技术领域 本发明涉及医疗保健器械, 具体地涉及医疗保健枕。 背景技术 D.J.克里格等主编的《神经内分泌学》的第四章 "脑是内分泌的靶器官" 指出: "靶激素之作用于脑通过内分泌的反馈影响控制垂体分泌的神经活动 , 同时靶激素亦影响行为显然是通过影响前脑控制低位脑干及脊髓反射环。"中 才区神经具有记忆、 思维、 感觉分析睡眠、 情绪变化、 调整内分泌、 调节内脏 等诸多重要的生理功能。 才艮据 "神经的营养性作用不仅调整着支配组织的内 在代谢活动, 而且还决定其生理特征"的结论。 又因为连锁反应是神经反馈的 特点, 所以神经, 尤其是中枢神经在调整人体组织器官生理病理中, 有特殊 的决定性的作用和意义。 现代医学早就发现人体通过血液循环完成包括物质 交换在内的新陈代谢, 还发现了血液循环与外界温度的关系: 血管随外界温 度发生改变。 外界温度降低时, 血管相应地收缩, 血液循环阻力增加, 血流 量减少; 温度接近人体或者高于人体时, 血管舒张, 血液循环阻力减少, 血 流量增加; 氧离曲线右移。 对于人体指挥部的脑组织, 血液循环有更重要的 作用。 结合神经反射的体液(内分泌)环节的"感受器——传入神经——神经 中枢——传出神经——内分泌腺——激素在血液中转运——效应器 "过程等 大量的结论, 可以得出现代医学支持对脑组织施灸有产生医疗和保健作用的 结论。 灸法作用于头部对人体的医疗保健, 出自中国汉族医学。 "药之不及, 针之不到, 必须灸之" 的中医学名言, 反映了中医学对于针灸, 特别是灸法 用于医疗保健的肯定和信任。 对针灸有重要影响的《针灸大成》, 有针灸头部 的百会穴可以 "百病皆治"的记录。 大量的中医学针灸著作里头部施灸的医疗 保健作用的介绍, 为头部施灸提供了可靠的临床实践经验和依据。 现代医学有关脑的研究结论与中国汉族医学的实践都支持对头部的有 益干预, 是可以实现医疗保健作用的。 赵洪祥有用热水烫头治疗脱发的记录(载于《健康 4艮》, 1993年 4月 26 曰第 4版); 民间有用蒸汽美容的实践。 中医学用艾叶施灸不容易操作, 产生的烟雾对人体呼吸有害, 并且有干 燥和比较高的温度导致细胞丢失水分的副作用, 以上原因已经使有良好作用 的灸法濒临灭绝 ,提示我们有必要对中医学的灸法进行改进 ,使之造福人类。 传统灸法有造成局部细包失水、 不利于血液循环, 导致受灸者口渴、 目 干、 烦躁等不适感, 还有烟雾造成环境污染、 不易操作等缺点。 现代灸法(指 以热能烘烤实现医疗保健目的的器械) 虽然解决了烟雾造成环境污染、 不易 操作等问题,但是没有解决灸法造成局部细胞失水、 不利于血液循环的问题。 发明内容 本发明的医疗保健枕, 也可以称为头部汽蒸装置( steaming device ), 是 中国传统医学灸法的改进——使用水蒸汽作为热能和 /或药物的载体, 实现对 人体的医疗和保健目的。 本发明涉及一种医疗保健枕, 包括:
·枕部, 位于下部;
•罩体, 设置在枕部上, 罩体与枕部形成密封结合或密封配合, 从而形成一端具有枕体开口并适于容纳人的头部的头形 空室;
•密封挡板, 位于枕体开口的上部, 与罩体相结合或配合将枕体 开口的上部密 ; 分汽通道, 环绕头形腔室外周形成在罩体上, 分汽通道具有在水 平方向上环绕头形腔室并与头形腔室流体连通的一个或多个分汽开 口, 分汽开口的水平位置在头形腔室的中下部;

