背景技术
癌症的治疗到目前为止, 在国内外大大小小的医院里所采用的方法主要是手术切除、 放 射治疗、 化学药物治疗、 中医药治疗和近年来比较新意一点的生物治疗。 我们从大量临床病 例中可以看到, 这些治疗方案虽然都有一定的效果, 但都没有解决根本问题, 而且都有相应 的副作用。
-外科手术切除肿块, 短期疗效可见, 早期癌症手术切除后, 可以获得临床治愈。 但手术 无法切除肉眼不可见的微小病灶和转移扩散的癌细胞, 己经转移扩散的中晚期癌症, 手术弊 大于利。
化疗药均为毒药, 它具有全身作用, 对多种肿瘤都有一定的疗效, 有的能够明显缩小肿 瘤、 防治转移和复发, 但副作用较大, 尤其是对骨髓的抑制, 而且多数病人耐受不了继续治 疗而失败。
放疗具有杀死局部肿瘤细胞的作用, 对于一些对放射敏感的肿瘤如鼻咽癌等是首选的治 疗方法。 近年来兴起的伽马刀、 X线刀、 光子刀等, 其实也是一些类似的射线, 也属于放射 治疗的范畴。 但其结局犹如不幵刀的局部治疗而已, 对于癌症已经转移者则无能为力了。
中医药可以调理人体状况以减轻放、 化疗的副作用, 但对癌症细胞的杀伤力较弱, 近期 疗效不如其他疗法, 仅作为辅助治疗。
介入疗法是应用经皮动脉插管、 植入药盒系统等技术, 将能识别和杀灭癌症细胞的药物 - 注入癌症局部, 局部栓塞癌症供血血管, 使癌症 "饿死"、 坏死、 缩小直至消失。 适合大多数 的实体癌症, 特别是失去手术机会的中、 晚期癌症, 是一种 "缓兵之计" 而已。
生物治疗, 如干扰素、 白介素 - II等, 对部分癌症如肾癌、 黑色素瘤等有一定的疗效, 但 价格较昂贵, 许多肿瘤疗效不确切, 不宜用作一线治疗。 基因疗法目前尚处于实验阶段, 临 床疗效不确切, 价格也较昂贵。

本发明集诊断、 心理治疗和生理治疗同步、 监测于一体, 具有使用方便, 治疗效果好的 优点。 患者躺在可移动治疗床上, 通过血压检测装置、 心电检测装置、 脑电检测装置、 彩超 检测装置、 温度传感器、 重量传感器将患者的基本体征参数输入电脑控制箱, 通过显示装置 即时显示出来, 方便对患者的病情进行诊断, 诊断后, 根据病情选择治疗机机型, 如果是单 一病灶, 早期发现, 适合采用单旋机。 如果是病灶较大并且在周围扩散, 中期发现, 适合采 用双旋机。 如果是在远端扩散三处以上的中晚期患者, 适合采用多旋机。 机型选择完毕后, 即可通过电脑控制箱按已经存储好的治疗方案进行自动化治疗, 治疗完毕后, 再次通过血压 检测装置、 心电检测装置、 脑电检测装置、 彩超检测装置、 温度传感器、 重量传感器将患者 的基本体征参数输入电脑控制箱, 通过计算机分析计算, 实时监测出治疗效果评价, 便于及 时判断治疗方案是否合理以及调整方案的思路。 通过大量的动物学实验和临床试验, 本发明 能迅速改善患者症状, 减轻癌性疼痛, 无任何毒副作用。 可大大提高早中期癌症患者的治愈 率, 对晚期患者有明显的改善性治疗, 明显减轻患者痛苦, 提高生存质量, 实现人性化临终 关怀。
