服务器与各种信息服务器连接, 例如向呈现服务器获得呈现信息, 向位置服务 器获得地理位置信息, 并将这些结果进行分析综合, 即按照请求者对这些评估 信息的条件进行评估, 将满足请求者发送条件的用户 URI发送至请求者, 从而不 再需要请求者直接与各种各样的服务器打交道, 只需要把需求提交给 CBUS服务 器即可。
[10] CBUS服务器所在的运营服务商在将 CBUS服务器投入运营吋, 在相关的网站或 者以其它人工方式发布该 CBUS服务器所能支持的能力信息。 当请求者在向 CBU S服务器提交请求之前, 事先从拥有该 CBUS服务器的运营商的网站査询 CBUS服 务器能够获取的评估信息类型、 评估能力等能力信息。 但是在实现本发明过程 中, 发明人发现当 CBUS服务器所支持的能力或者信息服务器的种类有所变化的 吋候, 如果没有提前到运营商网站査询或接到运营商的通知, 那么请求者提交 的请求就很可能包含 CBUS服务器不能支持的条件, 致使用户请求无效。

[12] 为了克服现有技术中的缺陷, 本发明实施例提供了一种基于条件的 URI选择服 务器能力信息提供方法及装置, 用以解决 CBUS客户端在向 CBUS服务器提交请 求前不能及吋准确知道 CBUS服务器所能支持的能力的问题, 并且根据这些能力 信息准确描述 URI选择请求。

[48] 如图 3所示, CBUS客户端 300作为请求者可以主动向 CBUS服务器 200査询 CBU S服务器支持的能力信息, 或者 CBUS服务器 200通过与 CBUS客户端的交互, 主 动向 CBUS客户端推送 CBUS服务器支持的能力信息。 当 CBUS服务器 200支持的 能力被扩展或者某些能力停止服务后, CBUS客户端 300都可以及吋知道, 避免 发送无效请求。 如果 CBUS客户端 300在提交请求前不清楚 CBUS服务器 200支持 的能力信息, 在 URI选择请求中包含了 CBUS服务器 200无法满足的需求, CBUS 服务器 200也可以向 CBUS客户端 300返回错误及提示信息, 返回信息中包括的内 容有: 请求中的哪些条件无法被支持, 以及该类能力需求中 CBUS服务器 200能 够支持的信息列表, 如: CBUS客户端 300发送的请求条件中包括了 CBUS服务器 200无法支持交互的信息服务器, CBUS服务器 200向 CBUS客户端返回错误及提 示信息, 告诉 CBUS客户端 300: CBUS服务器 200当前不支持从某个信息服务器 获取信息, 以及向 CBUS客户端返回当前 CBUS服务器 200支持交互的信息服务器 的列表。
[49] 如图 13所示, 为本具体实施方式的一种基于条件的 URI选择服务器的客户端设 备 500, 客户端设备 500可以是 PC机、 手机或笔记本电脑等; 客户端设备 500包括 : 能力信息接收单元 5001用于接收 CBUS服务器能力信息; 选择请求生成单元 50 02用于根据所述的能力信息生成 URI选择请求; 例如, 选择请求生成单元 5002将 接收到的能力信息以列表的形式显示在交互界面中, 并根据列表中的能力信息 生成 URI选择请求。 能力信息提取单元 5003用于提取用户输入的 URI选择请求中 涉及到的能力信息; 能力信息判断单元 5004判断提取的能力信息是否属于 CBUS 服务器发来的能力信息, 如果属于则将所述的 URI选择请求发送给 CBUS服务器 , 否则提示修改所述的 URI选择请求。 上述选择请求生成单元 5002、 能力信息提 取单元 5003和能力信息判断单元 5004可以是选择请求发送单元的一种具体组成 形式。 选择请求发送单元, 用于根据接收的 CBUS服务器的能力信息生成 URI选 择请求, 并将所述的 URI选择请求发送给所述的 CBUS服务器。 选择请求发送单 元还用于生成第二 URI选择请求, 并将第二 URI选择请求发送给 CBUS服务器。
[50] 如图 14所示, 为本具体实施方式的一种基于条件的 URI选择系统, 该系统包括 : CBUS服务器 200和客户端设备 500;
CBUS服务器 200向客户端设备 500发送 CBUS服务器的能力信息; 客户端设备 500 根据能力信息向 CBUS服务器 200发送 URI选择请求。 或者, 如图 15所示, CBUS 客户端 300向 CBUS服务器 200发送 URI选择请求; CBUS服务器 200接收 URI选择 请求, 从所述的 URI选择请求中获取 CBUS客户端 300选择的能力信息, 判断 CBU S客户端 300选择的能力信息是否属于所述 CBUS服务器 200的能力信息, 如果不 属于, 则向 CBUS客户端 300反馈错误及提示信息, 告诉 CBUS客户端 300: CBUS 服务器 200当前不支持从某个信息服务器获取信息, 以及向 CBUS客户端 300返回 当前 CBUS服务器 200支持交互的信息服务器的列表。

