型材连接器 20: 在横截面为空心的三角形的长边 201的上、 下部分别延 伸出上安装板 202和下安装板 203 ,在上安装板 202上设置有安装 LED灯模块 的安装孔 207 , 在上安装板 202之下、 下安装板 203之上的长边 201上分别设 置有卡接装置;
型材插接件 30: 通过横截面为 " ]" 形的左上端向上、 左下端向下设置 的凸起 301和卡口 302卡接在型材连接器 20上的卡接装置内, 在 " ]" 形体 的右侧居中设置有凸起部 303 , 在凸起部 303上间隔开出与 " ]" 形体的左侧 贯通的插座安装孔 304 ;
PCB插接板 50: 卡接在 " ]" 形体的左侧框内, 其上设置有与电路及外接 线连接的导线及数据线连接点 501 ;
插座 41 : 一端插接在型材插接件 30的安装孔内, 并与 PCB插接板 50上 的导线及数据线连接点 501 电连接, 另一端设置有 LED灯模块 1上的多线插 头 43插入的导电插口。
在上述的型材连接器 20与型材插接件 30之间设置有可夹住电线及数据 线的线夹 60。
上述的卡接装置是在上、 下安装板 202、 203之间的长边 201的上、 下部 分别设置有钩形的卡槽 204和凸起 205。
上述的三角形的内角均小于 90度, 转角处圓滑过渡。
用 LED灯模块 1和 LED路灯连接架 2组装成的组装式 LED路灯, 上述的 LED灯模块 1上的散热器 101上的安装孔 102用螺钉 12固定在所述的 LED路 灯连接架 2的型材连接器 20上的安装孔 207上, 将 LED灯模块 1上的多线插 头 43插入 LED路灯连接架 2的插座 41上的导电插口内,在 LED路灯连接架 2 的上部设置装饰罩 6 , 两端设置堵头 3、 5及外连接装置 4 , 形成组装式 LED 路灯产品, 利用外连接装置 4可安装在路边的电线杆的杆体上。
上述的 LED灯模块 1上的多线插头 43与 LED路灯连接架 1上的导电插口 之间设置有密封圈 42。
实施例 2 , 参见图 2 : 实施例 1的结构与实施例 1的结构基本相同, 其区别之处在于: LED灯 模块 1的散热器 10上的滑槽 103卡接在 LED路灯连接架的型材连接器的滑轨 上, 实现 LED灯模块 1与 LED路灯连接架的连接。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并不用以限制本发明, 凡在本 发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、 等同替换和改进等, 均应包含在本 发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要求 书
1、 一种 LED路灯连接架,其特征在于, 所述的 LED路灯连接架包括: 一型材连接器: 其横截面为空心的三角形状, 在所述三角形的长边的上、 下部分别延伸出上安装板和下安装板, 在上安装板上设置有安装 LED灯模块的 安装孔或滑轨, 在上安装板之下、 下安装板之上的长边上分别设置有卡接装置; 一型材插接件: 所述型材插接件通过横截面为 " ]" 形的左上端向上、 左下 端向下设置的凸起或卡口卡接在型材连接器上的卡接装置内, 在 " ]" 形体的右 侧居中设置有凸起部, 在凸起部上间隔开出与 " ]" 形体的左侧贯通的插座安装 孔;
一 PCB插接板: 其卡接在 " ]" 形体的左侧框内, 其上设置有与电路及外接 线连接的导线及数据线连接点;
一插座: 其一端插接在所述型材插接件上, 并与 PCB插接板上的导线及数 据线连接点电连接, 另一端设置有 LED灯模块上的多线插头插入的导电插口。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的 LED路灯连接架, 其特征在于, 在所述的型材连 接器与型材插接件之间设置有可夹住电线及数据线的线夹。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的 LED路灯连接架, 其特征在于, 所述的卡接装置 为一钩形的卡槽和一凸起, 所述卡槽和凸起设置在所述三角形长边上下安装板 之间, 所述卡槽设置于上部, 所述凸起设置于下部。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的 LED路灯连接架, 其特征在于, 所述的三角形的 内角均小于 90度, 转角处圓滑过渡。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的 LED路灯连接架, 其特征在于, 在所述 LED路灯 连接架上连接有 LED灯模块, 所述 LED灯模块上设置有多线插头, 所述的 LED 路灯连接架上的导电插口与 LED灯模块上的多线插头之间设置有密封圈。
6、 一种 LED路灯, 其特征在于, 所述 LED路灯包括权利要求 1所述的 LED 路灯连接架和 LED灯模块, 所述 LED路灯与所述 LED路灯连接架组装在一起。
