本发明涉及灭火设备, 主要是指一种适用于在空中灭火的空中灭火快车。 背景技术
传统灭火工具及设备都是在陆地上使用, 适合于人群居住灭火, 如各种消防器材和 消防车, 上述灭火工具及设备在遇到山林火时或高层的高位失火时, 由于受到地理环境 的限制或高度限制, 到不了火灾现场, 所以就发挥不了灭火作用。 目前, 还没有可以快 速到达火灾现场上空实施空中有效灭火的工具及设备。 发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种空中^ ζ火快车, 通过在空中飞行器的内部设置有水箱, 及 在其底部设置有灭火装置, 可以实现山林火灾的空中灭火, 较好地克服了现有消防器材 及消防车存在的不足。
实现本发明的技术方案是:这种空中灭火快车包括飞行器及所述飞行器底部设有的 灭火装置, 该灭火装置包括: 一连接臂、 一伸展臂、 一作业臂; 其中, 所述连接臂上端 与飞行器底部连接, 其下端与伸展臂连接, 该伸展臂前端与作业臂连接, 该作业臂上固 定有喷水枪, 该喷水枪通过喷水管与设置在飞行器内的高压喷水机连接, 该高压喷水机 与飞行器内的水箱连接, 其中连接臂与伸展臂之间设有第一旋转部, 伸展臂与作业臂之 间设有第二旋转部。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:
如图所示,本空中灭火快车由直升机(如米 -171运输直升机) 1和灭火装置 2组成, 灭火装置 2固定在直升机 1的底部, 灭火装置 2由连接臂 21、伸展臂 22、 作业臂 23组 成, 其中连接臂 21下端与伸展臂 22之间铰接, 连接臂 21与伸展臂 22之间还连接有液 压油缸 28,伸展臂 22前端与作业臂 23之间铰接,伸展臂 22前端与作业臂 23之间还设 有马达 24和半月形齿轮 26,马达 24通过小齿轮 25带动半月形齿轮 26转动,其中马达 24、 小齿轮 25和半月形齿轮 26固定在伸展臂 (U形) 22内, 半月形齿轮 26与作业臂 23固定在一起并带动作业臂 23摆动,在作业臂 23上设有用于固定喷水枪 10的索带 27, 该喷水枪 10经喷水管 7与设置在直升机 1内的高压喷水机 8连接, 该高压喷水机 8经 开关和 6分直径胶喉 9与飞行器内的水箱 3连接。液压油缸 28可以推动伸展臂 22作 90 度角垂直或水平向前移动; 半月形齿轮 26可以带动作业臂 23作左右各 45度角转动。
实施例
在直升机上配备强力照明系统, 高解像莹幕监察显示器 (日 /夜), 小型强力高压喷 水机一至两台, 机仓内负载一个 1000升至 5000升水箱, 其下方透出 6分直径驳喉咀, 再用 6分直径胶喉与高压喷水机相接码紧,喷水机前方则以 4分直径高压喉透出机身与 喷水枪相接, 而喷水枪则安放在电动工作臂上。 (该臂可电控左、 右移动 45° 及水平或 垂直调校 90° )只需接通电源开关制,水源加压后喷水枪利用苗准器射向目标连续发射 强劲水注约 15° (注:此喷水角度可调校)扑灭火灾, 山火视其大小而定,再分五等级, 一级山火出动一部灭火快车,调派相应数量灭火快车。由于多架空中灭火快车组成队伍, 可于短时间内将火灾扑灭, 可大大缩减扑救时间及有效阻止森林大火扩大。
该直升机内还设置有摄像机 6和显示屏 4, 其中摄像机 6与显示屏 4连接。 技术性能: 空中灭火快车(扑救森林大火)概念创新独特, 装备配件简单(负载高 运输直升机内仓设有大型储水箱, 内有水格, 透过高压喷水机将水加压, 再利用监察显 示系统及照明系统对准目标发射强劲 V形水柱, 对扑救森林大火功效显著)。
特点: ①可持续扑救无间断。
②不受任何环境地形因素限制。
③ 随时快速装备灵活准确地灭火。
④节省水源, 实行空中射水或空中人造降雨。
⑤大大缩减扑救时间及有效阻止大火蔓延。
山火会视其大小而定再分五级, 一级山火出动一部灭火快车, 二级山火出动二部灭 火快车, 如此类推。
在功能上及技术上都比现今使用之扑救工具或方法灵活优胜。
本空中灭火快车还可有效对高层建筑物进行灭火。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种空中灭火快车, 包括飞行器, 其特征是所述飞行器底部设有灭火装置, 所 述灭火装置包括- 一连接臂,
一伸展臂,
一作业臂; 其中 所述连 臂上端与飞行器底部连接, 其下端与伸展臂连接, 该伸展臂前端与作业臂 连接, 该作业臂上固定有喷水枪, 该喷水枪通过喷水管与设置在飞行器内的高压喷水机 连接,该高压喷水机与飞行器内的水箱连接,其中连接臂与伸展臂之间设有第一旋转部, 伸展臂与作业臂之间设有第二旋转部。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的空中灭火快车, 其特征是所述第一旋转部包括连接臂与伸 展臂之间铰接, 所述第二旋转部包括伸展臂与作业臂之间铰接。
3、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的空中灭火快车, 其特征是所述第一旋转部还包括连接 臂与回转臂之间连接有液压油缸, 所述第二旋转部还包括伸展臂前端与作业臂之间铰 接, 该伸展臂前端与作业臂之间还设有马达和大齿轮, 所述马达通过小齿轮带动大齿轮 转动, 其中所述马达固定在所述伸展臂上, 所述大齿轮与所述作业臂固定在一起并带动 作业臂摆动。

6、 如权利要求 3所述的空中灭火快车, 其特征是所述大齿轮为半月形齿轮, 该半 月形齿轮的开口端与所述作业臂固定在一起。
7、如权利要求 3所述的空中灭火快车, 其特征是所述伸展臂在液压油缸的作用下, 垂直向下或水平向前摆动 90度; 所述作业臂在马达的作用下, 左右摆动 45度。
8、 如权利要求 1所述的空中灭火快车, 其特征是所述充气飞行器包括直升飞机。
