Abstract
L'invention porte sur une procédure de thérapie intradermique au laser, qui est une procédure chirurgicale pour l'élimination des rides, des hémangiomes, des follicules pileux et d'un tatouage par stimulation ou destruction thermique de tissus-cibles, à l'aide d'une fibre optique à une extrémité sphérique (9), qui est utilisée pour amener une énergie laser (1) vers le derme et les tissus sous-cutanés (7), à l'aide d'une aiguille (10) ou d'un cathéter (11), qui peut être relié à un dispositif manuel (12); la fibre optique (9) traverse entièrement la couche d'épiderme (6), et s'est introduit à l'intérieur de la peau, à une profondeur désirée quelconque (7), ce qui permet d'appliquer le laser (1) directement sur le tissu cible (5), sans qu'il soit absorbé par les pigments de mélanine (2) à l'intérieur de l'épiderme; il en résulte que cette procédure permet le traitement de patients à la peau foncée ou bronzée et permet au médecin de contrôler exactement l'aire et la profondeur auxquelles le laser (1) agira avec de meilleurs résultats thérapeutiques, sans perte d'énergie ou exposition excessive du patient; il en résulte que la procédure permet l'utilisation d'énergies laser plus faibles par comparaison avec une application laser classique à l'extérieur de la peau (3); la procédure est également très précise, sûre et spécifique, permettant au médecin de connaître, à l'aide de la lumière de guide du faisceau laser, l'emplacement exact de la fibre optique (9), la position derrière la peau, augmentant ainsi la précision du traitement et les résultats positifs.