[52] CBUS客户端提交的 URI选择请求需要到多个不同信息服务器获取信息, CBUS 客户端作为请求者需要在请求提交前获知 CBUS服务器是否支持与这些信息服务 器的交互, 即 CBUS客户端需要提前获知 CBUS服务器能够获取的评估信息类型
[53] 如图 4所示, 与 CBUS服务器 200交互的信息服务器为位置信息服务器 401、 呈现 状态信息服务器 402、 里程积分信息服务器 403、 银行金卡信息服务器 404和呈现 个人信息服务器 405。
[54] 航空公司希望向目标客户提供升级服务。 如图 5所示, 目标客户是该航空公司 里程积分卡积分超过 1万分、 在航空公司的合作银行拥有金卡、 并且当前位置在 机场的客户。 航空公司这个请求包含的选择条件涉及到去有航空公司里程积分 信息的服务器获取用户的积分信息、 到合作银行的信息服务器获取用户是否是 金卡持有者的信息、 到位置服务器获取用户位置信息。
请求者航空公司在向 CBUS服务器提交条件前, 先向 CBUS服务器发送能力信息 査询请求, 査询 CBUS服务器当前支持的信息服务器的列表, CBUS服务器收到 请求者的能力信息査询请求后, 向请求者返回 CBUS服务器当前支持的信息服务 器的列表 (如图 6所示) 。
[56] 航空公司这个请求者在得到 CBUS服务器返回的信息服务器的列表后, 判断 CB US服务器可以支持自己的 URI选择请求, 然后航空公司将自己的选择请求提交 给 CBUS服务器去进行选择。
[57] 实施例二
[58] 如图 4所示, 与 CBUS服务器 200交互的信息服务器为位置信息服务器 401、 呈现 状态信息服务器 402、 里程积分信息服务器 403、 银行金卡信息服务器 404和呈现 个人信息服务器 405。
[59] CBUS服务器 200从各个信息服务器取回信息后, 还需要将这些信息与 CBUS客 户端提交的条件进行分析评估后才能最终获得符合 CBUS客户端要求的结果。 分 析评估的过程会涉及到多个条件对应的信息进行 "与" "或" "非"这样的逻辑判断, 也可能会涉及到对取回的信息进行相互比较, 如做最大最小最远最近这样的比
[60] CBUS客户端除了需要知道 CBUS服务器能够获取的评估信息类型外, 有可能还 需要知道 CBUS服务器的运算能力, 如上述的进行例如"与""或""非"的逻辑判断 , 信息的比较判断, 以及做随机运算等运算能力。
[61] CBUS服务器在添加或减少了某项能力后, 可以与 CBUS客户端进行交互, 使 C BUS客户端将接收到的能力信息更新到能力信息的显示列表中, 这样就避免了 C BUS客户端提交的选择请求中多个条件之间的逻辑关系不在 CBUS服务器支持的 范围之内。
[62] 如图 7所示, 为 Tom的 URI选择请求。 其中, Tom希望同当前位置在北京或者天 津两个城市的篮球迷在网络聊天室内进行聊天, 这三个条件之间的关系是 (条 件 1或条件 2) 与条件 3。 [63] 如果 CBUS服务器支持"与""或"这样的逻辑运算, CBUS客户端显示给 Tom提交 条件的界面上会显示出"与""或"这样的选项, Tom可以进行选择来连接自己想提 交的包括逻辑运算的多个条件。 若 CBUS服务器不支持 "或"这样的逻辑运算, 那 么 CBUS客户端就不会显示给 Tom
"或"这样的选项, Tom知道 CBUS服务器不支持这样的能力, 就不会提交包含"或
"的条件。
[64] 如图 8所示, 为 Tom的 URI选择请求。 其中, Tom希望从 Jack、 Peter和 Philip中找 出当前和自己在一个城市且离自己办公地最近的一位共进晚餐。
[65] Tom提交的条件中除了限定用户统一资源标识 (URI) 范围, 要求 CBUS服务器 能够获得用户位置信息之外, 条件 3还要求 CBUS服务器具有能够对距离进行比 较并得出最近距离的能力。
[66] 如果 CBUS服务器具备获取位置信息的能力, 并且最新添加了能对取回的位置 进行距离判断比较的能力, 可以通知 CBUS客户端自己新添加的能力, 更新 CBU
S客户端的条件提交界面, 使 Tom通过 CBUS客户端提交条件吋, 能够选择对距 离进行分析判断的选项, 使提交的条件能更好地满足要求。
