技术领域
[1] 本发明涉及一种节水切换装置, 特别是用于龙头等出水口处的节水切换装置。
背景技术
[2] 现有技术中, 水龙头等出水装置欲调节其出水量吋, 需上抬或下压龙头开关, 使龙头开关控制阀芯动作, 以达到减少水量而节水的目的, 有的龙头开关是以 旋转的方式控制阀芯动作的。 然而, 无论是哪一种方式控制阀芯, 龙头开关的 两个终端动作都是关水和最大流量状态, 而且阀芯的位置是在龙头的进水口, 因此在开关龙头阀芯进行水量调节吋, 经常会出现由于力度掌握不好而将水关 掉或者水量突然加大的情形, 使用起来并不方便。
发明内容
[3] 本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种设置于龙头出水口且使用方便的节水 切换装置。
[4] 为解决上述技术问题, 本发明的技术解决方案是:
[5] 一种节水切换装置, 其设置于龙头主体的出水口处, 包括按钮及节水片; 该按 钮设于龙头主体的按钮槽内, 其下方安装有节水片, 节水片设有片体位于龙头 主体出水口的腔室内。
[6] 所述节水片上设有一导槽; 龙头主体出水口的腔室内固定有一导向板, 导向板 上设有一导杆插于节水片的导槽内。
[7] 所述节水片与导向板之间设有一可令节水片复位的弹簧。
[8] 釆用上述方案后, 由于本发明在龙头的出水口处另外设置了一个按钮式的切换 装置, 在龙头使用过程中, 可通过该节水切换装置的按钮切换使出水量减小, 有此装置不用开关龙头阀芯就可达到节水目的, 因此使用起来更为方便。

[13] 下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述。
[14] 实施例 1、 如图 1、 图 2所示, 本发明所述的节水切换装置是设置于龙头主体 1的 出水口 U处, 其包括按钮 2、 节水片 3、 弹簧 4及导向板 5。 其中:
[15] 所述龙头主体 1内设有出水口 11 : 包括一水平水道 111、 一导水管 112和一垂直 出水口 113; 水平水道 111水平设置在龙头主体 1内与进水管连通; 导水管 112连 接在水平水道 111的前端部, 导水管 112的直径小于水平水道 111的直径; 垂直出 水口 113垂直在设置龙头主体 1前部的下端, 垂直出水口 113的上端面与导水管 11 2的上端有一间距; 龙头主体 1前部上端设有一按钮槽 13, 其下端与垂直出水口 1 13连通; 垂直出水口 113端部可设置一起波器 12用以形成气泡水或柔和水。
[16] 所述按钮 2设于龙头主体 1的按钮槽 13内。
[17] 所述节水片 3包括一杆体 31及一片体 32, 杆体 31安装于上述按钮 2的下方, 片体 32则设置于龙头主体 1垂直出水口 113的腔室内, 该节水片 3下部还设有一导槽 33 。 节水片 3的厚度与垂直出水口 113的上端面与导水管 112的上端的间距相匹配。
[18] 所述导向板 5固定于龙头主体 1垂直出水口 113的腔室的下部, 其上设有一导杆 5 1插于节水片 3的导槽 33内, 可起到导正节水片 3的作用。
[19] 所述弹簧 4设置于节水片 3与导向板 5之间, 图中所示实施例即为此种结构设置
[20] 所述弹簧 4设置于节水片 3与龙头主体 1之间, 可令节水片 3复位。
[21] 当龙头在使用过程中, 按压按钮 2, 按钮 2带动节水片 3向下移动, 节水片 3的片 体 32将封堵部分垂直出水口 113的腔室, 使导水管 112的出水截面变小, 如图 2所 示, 这样即可减少出水量, 达到节水的目的。
[22] 需要说明的是, 如果在按钮处设置多个按压档位, 节水片的片体就会使出水口 的出水截面积得到多种变化, 这样即可对水量形成多种档位调节。
[23] 实施例 2、 如图 3、 图 4所示, 与实施例 1不同之处在于, 节水片 3的片体 32上开 有复数个通孔 34, 当需要节水吋, 按压按钮 2, 按钮 2带动节水片 3向下移动, 节 水片 3的片体 32将封堵垂直出水口 113, 使水经过导水管 112进入节水片 3上方腔 体内, 通过节水片 3上通孔 34流出, 如图 3所示, 这样即可减少出水量, 达到节 水的目的。
工业实用性
本发明一种节水切换装置, 设置于龙头主体的出水口处, 包括按钮及节水片; 该按钮设于龙头主体的按钮槽内, 其下方安装有节水片, 节水片设有片体位于 龙头主体出水口的腔室内, 可以有效的控制出水量, 使用方便结构简单, 具有 良好的工业实用性。

[1] 一种节水切换装置, 其特征在于: 它设置于龙头主体的出水口处, 包括按 钮及节水片; 该按钮设于龙头主体的按钮槽内, 其下方安装有节水片, 节 水片设有片体位于龙头主体出水口的腔室内。
[2] 如权利要求 1所述的节水切换装置, 其特征在于: 所述节水片与龙头主体之 间设有一可令节水片复位的弹簧。

[7] 如权利要求 6所述的节水切换装置, 其特征在于: 所述龙头的按钮处于下压 状态吋, 节水片的片体封堵出水口, 水通过通孔流出。
