Description

Tobacco substitute
Technical Field :
Smoking Molasses free of tobacco Background Art :
If we view the molasses tobacco as the Previous Type, then it contains several indemnities which are the tobacco, nicotine and tar. As for the subject of our patent it is also molasses, but does not have those indemnities.

2 - Tobacco, nicotine and tar lead to addiction.
3 - Like cigarettes and water pipe.
Novelty in the subject of the invention / Utility Form
- The subject of the invention is molasses tobacco
1 - Does not contain tobacco, nicotine or tar
2 - Does not lead to addiction
3 - Stifles the habitual impulse of using tobacco and helps smokers to kick off the smoking habit.
4 - Using natural herbs instead of tobacco which is using pressed sugar cane pulp or pressed red beet pulp with tobacco molasses ingredients added to it except molasses is substituted with glucose instead. 5 - It consists of pressed red beet pulp or pressed sugar cane with medical glycerin, sweet corn honey (glucose), flavors and nutritional scent; and more than sixty types of flavors have been determined like apple and banana ...etc.
6 - Just as nutritional coloring is added to it.
7 - It is possible to produce more than sixty kinds of this product with different flavors and different tastes and colors, and that is not possible with the tobacco molasses that is available in the market.
Examples of this molasses, is the Lemon flavored molasses and it is yellow in color and the Mango flavored molasses and it is also yellow in color but different from the Lemon yellow color. The Mint flavored with a mint green color.
Disclosure of Invention :
In view of the spread of smoking phenomenon, and the water pipe in particular as a world wide phenomenon, and because of the harm that nicotine brings to the health, and the danger that nicotine poses to smokers, especially to children who start as entertainment and for fun and nicotine gets hold of them and becomes a habit then a hard to kick addiction; therefore, it was thought of finding an herbal natural product that could be used as a molasses tobacco substitute to turn off and satisfy the entertainment and fun impulse in the youth and new smokers by natural botanical nicotine free elements so it would not affect them or lead to addiction. Therefore it has been attained a natural blend in form of two pastes fit for water pipe.
Method of Utilization
A- Preparing the filling material B- Mixing the ingredients
C- Packing and wrapping A-Preparing the filling material
Pressed sugar cane gathering and removing the outer pericarp (peeling), dehydrating by exposing directly to the sun for purification and dehydration then grinding in special machines to obtain measurements do not exceed 0.5 cm. B - Adding Glycerin in normal room temperature with normal mixing either manually or by slow machines. Adding glycerin is the first mix to avoid molasses or the filling material reaction or fermentation, due to the glycerin characteristic as a preserving element.
- Adding taste enhancers, flavor and the color assigned to each kind also.
That is with continuous normal mixing as well, in order to distribute the flavors and scents, and spread the color sufficiently and evenly.
- Packing the mixture in packages (plastic bags) and sealed by an electrical sealing machine and vacuuming the air out.
- Bags that are filled with the mixture are put inside a plastic containers (plastic containers with lids), with the consideration that manufacturing the mixture's ingredients works as follows
10% A filling substance (pressed sugar cane pulp or sugar red beet)
42% - 46% Medical glycerin
37% - 41% Corn Honey (Glucose)
5% - 6% Flavor and nutritional scent
1% - 2% Nutritional liquid color
Percentage of liquid color
10% - 11% Nutritional color powder, 60% - 70% water, 20% - 25% medical botanical glycerin
C - Packaging and wrapping:
At the packaging stage the mixture is stirred once more and packages are divided to 50 grams, 250 grams or 1000 grams, or to any other weights per requests in special high resistance bags (transparent high density)
- Packages are sealed by electric sealing machines and vacuumed from air
- The first plastic bag is inserted into another bag to insure good perseverance and ease of use in future for the customer, taking into consideration that the 50 gram package is packed in a small carton box and then placing every 10 boxes of the 50 gram package into another box that is closed and wrapped in cellophane or shrink The 250 gram package is placed into appropriate size plastic or metal containers Taking into consideration that the packages more than 50 grams is placed into the plastic container after packing
Method of using the final product
First method :
The package is turned over before taking out the final product for the desired amount for the head, then placing a metal screen on top of the head and placing a small amount of burning charcoal on top of the screen.
Second method :
The final product is placed into the head, then it is covered with aluminum foil and piercing several holes into the foil and then placing a small amount of burning charcoal on top of the screen.