( 2 ) 罩体 罩体 120设置在枕部 110上, 罩体 120具有基本为四分之一球形壳体。 在图 1至 4中示出的壳体为双层的, 包括内壳体 126a和外壳体 126b。 罩体 120的下部壳体为三层: 外壳体 126b向下延伸部分作为外层、 下 部中间壳体 136作为中间层、 内壳体 126a向下的延伸部分 (以下筒称下部 内壳体 134 ) 作为内层。 下部中间壳体 136的轮廓与废水凹槽 104相对应 ,从而使得下部中间壳 体 136可以放置在废水凹槽 104内并与之相配合。 如图 1所示, 优选地, 下 部中间壳体 136的轮廓与废水凹槽 104 内的外侧壁 104b相对应 , 当下部中 间壳体 136放置在废水凹槽 104内时, 下部中间壳体 136的外表面与废水凹 槽 104内的外侧壁 104b基本相贴合。 下部中间壳体 136的下侧边 136a与废 水凹槽的底面 104a相配合, 形成基本密封的结构, 将枕体 100 内的头形腔 室 109与外界隔离。 这种密封并不必要严格的密闭密封, 只要使罩体 120与 枕部 110之间结合处基本没有缝隙即可, 即下部中间壳体 136的下侧边 136a 与废水凹槽 104的底面 104a之间基本没有缝隙。 例如, 废水凹槽 104的底 面 104a为平坦的平面, 下部中间壳体 136的下侧边 136a也形成平面 (即下 部中间壳体 136的下侧边 136a在同一平面内), 如图 4所示。 则当下部中间 壳体 136的下侧边 136a放在废水凹槽 104的底面 104a上时 , 下部中间壳体 136的下侧边 136a与废水凹槽 104的底面 104a形成平面配合, 将枕体 100 内的头形腔室与外界隔开, 如图 1所示。 同样, 外壳体 126b与枕部 110之间也形成密封配合 , 进一步减少蒸汽 的泄漏。 分汽通道 106环绕罩体 120中下部形成,具有通向头形腔室 109的分汽 开口 142。 如图 1、 图 4、 图 5和图 6所示, 下部内壳体 134、 下部中间壳体 136和分汽通道上壁 138—起形成在水平方向上环绕头形 空室 109的分汽通 道 106。 其中, 下部内壳体的下侧边 134a 的高度比下部中间壳体的下侧边 136a高, 从而使分汽通道 106与枕体 100的头形腔室 109流体联通, 即在头 形腔室 109的中下部形成分汽通道 106与头形腔室 109之间的分汽开口 142。 下部内壳体的下侧边 134a 是水平的, 这样可以使水蒸汽沿下部内壳体的下 侧边 134a周边各个部位分散流入头形腔室 109。 在第一实施方式中,如图 1和图 6所示,分汽通道 106的横截面为倒 "U" 形。 下部中间壳体 136的下侧边 136a的高度低于下部中间壳体 136的下侧 边 136a的高度,从而在分汽通道 106与头形 空室 109之间形成分汽开口 142 , 使得分汽通道 106中的水蒸汽均匀并分散地进入头形腔室 109。 下部内壳体的下侧边 134a可以具有多个切口或格口 134b , 这样可以进 一步使水蒸汽分散并均匀地流入头形腔室 109。 罩体 120还具有与分汽通道 106流体联通的进汽管 112。 进汽管 112与 出汽孔 114相连, 如图 1所示, 进汽管 112与出汽孔 114对接, 从而形成了 蒸汽通道。 如图 1和图 2所示,头形月空室 109的下部中间壳体 136的径向尺寸大于 凹部 116 的径向尺寸, 即内壳体 126a 的下部边缘的径向尺寸大于凹部 116 的径向尺寸。 并且, 环绕在凹部 116周边外的废水凹槽 104在竖直方向上与 分汽通道 106相对应, 特别是与分汽开口 142相对应。 由于在本实施方式中 分汽通道 106 的内侧壁同时也是头形腔室 109 的内壁的一部分(即内壳体 126a向下延伸的部分), 所以也可以说废水凹槽 104在竖直方向上与头形腔 室 109的内壁的下边缘相对应。 在本实施方式中, 头形月空室 109的内壁的下 边缘也是下部内壳体的下侧边 134a。这样就可以使冷凝的水滴落在废水凹槽 104中。
