Abstract

Упаковка для пастообразных продуктов выполнена в виде плоского пакета из гибкого материала и имеет линию вскрытия. Область, примыкающая к линии вскрытия, снабжена элементами, жесткость которых выше, чем жесткость упаковки. Сечение пакета по линии вскрытия представляет собой узкое продольное отверстие. Элементы, примыкающие к стенкам пакета, выполнены в виде полос, длина которых соответствует длине отверстия, образуемого при вскрытии. Линия вскрытия выполнена в виде насечки и/или перфорации. Закрывающий элемент представляет собой, отрываемую при вскрытии, часть пакета, которая включает в себя шов плоского пакета.

Description

УПАКОВКА ДЛЯ ПАСТООБРАЗНЫХ ПРОДУКТОВ.
Полезная модель относится к области упаковки продуктов, в частности к упаковке пастообразных продуктов и может быть применима для упаковки продуктов питания, используемых, например, в поездах и авиалайнерах.
Известна упаковка для жидких лекарств - трехшовное саше, устойчивое к воздействию со стороны детей. Саше изготовлено из ламинированной пленки, причем имеет выступающий шов вдоль продольной оси и поперечные выступающие швы на каждом конце. В саше предусмотрен особый метод вскрытия упаковки (см. пат. РФ Ж.281892 «Caшe, устойчивое к воздействию со стороны дeтeй», МПК B65D 75/62 от 2003.02.07). Наиболее близкой по существенным признакам к предполагаемой полезной модели и принятой в качестве прототипа является упаковка для дозированных жидких лекарств, выполненная в виде саше, имеющего один продольный, два поперечных шва и надрез для вскрытия, выполненный на краю упаковки (см. межд. публ WO 95/01921. «Caшe для жидких медикаментов)), МПК. B65D75/48, B65D75/62 от 1995.01.19). Упаковки типа саше используются не только для упаковки жидких лекарств, а повсеместно для фасовки продукции в различной дозировке.
К недостаткам прототипа можно отнести низкие потребительские свойства упаковки, связанные с тем, что выпуск содержащихся в ней продуктов происходит неравномерно. Это обусловлено тем, что извлечение содержимого из пакета, выполненного из гибкого материала, осуществляется из отверстия произвольной формы. Причём, надрез для вскрытия, выполненный на гибком материале пакета, может привести, при неосторожном и резком воздействии, к разрыву пакета в непредусмотренном месте. Кроме того, при вскрытии такой упаковки возможен контакт рук потребителя с содержимым. Всё это приводит к снижению потребительских свойств упаковки.
Задачей предполагаемой полезной модели является улучшение потребительских свойств упаковки.
Поставленная задача решается за счет того, что в упаковке для пастообразных продуктов, выполненной в виде плоского пакета из гибкого материала, имеющего линию вскрытия, согласно полезной модели, область, примыкающая к линии вскрытия, снабжена элементами, жесткость которых выше, чем жесткость упаковки.
Кроме того, поставленная задача решается за счет того, что сечение пакета по линии вскрытия представляет собой узкое продолговатое отверстие. Элементы выполнены в виде полос, длина которых соответствует длине отверстия, образуемого при вскрытии.
Линия вскрытия выполнена в виде перфорации
Предусмотренный в упаковке закрывающий элемент, представляет собой, отрываемую при вскрытии, часть пакета, которая включает в себя шов плоского пакета. Вскрытие упаковки предусмотрено по линии вскрытия посредством насечки и/или перфорации. Выполнение элементов жесткостью выше, чем жесткость упаковки, придает краям вскрытого пакета определенную форму и позволяет легко выпускать содержимое в виде ленты необходимой толщины.
Кроме того, такая конструкция пакета обеспечивает защиту рук потребителя от контакта с продуктом, содержащимся в упаковке, т.к. жесткость, придаваемая элементами краю вскрытой упаковки, предотвращает непроизвольный выпуск содержимого. Выполнение отверстия, которое образуется при вскрытии, в виде узкой продолговатой щели, обеспечивает выпуск содержимого равномерной лентой.
