Abstract

La présente invention concerne un kit destiné à être utilisé pour l’identification d’une cassette de sécrétion, qui, dans des cellules eucaryotes, produit un taux plus élevé de synthèse/sécrétion d’une protéine d’intérêt, dont la séquence codante est flanquée par le premier et le second ensemble d’éléments génétiques, respectivement, comparée aux autres cassettes de sécrétion présentes dans le kit contenant la séquence codante à la position correspondante, ainsi qu’un procédé dans lequel le kit est utilisé et l’utilisation dudit kit, de telle manière que la meilleure cassette de sécrétion soit obtenue.