( 3 ) 密封挡板 密封挡板 105位于枕体开口 152的上部, 与罩体 120相结合将枕体 100 开口的上半部分密封, 防止头形腔室 109内的蒸汽从枕体 100开口的上部外 泻。 密封挡板 105的下部边缘的轮廓与人的面部轮廓基本相同。当人面向上 躺下时, 将头置于头形腔室 109内 , 密封挡板 105的下部边缘与人的面部轮 廓相配合, 从而进一步保持密闭, 减少从头形腔室 109的开口直接外泻。 优选密封挡板 105 的下部边缘的轮廓与人鼻尖与眼部之间的横截面面 部轮廓相配合, 这样当人将头部放入头形腔室 109内时, 人可以呼吸头形腔 室 109外的空气, 从而使呼吸不受影响。 如图 10至 12所示, 密封挡板 105 的下边缘中部具有与人的鼻梁相对应的 V形凹槽。 密封挡板 105与罩体 120之间的密封可以是完全气密的密封,也可以不 是严格气密密封的, 即密封挡板 105与罩体 120之间结合处基本没有缝隙即 可。 例如, 密封挡板 105与罩体 120的密封可以是平面配合, 这样就可以防 止蒸汽的快速外泻。 当然, 密封挡板 105与罩体 120的密封也可以是凹凸配 合密封。 这样, 枕部 110、 设置在枕部 110上的罩体 120、 设置在枕体 100开口 的上部与罩体 120相结合的密封挡板 105形成了半封闭空间。 当人面向上躺 下时, 将头置于头形腔室 109内时, 枕部 110、 罩体 120、 密封挡板 105与人 头部相结合, 形成相对密封的空间, 使通入到头形腔室 109内的蒸汽不容易 外泻。 第二实施方式 图 7示出了本发明的第二实施方式。 在第二实施方式中, 枕部 110内不 再集成有蒸汽发生器 101、 储药室 102和废水箱 107。 蒸汽发生器 101作为 外部装置, 通过管道与枕体 100上的进汽管 112连接。 而储药室 102和废水 箱 107作为可选的外部装置。 在第二实施方式中, 分汽通道 106的下端是封闭的。 分汽通道 106的分 汽开口 142由在同一水平的多个分汽口组成。 分汽口在分汽通道 106的内侧 壁上与头形腔室 109流体连通。 分汽口可以是矩形、 圆形、 半圆形、 多边形。 罩体 120的下部壳体为两层:下部中间壳体 136作为外层、内壳体 126a 向下的延伸部分作为内层, 外壳体 126b在罩体 120上部, 仅延伸到分汽通 道上壁 138所在的水平位置, 不再向下延伸。 其他部分的结构与第一实施方 式相同或类似、。 第三实施方式 图 8示出了本发明的第三实施方式。 在第三实施方式中, 枕部 110和罩 体 120不再是分开的部件, 它们是一体的, 二者形成完全气密密封。 这种情 况下, 密封挡板 105可以上下移动, 以便根据不同体型的人, 与人面部相配 合。 分汽开口 142由多个分汽小孔组成。 分汽小孔可以是矩形、 圆形、 半圆 形、 多边形。 罩体 120的下部壳体为两层:下部中间壳体 136作为外层、内壳体 126a 向下的延伸部分作为内层, 外壳体 126b在罩体 120上部, 仅延伸到分汽通 道上壁 138所在的水平位置, 不再向下延伸。 第四实施方式 图 9示出了本发明的第四实施方式。 在第四实施方式中, 与第一实施方 式类似、, 枕部 110和罩体 120各自为独立的部件, 在相对于枕体开口 152相 对一侧, 罩体 120和枕部 110通过才区轴连接机构 144联接, 使得罩体 120可 以围绕才区轴连接机构 144的才区轴转动。 