Выполнение элементов в виде полос обеспечивает легкое извлечение продукта, содержащегося в упаковке за счет нажатия на пакет в области свободной от элементов, что обеспечивает равномерный выпуск и нанесение содержимого на поверхность. Выполнение линии вскрытия в виде перфорации обеспечивает легкое открывание упаковки вдоль уплотнённого элементами участка пакета каждым потребителем, и предотвращает разрыв пакета в непредусмотренном месте и нежелательный контакт упакованного продукта и рук потребителя.
Таким образом, в результате вышеуказанного решается задача полезной модели, а именно повышаются потребительские свойства упаковки для пастообразных продуктов.
Предлагаемое устройство поясняется чертежом, на котором представлено: на фиг.l - общий вид упаковки; на фиг.2 — общий вид упаковки в открытом виде. Упаковка для пастообразных продуктов, выполненная в виде плоского пакета 1, из гибкого материала. При этом пакет 1 имеет линию вскрытия 2, выполненную в виде насечки и/или перфорации. Пакет 1 снабжен элементами 3, 4 , жесткость которых выше, чем жесткость упаковки. Элементы 3, 4 плотно примыкают к стенкам пакета 1 внутри или снаружи и могут быть выполнены в форме полос. Элементы 3, 4, образующие узкое продольное отверстие 6, могут представлять собой полосы различного сечения, плотно прилегающие к пакету 1 в непосредственной близости к линии вскрытия 2. Элементы могут быть прикреплены снаружи или внутри стенок пакета и остаются на упаковке после вскрытия
Упаковка снабжена закрывающим элементом 5 представляющим собой отрываемую при вскрытии часть пакета, которая включает в себя шов плоского пакета.
Сечение пакета по линии вскрытия 2 представляет собой узкое продольное отверстие 6. Доступ к содержимому осуществляется посредством вскрытия пакета 1 по линии вскрытия 2.. Потребитель через узкое продольное отверстие 6, образующееся между элементами 3 и 4, путем нажатия на пакет 1 производит выпуск содержимого. Содержимое выпускается в форме ленты и возможно осуществлять его равномерное нанесение на поверхность. Это свойство удобно при употреблении упакованных данным образом пастообразных продуктов, таких как масло, сыр, разнообразные пасты и соусы, т.к. исключается необходимость применения ножа для намазывания, что особенно ценно при пользовании такой упаковкой в транспортных средствах.
Вскрытие и извлечение содержимого упаковки осуществляется без контакта с продуктом, т.к. открывая пакет, по предусмотренной перфорации и/или насечке потребитель удерживает пакет, чуть отступив от линии отрыва, это удобно, если содержимое жирное или красящее.
Размер упаковки и ширина отверстия может варьироваться в зависимости от упаковываемого продукта.

Claims

ФОРМУЛА
1. Упаковка для пастообразных продуктов, выполненная в виде плоского пакета из гибкого материала, имеющая линию вскрытия, отличающаяся тем, что область, примыкающая к линии вскрытия, снабжена элементами, жесткость которых выше, чем жесткость упаковки.
2. Упаковка по п.l, отличающаяся тем, что сечение пакета по линии вскрытия представляет собой узкое продолговатое отверстие.
3. Упаковка по п.l, отличающаяся тем, что элементы выполнены в виде полос, длина которых соответствует длине отверстия, образуемого при вскрытии.
4. Упаковка по п.l, отличающаяся тем, что линия вскрытия выполнена в виде перфорации.
5. Упаковка по п.1 , отличающаяся тем, что она снабжена закрывающим элементом.
6. Упаковка по п.5, отличающаяся тем, что закрывающий элемент представляет собой отрываемую при вскрытии часть пакета.
7. Упаковка по п.5, отличающаяся тем, что закрывающий элемент включает в себя шов плоского пакета.
