Abstract

본 발명은 이송대상 액인 유체를 수직 내지 수평으로 이송하는 장치에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 상기 유체와 서로 다른 접촉각(contact angle)을 갖도록 상기 유체의 이송방향으로 교번되어 반복적으로 표면이 형성되고, 상기 접촉각의 차이로 발생하는 힘(hydrodynamic force)에 의해 상기 유체가 이송되는 특징이 있다. 본 발명에 따른 유체 이송 장치, 상세하게는 유체 이송을 위한 미세 유체 관은 외부장치, 풍력 등에 의한 물리적 진동, 정전기 혹은 전기장에 의하여 발생하는 전자기장에 의한 힘, 물리적 힘, 열 에너지에 의한 진동 등을 포함하는 외부 에너지 소비를 최소로 소요하며 펌프를 이용하지 않고 유체를 수직 내지 수평 방향으로 이송시키는 장점이 있다.