当使用时 , 先^!夺罩体 120围绕才区轴连 接机构 144的枢轴转动而将头形腔室 109完全打开。 当被施加对象( subject ) 的躺下, 将头部放在凹部 116中后, 再将罩体 120围绕枢轴连接机构 144的 才区轴转动返回, 与枕部 110配合形成一端具有枕体开口 152的头形腔室 109。 如图 9所示, 在第四实施方式中, 罩体 120的下部壳体为两层: 下部中 间壳体 136作为外层、 内壳体 126a向下的延伸部分作为内层, 外壳体 126b 在罩体 120上部, 仅延伸到分汽通道上壁 138所在的水平位置, 不再向下延 伸。 图 8和图 9中示出的分汽小孔在分汽通道 106的内侧壁上,但是作为变 型, 分汽小孔也可以形成在分汽通道 106下侧壁上。 当然, 分汽小孔也可以 同时形成在分汽通道 106内侧壁上和下侧壁上,并与头形月空室 109流体连通。 如图 10所示, 密封挡板 105具有弧形凸起 148 , 罩体 120具有与之对 应的弧形滑槽, 使得密封挡板 105可以在罩体 120的弧形滑槽内滑动而进行 枢转。 这样, 当被施加对象 ( subject ) 侧躺时, 也可以使密封挡板 105与人 头 目配合, 从而实现 目对密闭。 密封挡板 105可以上下移动,以便根据不同体型的人,与人面部相配合, 形成密封。 优选密封挡板 105是可拆卸的, 以便于安装、 包装和维修。 如图 11所示, 密封挡板 105具有竖直的高度调节滑槽 146, 这种情况 下, 在罩体 120的壳体上具有与之对应的圆孔或螺孔, 从而可以使用螺栓和 螺帽将密封挡板 105固定在罩体 120上, 同时还可以调节高度。 如图 12所示,密封挡板 105同一竖直线上的多个高度调节孔,罩体 120 的壳体上可以具有与之对应的一个或多个小孔, 这样可以通过螺栓将将密封 挡板 105固定在罩体 120上, 同时还可以调节高度。 本发明的医疗保健枕还包括蒸汽调控装置。蒸汽调控装置例如可以是功 率调控装置, 用于调控蒸汽发生器的加热功率, 从而调节蒸汽的产生量, 即 调控输送至头形腔室 109内的蒸汽流量。 当然, 也可以通过在蒸汽通道中安 装流量调节阀来调节输送至头形腔室 109内的蒸汽流量。 当人工调控蒸汽流 量时, 可以通过操作者与被施加对象之间的交流、 反馈来进行, 从而使被施 力。对象感觉舒适, 防止发送烫伤。 蒸汽调控装置可以人工调控 , 也可以通过程序自动调控。 可以在程序中 预先设定好蒸汽流量 , 通过程序来自动控制输送至头形腔室 109内的蒸汽流 量。也可以在头形 空室 109的顶部、分汽开口 142处等部位安装温度传感器, 例如热电阻、热电偶等,从而根据这些部位的温度来调控输送至头形腔室 109 内的蒸汽流量。 头形腔室 109的内部空间要比人的头部体积大,即头形腔室 109的内壁 要与头部保持一定的] ί巨离 , 以方便头形腔室 109容纳人的头部, 同时防止从 分汽开口 142流出的水蒸汽直接与人头部皮肤接触, 造成烫伤或使被施加对 象感觉不适。 头形腔室 109的内壁与头部之间的平均距离例如为 1 ~ 10cm, 优选 2 ~ 7cm, 更优选 2 ~ 5cm。 分汽开口 142与头部之间的平均 巨离为 2 ~ 10 cm, 优选 3 ~ 10cm, 最优选 4 ~ 10 cm。 头形腔室 109顶部与头部之间的 平均 巨离为 1 ~ 10cm, 优选 2 ~ 10 cm, 更优选 2 ~ 7cm, 最优选 2 ~ 5 cm。 