[67] 如图 9所示, 为汽车会员中心的 URI选择请求。 其中, 汽车会员中心希望 CBUS 服务器能够随机返回 10位当前在北京的且有两年驾龄的注册会员的用户 URI来做 新车的试驾体验活动。 提交的条件中不仅需要 CBUS服务器具备从位置服务器和 注册会员信息服务器上获取信息的能力, 还需要 CBUS服务器具有取随机数做随 机运算的能力。
[68] 如果 CBUS服务器具备做随机运算的能力, 则与 CBUS客户端进行交互, 使 CB US客户端知道 CBUS服务器当前具备此能力, 更新 CBUS客户端向用户显示的条 件提交界面, 使 CBUS客户端可以在提交条件吋选择随机运算能力, 输入需要的 随机运算后的用户 URI数目。
[69] 如果 CBUS服务器不具备该能力, 并且未与 CBUS客户端进行能力信息的交互, 但是 CBUS客户端的 URI选择请求包含了"取随机数"的条件, 此吋 CBUS服务器向 CBUS客户端反馈提示信息, 该提示信息可包括错误信息、 或 CBUS服务器当前 具备的能力信息。 [70] 实施例三
[71] 除了 CBUS服务器能够进行交互的信息服务器的信息, 以及 CBUS服务器能够支 持的运算能力 (如分析评估能力) 信息外, CBUS服务器也可以提升自己的能力 , 允许 CBUS客户端提交的条件里边包含更多的信息, 如允许 CBUS客户端提交 的条件里边包括作为特殊字符的通配符, 用以方便请求者使用该通配符描述自 己想要得到的用户请求信息。 如果 CBUS服务器能支持条件中携带更多的不同的 特殊字符的话, 可以实吋通知 CBUS客户端向用户提供这些特殊字符的选项和含 义。 即 CBUS服务器除了可以将 CBUS服务器能够获取的评估信息类型信息以及 C BUS服务器的运算能力信息提供给 CBUS客户端外, 还可以将 CBUS服务器特殊 字符处理能力信息提供给 CBUS客户端。
[72] 如图 10所示, 为会员中心的 URI选择请求列表。 其中, 会员中心希望通知所有 会员注册号码中包含 888字符并且当前在深圳且在线的用户领取奖品。 CBUS客 户端作为请求者可以使用通配符来描述注册号码中包含 888的字符这个条件。
[73] CBUS服务器支持使用特殊字符" *"来描述条件, 通知 CBUS客户端: CBUS服务 器具有特殊字符" *"描述能力, CBUS客户端允许用户提交这样的条件。 CBUS服 务器接收到请求者提交的请求, 分析请求中包含的注册号码是" *888*"的条件, 到会员信息服务器中获取注册号码包含 888的用户 URI, 或者 CBUS服务器到会员 信息服务器中获取所有会员的注册号码信息, 然后与请求者提交的条件进行分 析评估, 选择出注册号码中包含 888字符的用户 URI。
[74] 如图 11、 图 12所示, 为网站管理员的 URI选择请求列表。 其中, 网站管理员希 望向当前所有在线的喜欢足球的且 IP在 10.121.32.10至 10.121.32.19段的会员发起 在线问卷调査。
[75] 如果 CBUS服务器不支持使用特殊字符 (通配符"? ") 描述的 URI选择请求, 则 与 CBUS客户端进行交互, 使 CBUS客户端知道 CBUS服务器当前具不备此能力, 但是如果 URI选择请求中包含了通配符"? "的条件, CBUS客户端判断生成的包 含了通配符"? "的 URI选择请求涉及到的能力信息是否属于接收的 CBUS服务器 能力信息, 如果不属于: 则提示错误信息。 如图 11所示, 为请求者网站管理员 提交的 URI选择请求描述。 [76] 如果 CBUS服务器支持使用通配符"? [78] CBUS客户端有吋还需要知道 CBUS服务器支持的信息评估方式, 这种信息评估 方式可以包括: 一次性评估方式, 定期 /周期性评估方式, 和 /或评估信息变化后 重新评估的方式等。 下面举例说明:
[79] 一次性评估方式: 以上各实施例中, CBUS服务器均支持一次性评估方式, 即 CBUS客户端将 URI选择请求发送给 CBUS服务器之后, CBUS服务器根据 URI选 择请求进行处理, 处理后获取到 CBUS客户端想得到的用户 URI(s), 将该用户 UR I(s)发送给用户之后, 不再进行 URI(s)更新或重新根据 URI选择请求再次获取客户 端想得到的 URI(s)。
[80] 定期 /周期性评估方式: CBUS服务器可根据 CBUS客户端发送的 URI选择请求中 指定的评估吋间或周期, 在指定的吋间或按指定的周期获取 CBUS客户端想得到 的用户 URI(s;)。
