Abstract

L’invention concerne un dispositif de collecte d’échantillon capable de récupérer un liquide filtré obtenu par élimination de composants inutiles, tels que des solides, provenant d’une suspension d’échantillons, tels que des selles. Un dispositif de collecte d’échantillon tubulaire est constitué d’un récipient interne et d’un récipient externe. Le récipient interne est tubulaire, fermé à sa partie inférieure et comprend une paroi latérale. Le récipient externe est formé à une position située sur la paroi extérieure du récipient interne et sur au moins une partie de la paroi latérale de ce dernier. L’intérieur du récipient interne contient une partie renfermant un solvant mélangé avec l’échantillon. L’intérieur du récipient externe est formé d’une partie contenant un liquide de filtration destiné au solvant. Le récipient interne présente une ouverture destinée à relier entre eux l’intérieur du récipient interne et l’extérieur du récipient externe. Un filtre est utilisé au niveau d’au moins une ouverture ou à l’intérieur du récipient interne sur une partie de ce dernier située en-dessous de l’ouverture. Une partie d’introduction, dans laquelle un bâtonnet de collecte d’échantillon peut être introduit, est formée au moins sur la partie supérieure ou inférieure du récipient interne. Le bâtonnet qui porte l’échantillon est introduit dans la partie d’introduction et le récipient est entraîné en rotation afin de filtrer le liquide mélangé à l’échantillon.