因 个体差异, 人的头部大小不同, 因而, 在制造时可以根据各个国家或地区的 人的平均头部尺寸来制造本发明的医疗保健枕, 例如可以分为大、 中、 小等 一系列型号。 当然, 也可以通过在凹部 116中加入 ^"垫 (例如柔性^ "垫) 来 调节与头形腔室 109顶部与人的头部之间的 巨离 , 以实现最佳的治疗保健效 果。 储药室 102中药物为含挥发性有效成分的药物, 优选中药, 例如艾叶或 艾草。 环绕罩体 120的分汽通道 106 (主要是分汽开口 142 ) 的水平位置在环 绕罩体 120中下部, 也就是说环绕头形腔室 109的分汽开口 142的水平位置 在头形腔室 109的中下部。相对于头形腔室 109的整个高度 H,分汽开口 142 的水平位置 巨头形腔室 109的顶部的垂直巨离 h为头形腔室 109的整个高度 H的 0.35至 0.99 , 优选 0.4至 0.99 , 还优选 0.5至 0.99, 更优选 0.6至 0.99, 最优选 0.7至 0.99, 进一步最优选 0.8至 0.99。 以图为例, 分汽开口 142的 水平位置] ¾头形腔室 109的顶部的垂直 巨离 h (即分汽开口 142的上边缘的 水平位置 巨头形月空室 109的顶部的垂直 巨离), 在图 1 中为下部内壳体的下 侧边 134a 巨头形月空室 109的顶部的垂直 巨离 , 图 7中为分汽开口 142的上 边缘距头形腔室 109的顶部的垂直距离, 在图 8中为最上面一排小孔 142距 头形腔室 109的顶部的垂直距离。 应用 本发明的医疗保健枕可以具有多种保健和 /或治疗用途:
( 1 ) 用于各种脑疲劳、 头痛、 头晕、 失眠、 健忘、 心烦的治疗;
( 2 ) 用于脑中风、 脑萎缩的治疗和预防; ( 3 ) 用于冠心病、 癫痫等的治疗;
( 4 ) 用于保健防病、 提高免疫力和增加人的寿命; ( 5 )预防和治疗脱发; ( 6 ) 用于美容。 下面以第一实施方式为例来对本发明的医疗保健枕的使用进行说明。 在使用时, 先将罩体 120移开, 被施加对象面向上平躺, 将头部枕在枕 部 110上的半头形凹部 116中。 然后; 1夺罩体 120扣在枕部 110上形成配合密 封, 从而使头部置于头形腔室 109内。 调节密封挡板 105 的高度以便与患者的面部贴合, 形成头形腔室 109 的相对密 ^"的空间。 通过蒸汽发生器 101 加热水而产生热的水蒸汽, 水蒸汽经由蒸汽通道
140、 储药室 102、 出汽孔 114、 进汽管 112进入分汽通道 106, 水蒸汽通过 分汽通道 106的分汽开口 142均匀并分散地进入头形腔室 109内。 由于热气 上升的自然作用 , 水蒸汽通过分汽开口 142进入头形腔室 109后 , 会上升并 在头形腔室 109的顶部聚集, 随着蒸汽量的增加, 水蒸汽会充满人头部与头 形月空室 109之间的空间 , 从而对头部产生作用。 医务人员可以根据受治疗者的病症的不同,而在储药室 102中放置不同 的药物, 从而达到不同的治疗和 /或保健的目的。 也可以根据受治疗者的病症 的不同, 调节蒸汽的流量、 治疗时间。 在一种优选的实施方式中, 本发明的医疗保健枕包括: 一个枕部, 一个 蒸汽发生器, 一个储药室, 一个调控装置。 在蒸汽发生器加入适量的水。在药箱里加入一定数量的有挥发性的如艾 叶等中药, 用照明电源使水变成水蒸汽, 通过枕部的罩体, 施灸于人体的头 部。 通过调控装置通过对电压的改变, 保证头部需要的温度。 本发明的枕部通过以下措施来完成:枕部的下部分为一个约是方型有头 形凹部的枕部。 头形凹部分成两层, 上层有一个带孔近似弧形的凹槽, 下层 连接废水箱。 