[81] 举例而言, 商场希望通过 CBUS业务对每天不同吋刻的客户数进行釆样, 得到 客户数在每天的不同吋刻的分布曲线图, 若通过 CBUS服务器发送的能力信息获 知该 CBUS服务器支持定期 /周期性评估方式, 且 CBUS服务器又支持与位置信息 服务器进行交互, 则商场的 CBUS客户端可向 CBUS服务器提交 URI选择请求, 请 求 CBUS服务器在指定的吋间获取该吋刻处于商场区域的客户数。 此吋, CBUS 服务器在 URI选择请求中指定的吋间, 与位置服务器进行交互, 获取客户的位置 信息, 然后判断哪些客户处于商场区域, 将在该指定吋间吋处于商场区域范围 内的客户的 URI返回给 CBUS客户端。
[82] 再例如, 商场希望通过 CBUS业务每隔一段吋间 (如 1小吋) 统计一次在商场范 围内的客户, 若通过 CBUS服务器发送的能力信息获知该 CBUS服务器支持定期 / 周期性评估方式, 且 CBUS服务器又支持与位置信息服务器进行交互, 则商场的 CBUS客户端可向 CBUS服务器提交 URI选择请求, 请求 CBUS服务器在每隔指定 的吋间 (如 1小吋) 获取该吋刻处于商场区域的客户数。 此吋, CBUS服务器每 隔一个指定的吋间, 就与位置服务器进行交互, 获取客户的位置信息, 然后判 断哪些客户处于商场区域, 将该指定周期吋间吋处于商场区域范围内的客户的 U RI返回给 CBUS客户端。
[83] 评估信息的变化后重新评估的方式: CBUS服务器根据 CBUS客户端在 URI选择 请求中指定的吋间段内, 根据 URI选择请求中的其他条件持续进行评估信息的获 取, 当获取的评估信息发生变化吋, 根据获取的评估信息及 URI选择请求进行重 新评估。
[84] 举例而言, Tom希望邀请当前位置在 A销售片区的公司同事进行会议, 他发起 的会议起始吋间为 9:30AM, 持续吋间为 2小吋, 则在 Tom根据 CBUS服务器发送 的能力信息表明 CBUS服务器支持评估信息的变化后重新评估的方式吋, Tom提 交 URI选择请求, 该 URI选择请求中除了包含"公司同事", "处于 A销售片区"两个 条件之外, 还包括要求"评估信息的变化后重新评估 "的要求, 以及"评估信息的 变化后重新评估"的吋间区间, 如 9:30_11 :30。
[85] CBUS服务器在收到该 URI选择请求之后, 在 9:30_11:30吋间区间内持续获取 T om的在 A销售片区的同事信息, 当评估信息发生变化吋, 如"公司同事"的位置信 息发生变化吋: "公司同事"中的 Jerry从 A销售片区移动到了 B销售片区, 或从 B销 售片区移动到了 A销售片区, CBUS服务器将重新根据 Tom提交的用户请求进行 重新评估, 将重新评估的结果发送给 Tom的客户端, 使 Tom在此吋间范围内能实 吋掌握处于 A销售片区的同事的信息, 以便决定是否向新到达 A销售片区的同事 发送会议邀请, 或取消对已离幵 A销售片区的同事的会议邀请。
[86] 当然在 CBUS服务器在评估信息发生变化, 进行重新评估, 将重新评估的结果 发送给 Tom的客户端之前, 还可以对重新评估的结果和上一次发送给 Tom的客户 端的评估结果进行比较, 如果两者一致, 则不发送, 若不一致, 才发送重新评 估的结果。
[87] 通过以上的实施方式的描述, 本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到本发明的一 些实施例可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现, 当然也可以通过硬 件实现。 基于这样的理解, 本发明的技术方案可以以软件产品的形式体现出来 , 该软件产品存储在一个存储介质中, 包括若干指令用以使得一台计算设备执 行本发明各个实施例所述的方法。 本发明实施例技术方案使 CBUS客户端在向 CB US服务器提交请求前及吋准确知道 CBUS服务器能够支持的能力信息, 更好的利 用这些信息来描述自己的条件, 且避免发送无效的请求。 以上具体实施方式仅 用于说明本发明, 而非用于限定本发明。

接收所述 CBUS客户端发送的第二 URI选择请求;
根据 CBUS服务器的能力信息确定所述第二 URI选择请求所请求的能力信息 中包含所述 CBUS服务器不支持的能力信息后, 向所述 CBUS客户端反馈错 误信息和 /或所述第二 URI选择请求中不被支持的能力信息。
