息后, 才艮据传统第二消息中携带 的第二标识找到与其对应的第一标识, 并将第二消息转换成适合于融合业务 客户端的第二消息, 该转换后的第二消息中包含融合业务客户端产生的第一 标识, 将该第二消息发送到融合业务客户端; 步骤 511 : 融合业务客户端返回响应消息给融合业务系统; 步骤 512: 融合业务系统返回响应消息给传统消息业务系统。 综上所述, 借助于本发明提供的技术方案, 通过建立融合业务系统的消 息标识与传统消息系统的消息标识之间的对应关系, 并基于该对应关系将传 统消息系统的回执或阅读报告正确地发送到融合业务系统的终端, 能够避免 融合业务系统的终端向传统消息系统的终端发送消息后无法正确接》 回执或 阅读报告的问题, 从而可以有效提高融合业务系统和传统消息系统间业务处 理的效率、 提高用户体 。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本 领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变^^ 凡在本发明的^^申和 原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护 范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书 一种消息交互的实现方法, 用于实现融合业务系统与传统消息系统之间 的消息交互, 特征在于, 所述方法包括:
所述融合业务系统接收由所述融合业务终端发送的第一消息以及 所述第一消息的第一标识,并将所述第一消息转发给所述传统消息系统; 所述融合业务系统建立其预先指定的所述传统消息系统发送的第 二消息中携带的第二标识与所述第一标识的第一对应关系、 或建立所述 传统消息系统响应于所述第一消息发送的第二标识与所述第一标识的第 二对应关系;
在接收到由所述传统消息系统发送的携带有所述第二标识的第二 消息的情况下, 所述融合业务系统才艮据所述第一对应关系或所述第二对 应关系对所述第二消息进行处理。 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述融合业务系统将由所 述融合业务终端发送的所述第一消息转发至所述传统消息系统之前, 进 一步包括:
所述融合业务系统将所述第一消息的格式转换为所述传统消息系 统支持的格式以用于转发至所述传统消息系统。 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述融合业务系统未预先 指定所述第二标识的情况下, 在所述传统消息系统接收到所述来自所述 融合业务系统的消息之后, 进一步包括:
所述传统消息系统将从所述融合业务系统接收的消息发送至传统 消息终端;
所述传统消息系统向所述融合业务系统返回携带有所述第二标识 的响应消息。 才艮据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述传统消息系统向所述融 合业务系统返回携带有所述第二标识的所述响应消息之后, 所述传统消 息系统立即或者经过预定时间间隔后将携带所述第二标识的所述第二消 息发送至所述融合业务系统。
5. 才艮据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述融合业务系统预先指 定了所述第二标识的情况下, 在所述传统消息系统接收到所述来自所述 融合业务系统的消息之后, 进一步包括: 所述传统消息系统将从所述融合业务系统接收的消息发送至传统 消息终端。
6. 才艮据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述传统消息系统向所述 融合业务系统发送所述第二消息之前, 进一步包括:
所述传统消息系统将所述第二消息的格式转换为所述融合业务系 统支持的格式以用于发送至所述融合业务系统。
7. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述融合业务系统根据所述 第一对应关系或所述第二对应关系对所述第二消息进行的所述处理具体 为:
所述融合业务系统将所述第二消息中携带的所述第二标识替换为 所述第一标识, 并将所述第二消息转发至所述融合业务终端。
8. 才艮据权利要求 1至 7中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第二消息 为以下之一: 回执、 阅读 4艮告。
9. 一种融合业务系统, 用于实现与传统消息系统之间的消息交互, 其特征 在于, 所述融合业务系统包括:
存储模块,用于保存由所述融合业务终端发送的第一消息以及所述 第一消息的第一标识;
发送模块, 连接至所述存储模块, 用于将所述存储模块存储的所述 第一消息转发给所述传统消息系统;
第一接收模块或指定模块, 其中, 所述第一接收模块用于接收所述 传统消息系统响应于所述第一消息返回的携带第二标识的响应消息; 所 述指定模块用于指定所述传统消息系统响应于所述第一消息发送的第二 消息中携带的第二标识;
第二接收模块,用于接收所述传统消息系统响应于所述第一消息发 送的携带有第二标识的第二消息; 建立模块, 连接至所述存储模块, 并且连接至所述第一接收模块或 所述指定模块, 用于建立所述存储模块存储的所述第一标识与所述第一 接收模块接收的所述第二标识的第一对应关系、 或者建立所述第一标识 与所述指定模块指定的所述第二标识的第二对应关系;
处理模块, 连接至所述建立模块和所述第二接收模块, 用于根据所 述建立模块建立的所述第一对应关系或所述第二对应关系对所述第二接 收模块接收的所述第二消息进行处理。
10. 根据权利要求 9所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述发送模块进一步包括: 转换模块,用于将所述存储模块存储的所述第一消息的格式转换为 所述传统消息系统支持的格式以用于转发至所述传统消息系统。
11. 根据权利要求 9所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述处理模块进一步包括: 替换模块,用于将所述第二接收模块接收的所述第二消息的所述第 二标识替换为所述第一标识;
转发模块,用于将所述替换模块进行标识替换后的所述第二消息转 发至所述融合业务终端。
12. 根据权利要求 9至 11中任一项所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述第二消息 为以下之一: 回执、 阅读 4艮告。