枕部的上部为双层、 头形的罩体, 左右位于头顶的罩体的两层 中有一个进汽管与枕部的出汽孔对接, 位于头顶的罩体中下部的有一个分流 载药水蒸汽的、 口朝下的槽, 临着头的槽面有若干豁口或者无豁口但左右是 开放的。 本发明的蒸汽发生器通过以下措施来完成: 有一加水孔, 通过两个连接 电源的金属片, 以加入的水为电阻加热水成蒸汽, 或者用其它如电磁炉等诸 多方式加热水成蒸汽, 经过一通道进入储药室。 本发明的储药室通过以下措施来完成:储药室有一个能够可以活动的药 箱, 药箱是除了上面被封住外周围与下面都通气、 通过开放一个侧面来放入 中药的容器。有两个通道分别连接罩体的两层中有一个进汽管和蒸汽发生器。 本发明的调控装置通过以下措施来完成:带插头的电源线依次接通开关 (或者定时开关)、 调压器和蒸汽发生器。 使用时, 通过蒸汽发生器 101 的注水口 108加入适量的水, 把储药室 102活动的药箱 103里加入诸如艾叶等中药, 把本发明的医疗保健枕放在床 上后, 接通电源, 使用者面朝上躺在枕部的半头形的凹部处, 把罩体扣在枕 部的废水凹槽 104里, 并且把自己的鼻梁放在上面的密封挡板 105的鼻梁形 的凹槽里, 通过调控装置的调压器把电压调至最高, 此时蒸汽发生器 101的 水被加热至沸腾变成水蒸汽, 水蒸汽经过通道进入储药室 102使药箱 103里 中药某些成分溶入其中 , 在通过枕部的出气通道进入罩体里的凹槽 106及其 豁口, 作用于人体头部, 放在鼻梁上面的密封挡板 105与相临的前沿等可以 最大的阻止含药蒸汽的外逸, 实施对脑组织的施灸作用; 蒸汽冷却变成的水 沿罩体里层壁, 先流入枕部的废水凹槽 104里, 通过废水凹槽 104的孔, 流 入枕部的下层, 经过枕部的下层中间的孔 , 流入废水箱 107内。 效果试验 采用本发明第一实施方式的医疗保健枕, 对 20名志愿者进行实验, 每 天 1次, 每次 0.5小时, 进行 5天。 当分汽开口 142的水平位置距头形腔室 109的顶部的垂直 巨离 h与头形空室 109的整个高度 H的比例 h/H为 0.1、 0.35、 0.5、 0.7、 0.9、 0.99时, 试 -险数据如表 1所示。 以 10分为满分, 20名被施加对象才艮据自己感觉对舒适度进行评价, 取 平均值作为舒适度的值, 并作为使用效果的评价指标。 表 1

如表中的数据所示,当分汽开口 142的水平位置位于头形腔室 109的中 下部时,被施加对象的舒适度显著比位于头形腔室 109的上部时的舒适度好。 而且, 随着分汽开口 142的水平位置距头形腔室 109的顶部的垂直距离 h与 头形腔室 109的整个高度 H的比例 h/H的增大, 被施加对象的舒适度增力口。 当然, 本发明还可有其他具体实施方式, 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实 施方式, 并非用来限定本发明的保护范围; 在不背离本发明精神的情况下, 本领域普通技术人员凡是依本发明内容所做出各种相应的变化与修改 , 都属 于本发明的权利要求的保护范围。 主要附图标号说明

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种医疗保健枕, 包括:
枕部 ( 110), 位于下部;
罩体( 120), 设置在所述枕部 ( 110) 上, 所述罩体( 120) 与所 述枕部 ( 110)形成密封结合或密封配合, 从而形成一端具有枕体开口 ( 152) 并适于容纳人的头部的头形腔室 ( 109);
密封挡板( 105), 位于所述枕体开口 ( 152) 的上部, 与所述罩 体 (120)相结合或配合夺所述枕体开口 ( 152) 的上部密 †;
