[6] 这两种方法的领带架存在着领带容易滑落及领带架本身占地方大等缺点。 特别 是使用此类领带架吋， 由于领带重叠导致不容易找到适合自己情趣的领带， 造 成了选用领带吋的不便。 本发明的领带架解决了以上的课题。

[9] 如图 1所示， 本发明的特点是， 把分别独立的一对 L形状的领带挂具 2左右相对 地设置在由塑料等合成树脂材料、 木材或金属等硬质材料做成的基板 1的表面上 ， 由其形成的挟持面把领带稳定地挟持住。
[10] 在权利要求书 1所述领带架的基础上， 优选地， 在基板 1上设置多对的 L形状的 领带挂具 2， 就可以在此领带架上挟挂多条领带。

[12] 本发明是利用如图 2所示的一对 L形状的挂具将领带稳定地挟挂住， 操作灵活简 便， 美观实用， 而且挟挂领带后的形状基本上和系好领带后所形成的领带节极 其相像， 因此可以非常直观地一眼就可以选出符合自己情趣的领带。 本发明的 领带架不但具有领带的收藏功能， 同吋还具有领带的展示及观赏的功能。 具有 结构简单， 造型美观， 使用方便， 功能多样等优点。

[14] 发明的具体实施方式
[15] 以下把本发明的具体实施方式结合附图作详细说明。 如图 1所示， 本发明是把 两个分别独立的 L形状的领带挂具 2左右相对地设置在由塑料等合成树脂材料、 木材或金属等硬质材料做成的基板 1的表面上， 由其形成的挟持面把领带既美 观又稳定地挟持住。
[16] 本发明领带架中基板的材料， 可以使用木材、 金属、 塑料等适当的硬质材料， 其形状， 大小可以任意设定。 另外如图 1所示的那样， 基板和挂钩部 3可以一体 形成， 利用挂钩部 3可以将本领带架挂在任何的收藏 ·展示 ·观赏的地点； 也可 以在基板的背面设置各种形状的挂具， 使本领带架能够挂在有挂钩或钉子的墙 上； 还可以把挂钩部 3改做成台座， 用台座支撑整个基板， 使本发明的领带架改 造成适合于柜台展示的台式领带架。 由以上可以看出， 本领带架既可以当作是 领带的收藏工具， 又可以当作是领带的展示、 观赏的工具。
[17] 为了便于对 L形状的领带挂具 2的说明， 如图 3所示用虚线将 L形状领带挂具分成 两部分， 即支撑部分和与基板平行设置的平行四边形柱体部分。 支撑部分的作 用只是起着支撑 L形状领带挂具的平行四边形柱体部分的作用， 是一个不需要有 固定形状的柱体， 只要其牢固， 美观地设置即可。
[18] 关于 L形状领带挂具的平行四边形柱体部分， 图 2中釆用了平行四边形柱体形状 只是为了便于说明。 柱体的底面 2 b， 也就是和基板相对的面需要和基板保持平 行， 大小尺寸可适当， 和基板的距离只要领带对折后双层可以穿过即可。 左右 对称设置的 L形状领带挂具的间隔， 即左右挂具间的挟持面 2 c的距离为一厘米 左右。 总之， 将挂具的底面 2 b和基板面平行设置， 左右对称设置的挂具有一个 适当的间隔， 满足了这两个条件就可以如图 1所示的那样把领带挟持住。 因此 ， 这里的平行四边形柱体也可以制成三角形柱体或者半圆形柱体等各种各样的 形状， 而且也可以在挂具表面 2 a上装贴上各种形状的装饰物。
[19] 以上虽然对本发明的实施方式作了说明， 但本发明的范围不完全局限于附图中 所示的那样。 比如， 成对的 L形状领带挂具 2的材料、 形状、 设置数量、 设置位 置等， 均可根据需要作适当的改动。 另外左右对称设置的挂具的大小及其间隔 也可适当地根据需要设定。

[21] 以下对本发明领带架的使用方法进行说明。 首先， 将领带的窄头一端由上至下 穿过挟具， 把领带平挂在挟具上， 这吋挟具和领带宽头一端的距离设定为成年 人打好领带后的长度。 然后， 把位于挟具稍下端的表层领带用拇指和食指轻轻 夹起， 再把夹起的部分直接送入左右的挟具 2 c之间。 这样就能在挟具的上边形 成一个隆起的倒立三角形。 也就是这个倒立三角形被左右挟具卡住而不能滑落 ； 也就是这个倒立三角形和打好领带的节相似， 所以本发明领带架不但可以做 收藏领带的工具， 还可以做展示 ·观赏领带的工具。 在使用本领带架吋可以看 到领带的窄头一端会长长地垂在基板下方， 这无疑会影响展示 ·观赏的效果。 这吋只需在基板的背面设置适当的挂具， 将窄头一端挂在其上， 这样就不能在 正面看到领带的窄头一端了。
[22] 工业实用性
[23] 本领带架不但可以简单方便地收藏领带， 而且还能将领带挂在其上进行展示和 观赏。 可以在家庭， 办公室和领带销售柜台等地方广泛使用。 其结构简单， 容 易制造， 可以批量生产。

权利要求书
[1] 一种领带架， 其特征在于： 把两个分别独立的 L形状的领带挂具， 以 一厘米左右的间隔左右相对地设置在由塑料等合成树脂材料、 木材或 金属等硬质材料做成的基板上， 由这一对 L形状的挂具形成的挟持面 把领带稳定地挟持住。
[2] 根据权利要求 1所述的领带架， 其特征在于： 所述成对的 L形状的领带 挂具多对地设置在基板上， 以同吋挟持多条领带。
