Definitions
- the centrifugal force is generated by rotating the storage container equipped with the stool collection rod in the major axis direction.
- the stool suspension in the solvent container is filtered by the filter for filtration disposed at the other end of the solvent container, and the filtrate moves to the filtrate container.
- the filtrate storage part is removed from the storage container, and the filtrate is collected from the filtrate storage part and used for the next step such as analysis.
- the present invention provides a sampling tool that can collect a filtrate sample from which unnecessary components such as solids are easily removed from a mixed liquid in which a sample such as stool is mixed, and a container used therefor.
- the purpose is to provide containers.

- FIG. 11 is a top view of another container according to the fifth embodiment.
- the inner container and the outer container may each have a bottomed cylindrical shape, and the inner container may be formed inside the outer container.
- the outer container is disposed outside the inner container so that the central axis of the inner container and the central axis of the outer container substantially coincide with each other. It is preferable that the container can be rotated in the circumferential direction.
- the inner container has a through hole in the side wall as an opening means that the inner container has a through hole that penetrates the side wall of the inner container and the side wall of the outer container.
- the said outer container may be formed as a bottomed cylindrical member which has a part of side wall of the said inner container as a part of side wall, for example.
- a part of the side wall of the inner container can be a part of the side wall of the outer container.
- the storage container 1 has an outer container 11 and an inner container 12.
- a cylindrical side wall 111 is arranged outside the bottomed cylindrical inner container 12 at a certain distance from the side wall 121 of the inner container 12, and the cylindrical side wall 111 and the inner container 12 are arranged.
- the bottom portion 112 is disposed between the side wall 121 and the side wall 121.
- the inner container 12 is formed by placing a cylindrical side wall 121 inside the bottomed cylindrical outer container 11 at a certain distance from the side wall 111 of the outer container 11.
- the inside of the inner container 12 has a solvent storage portion 124 that stores the solvent 16.
- the insertion part 125 in the bottom part 122 of the inner container 12 has, for example, a liquid-tight structure in which the solvent 16 accommodated in the inner container 12 does not leak to the outside.
- the liquid-tight structure is, for example, stored in the inner container 12 from the insertion portion 125 of the bottom portion 122 before, during and after the sample collection stick 21 is inserted into the inner container 12 from the bottom portion 122. This means that the solvent 16 or the sample mixed solution 16 ′ does not leak.
- Such an insertion part 125 can be formed by, for example, making a cut in the bottom part 122.
- the end 21b of the sample collecting stick 21 is held, and the surface of the sample such as feces is rubbed with the sample collecting unit 21a to collect the sample.
- the upper part of the outer container 11 is open.
- the outer container 11 may have, for example, a structure that can be opened and closed, such as a form in which a cap that can be opened and closed is disposed in the opening.
- a structure that can be opened and closed such as a form in which a cap that can be opened and closed is disposed in the opening.
- FIG. 12A is a plan view showing an example of a sampling stick
- FIG. 12B is a region including the opening 19 in the holding portion 18 of the container 1 in FIG. 1 (FIG. 1B).
- (C) is a partial cross-sectional view showing a state in which a sampling stick is fixed to the opening 19.
