- 시트상의 비닐을 상하 겹으로 하여 3면은 열 압착시켜 기밀을 유지하도록 구성하고 나머지 한 면은 지퍼식으로 구성하여 기밀을 유지하도록 된 압축팩(30)에 진공밸브(4)를 설치한 뒤, 피스톤 방식의 진공펌프(2)를 진공밸브(4)를 몰입하면서 설치하여 진공펌프의 상하작동으로 압축팩내의 공기를 강제적으로 외부로 빼내 압축팩을 진공상태로 유지하도록 한 음식물 진공 압축팩의 진공전환장치에 있어서, 상기 진공밸브(4)의 중앙은 하단부가 막힌 상태의 원통형 격벽(10)으로 형성하고, 격벽의 하단은 공기가 출입되도록 배출공(12)을 천공하여 격벽(10) 안쪽으로 패킹(14)을 고정핀(16)으로 고정하여 패킹 외측의 날개가 격벽 내벽에 밀착되어 기밀을 유지하도록 구성하며, 상기 진공펌프(2)의 손잡이(22)의 하단 헤드부(26)와 실린더의 하단에 공간부(28)(28a)를 형성하여 이에 체크밸브(20)를 내재하여 커버(27)로 고정되도록 하여 손잡이의 작동시 체크밸브가 서로 반대로 개방/밀폐 작용으로 공기를 빼줄 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물 진공 압축팩의 진공전환장치.After installing the vacuum valve (4) in the compression pack (30) configured to maintain the air tightness and the other side is configured to keep the air tight by pressing the three sides of the sheet-shaped vinyl up and down, The vacuum of the food vacuum compression pack, which is installed while the piston type vacuum pump 2 is immersed in the vacuum valve 4, forcibly removes the air in the compression pack to the outside through the vertical operation of the vacuum pump to keep the compression pack in a vacuum state.