分汽通道( 106), 环绕所述头形腔室 ( 109) 外周形成在所述罩 体 ( 120) 上, 所述分汽通道 ( 106) 具有在水平方向上环绕所述头形 腔室 ( 109) 并与所述头形 空室 ( 109) 流体连通的一个或多个分汽开 口 ( 142), 所述分汽开口 ( 142) 的水平位置在所述头形腔室 ( 109) 的中下部;
进汽管 ( 112), 与所述分汽通道( 106) 流体连通, 用于通入蒸 汽;

2. 根据权利要求 1所述的医疗保健枕,其特征在于 ,所述分汽开口( 142 ) 的水平位置] ¾所述头形腔室( 109)的顶部的垂直 巨离 h为所述头形腔 室 (109) 的整个高度 H的 0.35至 0.99, 优选 0.4至 0.99, 还优选 0.5 至 0.99, 更优选 0.6至 0.99, 最优选 0.7至 0.99, 进一步最优选 0.8至 0.99。
3. 根据权利要求 1至 2任一项所述的医疗保健枕, 其特征在于, 所述分 汽通道(106) 的横截面为倒 "U" 形, 下端的开口形成与所述头形腔 室 ( 109 )流体连通的所述分汽开口 ( 142 ); 优选所述分汽通道( 106 ) 的内侧壁下边缘具有多个切口或格口 ( 134b )。
4. 根据权利要求 1至 2任一项所述的医疗保健枕, 其特征在于, 所述分 汽开口 ( 142) 由位于所述分汽通道( 106) 的下部和 /或内侧、 与所述 头形腔室( 109 )流体连通的多个分汽口组成;优选所述分汽口是小孔。
5. 根据权利要求 1至 4任一项所述的医疗保健枕, 其特征在于, 所述密 封挡板 ( 105 )的下部边缘的轮廓与人的面部轮廓相配合, 优选与人鼻 尖与眼部之间的横截面面部轮廓相配合; 优选所述密封挡板( 105 )具 有高度调节机构; 优选所述密封挡板 ( 105) 是可拆卸的。
6. 根据权利要求 1至 5任一项所述的医疗保健枕, 其特征在于, 还包括: 蒸汽发生器( 101), 用于产生热的蒸汽, 与所述进汽管 ( 112) 流体连 通。
7. 根据权利要求 1至 6任一项所述的医疗保健枕, 其特征在于, 还包括: 储药室 ( 102 ), 设置在蒸汽进入所述分汽通道 ( 106 )之前的蒸汽通道 中, 所述储药室( 102)内容纳有含挥发性有效成分的药物, 优选中药, 例如艾叶或艾草。
8. 根据权利要求 1至 7任一项所述的医疗保健枕, 其特征在于, 还包括: 废水凹槽(104), 形成在所述凹部 ( 116)外周, 在竖直方向上与所述 分汽开口 (142) 和 /或所述头形月空室 (109) 内壁的下边缘相对应, 用 于接收冷;疑水; 4尤选所述废水凹槽 ( 104) 的下部具有 4非水孔 ( 118), 与用于排水的排水通道( 122)流体连通; 优选所述医疗保健枕还具有 与所述排水通道 ( 122)流体连通的废水箱 ( 107), 用于容纳排出的废 水。
9. 根据权利要求 6至 8任一项所述的医疗保健枕, 其特征在于, 所述蒸 汽发生器 ( 101 ) 和 /或所述储药室 ( 102) 和 /或所述废水箱 ( 107) 集 成在所述枕部 ( 110) 中。
10. 根据权利要求 1至 9任一项所述的医疗保健枕, 其特征在于, 所述枕 部 ( 110) 和所述罩体 ( 120) 是分体的单独部件或者形成为一体的, 优选当所述枕部 ( 110) 和所述罩体 ( 120) 是分体的单独部件时, 二 者通过在所述枕体开口 ( 152)相对一侧的枢轴连接机构 ( 144)联接。
