Description and Operation
Fig l Prior Art
(0023) Fig. I is Prior art with specification, 8400, 8405 Box or File drawer slide. Prior art that interfaces with roll out Display box and Cross-circle system by splicing into the most inner Drawer slide rail towards the inner end of rail, modifying the File drawer slide system File drawer slide 8400, 8405 telescopes and fully-cxtends on precision steel ball bearings providing for a functioning Drawer slide system to occur. Description
Fig.2 Preferred Embodiment
(0024) Fig.2 is a perspective view of directional Cross-circle, interfacing with prior art Fig.l Drawer slide, by attaching to an inner Drawer slide rail Nm.31 , this is done by employing axel bolt Nm.37, with Phalange nut Nm.48. The most inner Drawer guide rail Nm.3 1 , has been cut into two pieces, creating a second most inner Drawer slide rail Nm.30. Slide rail Nm.30 employs screws Nm.38 connecting it with Nm.44 Cross-circle key plate.
(0025) A Cased bearing Nm.40, is placed and bonded into a center pivot hole Nm.46, 4 springs Nm.41, are placed into 4 threaded positioning holes Nm.45, that is on key plate Nm.44, 4 bearings Nm.42 and bearing housing screws Nm.43, place over the 4 springs Nm.41 , then into threaded positioning holes Nm.45 that is board into Cross-circle key plate Nm.44. Axel bolt Nm.37, is placed threw plate hole on Slide rail Nm.31 , then connecting threw center hole of Nm.32, Circle-cross plate, passing threw center holes of Nm.40 Cased bearing and Nm.46 center Pivot hole. Continuing threw a washer Nm.47 then threw a Mother drawer box Nm.49, (not shown in fig.2) to thread with a Phalange bolt Nm.48 from the inside of drawer box. This in return places position bearing Nm.42 on to 4 positioning holes Nm.35 that are board on to the Cross-circle plate Nm.32, creating a sandwich effect.
(0026) A Bearing grove guide Nm.35a, has been placed on to Cross-circle plate Nm.32. A Spacer Nm.33 is placed between Slide rail Nm.31 and Mother Drawer box Nm.49 (Mother drawer Nm.49 not shown in Fig.2) by employing screws Nm.34, this providing space for operation for the system so Mother drawer can swing left or right.
(0027) A notch Nm.39 has been bored into Slide rail Nm.30 in order to interface with a stop latch Nm.28, Prior art.
(0028) Nm.27, Stop Spacers, being placed inside of channels of Prior art Nm.26 providing a stopping point for housing Nm.29.
(0029) Slide rail Nm.31 and 30 then slides into channels of 2nd Slide rail housing Nm.29 that is placed into the 1st Slide rail housing Nm.26 Prior art. (0030) Slide rail Nm.3 1 follows Slide rail Nm.30, by sliding into Slide rail Nm.29 that slides into Slide rail housing Nm.26 completing one complete assembled unit.
Operation Fig.2
(0031) Fig.2 is a perspective view of a directional Cross-circle and a Prior art Fig. 1 Drawer slide that consist of 3 rails Nm.26,29 and 31 , the 3rd most inner rail Nm.3 1 prior art has been modified by cutting it into two peaces creating a 4th most inner Slide rail Nm.30. It is by this two piece rail system working in corporation with directional Cross- circle, that a Mother drawer box has the freedom to swing left or right for vertical or up and down for horizontal 180° thus in creating a vertical or horizontal Display box. By working in unison both directional cross plates Nm.32 and Nm.44 directional key cross plates provides for a bridge to occur between Slide rail Nm.3 1 and Slide rail Nm.30 allowing for the Inner rail Nm.31 , freedom to swing left or right.
(0032) Attaching inner rail Nm.31 to Cross-circle plate Nm.32, by employing two screws Nm.36 then attaching inner Slide rail Nm.30, to a Cross-circle key plate Nm.44, by employing 4 screws Nm.38.
(0033) A Cased bearing Nm.40 is placed in to center hole Nm.46 permanently bonded or screwed providing a functional pivot system to occur.
(0034) Four threaded holes Nm.45 have been bored on to Circle-cross key plate Nm.44 in order to accommodate 4 springs Nm.41 and Bearings Nm.42. Then by employing Spring and Bearing housing screws Nm.43, by placing housings over Spring Nm .41 and Bearing Nm.42 into the 4 threaded positioning holes Nm.45 on key plate Nm.44 creating a floating bearing, by the Spring pressing Bearing into smaller center hole of Housing Nm.43, providing for Spring loaded positioning points to occur.
(0035) Four positioning holes Nm.35 on Cross-circle plate Nm.32. Grove guide Nm.35a provides guidance for positioning bearing to roll from positioning point to one positioning point. (0036) A Axel bolt Nm.37 is then placed threw center hole on Slide rail Nm.31 then threw center hole on Cross-circle plate Nm.32, then threw center hole of Cased bearing Nm.40, that is within Nm.46 center hole on Cross-circle key plate Nm.44, then threw center hole of a washer Nm.47, providing a cushion, then threw a drilled center hole on Mother drawer (not shown in fig.2) to thread with a Flange bolt Nm.48 creating a sandwich effect.
(0037) A notch Nm.39 has been bored into Slide rail Nm.30, that inter acts with Nm.28 slide stop catch that is placed on to Slide rail Nm.29, this provides for accurate stopping point for guide rail Nm.30,31 and for Cross-circle system.
(0038) Two stopper spacers Nm.27 are add to Slide rail housing Nm.26 being placed in side of channels of Slide rail housing Nm.26, providing for a accurate stopping point for Slide rail Nm.29. Slide rail Nm.30 then slides into channels of Slide rail housing Nm.29 that slides into Slide rail housing Nm.26. Slide rail Nm.31 follows Slide rail Nm 30 allowing for a slide scope effect to occur, completing one fully assembled unit.
