应该指出, 为了容易理解, 上述描述忽略了本领域的技术人员 公知的并且对于实现本发明必不可少的某些更具体的技术细节。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种用于使用静音模式接听来话呼叫的方法, 包括以下步骤: 由被叫方触发通信设备的所述静音模式,
在所述静音模式期间,根据所述被叫方的选择向主叫方播放预定 义的消息, 以及
在需要时,由所述被叫方在呼叫持续期间在静音模式和常规模式 之间切换接听模式。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中所述触发步骤进一步包括 由所述被叫方拨打服务密钥或输入静音接听命令以进入静音模式的 至少一个步驟。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中所述预定义的消息记录在 服务器或被叫方的所述通信设备的至少一个中。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中所述预定义的消息包括音 频消息或视频消息中的至少一个。
5. 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中所述播放步骤进一步包括 以下步驟: 由所述被叫方选择记录在所述服务器中的预定义的消息 并且由所述服务器向所述主叫方播放所选择的消息。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其中所述播放步骤进一步包括 以下步骤: 通过接收所述被叫方的所述选择的电话交换机指示所述 服务器向所述主叫方播放所述所选择的消息。
7. 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其中所述播放步骤进一步包括 以下步骤: 经由服务控制点指示所述服务器向所述主叫方播放所述 所选择的消息, 其中电话交换机将所述被叫方的所述选择转发到所 述服务控制点。
8. 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中所述播放步骤进一步包括 以下步骤: 由所述被叫方选择记录在所述被叫方的所述通信设备中 的所述预定义的消息并且向所述主叫方播放所选择的消息。
9. 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其中所述播放步骤进一步包括 以下步骤: 所述被叫方选择记录在所述通信设备中的所述记录的消 息并且经由电话交换机向所述主叫方播放。
10. 根据权利要求 5所述的方法,其中所述切换步骤进一步包括 以下步骤: 桥接或不桥接到所述服务器的连接以实现在所述静音模 式和所述常规模式之间切换接听模式。

12. 一种用于使用静音模式接听来话呼叫的设备, 包括: 保持装置,用于记录和保持在所述静音模式期间根据被叫方的选 择将要向主叫方播放的消息;
服务逻辑装置,用于触发所述设备的所述静音模式并且向所述主 叫方播放所述消息, 并且在需要时, 由所述被叫方在呼叫持续期间 在静音模式和常规模式之间切换接听模式。
13. 根据权利要求 12所述的设备, 其中所述服务逻辑装置接受 由所述被叫方输入的服务密钥或静音接听命令以使所述设备能够进 入静音模式。
14. 根据权利要求 12所述的设备, 其中所述消息包括音频消息 或视频消息中的至少一个。
15. 根据权利要求 12所述的设备, 其中所述服务逻辑装置选择 所述预定义的消息并且经由电话交换机向所述主叫方播放所述消 息。
16. 根据权利要求 12所述的设备, 其中所述服务逻辑装置基于 所述被叫方的所述输入命令在所述静音模式和所述常规模式之间切 换所述接听模式。
17. 一种用于使被叫方能够使用静音模式接听来话呼叫的服务 器, 包括:
保持装置,用于记录和保持在所述静音模式期间根据所述被叫方 的选择将要向主叫方播放的消息;
服务逻辑装置,用于接收来自于所述被叫方的关于所述通信设备 的所述静音模式的指令, 并且在所述静音模式期间向主叫方播放所 述消息。
18. 根据权利要求 17所述的服务器, 其中所述消息包括音频消 息或视频消息中的至少一个。
19. 根据权利要求 17所述的服务器, 其中所述服务逻辑装置基 于所述电话交换机的所述指令, 向所述主叫方播放预定义的消息, 其中所述电话交换机接收所述被叫方的所述选择。
20. 根据权利要求 17所述的服务器, 其中所述服务逻辑装置基 于服务控制点的指令向所述主叫方播放所述预定义的消息, 其中所 述电话交换机将所述被叫方的所述选择转发到服务控制点。
