请参考图 3 及图 4所示, 系说明水箱 ( 30 ) 及水箱座 ( 40 ) 的细部结构, 其中, 该水箱 ( 30) 系固定于该拖杆 ( 20) 之一 侧, 其包括: 一出水组件 ( 31;) 及一水箱定位件 ( 32) 。 其中 该出水组件 ( 31 ) 设置于该水箱 ( 30) 的底部, 其包括有一水 箱口 (图中未示) 、 设于该水箱口外侧且位于水箱 ( 30 ) 及水 箱座 ( 40 ) 之间的水箱盖 ( 311) 、 一设于该水箱盖 ( 311 ) 内 侧的出水口盖 ( 312) 、 一设于该水箱盖 ( 311 ) 内侧且抵止接 触于该出水口盖 ( 312) 外侧的活塞复位弹簧 ( 313) 、 一设于 该水箱盖 ( 311 ) 与活塞复位弹簧( 313 )之间的出水活塞 ( 314 ) 及一系将水箱盖 ( 311 ) 旋紧于水箱口的旋钮 ( 315) , 该出水 活塞 ( 314) 可以顶幵出水口盖 ( 312) 使水箱 ( 30) 中的水流 出。
此外, 该出水活塞 ( 314) 更具有一活塞密封圈 ( 3141 ) 以 防止将水箱 ( 30) 放入水箱座 ( 40) 内时发生漏水现象。 该水 箱定位件 ( 32) 系设置于水箱 ( 30) 上方以将水箱 ( 30) 固定 于拖杆 ( 20) 。 该水箱座 ( 40) 系由水箱 ( 30) 下方与水箱 ( 30) 卡合, 其包括一水箱出水板 ( 41 ) 及一顶杆 ( 42) 。 其中, 该水箱出 水板 ( 41 ) 系设于水箱座 ( 40 ) 上方, 并具有一出水孔 ( 411 ) , 该出水孔 ( 411 ) 与该活塞帮浦 ( 22) 的进水胶管 ( 225A) 相 连, 该水箱 ( 30) 中的水可以经由该出水孔 ( 411 ) 通过该进 水胶管 ( 225A) 流入活塞帮浦(22)。 顶杆 ( 42) 系向上直立并 固定于该出水孔 ( 411 ) , 其可将该出水组件 ( 31 ) 的出水活 塞 ( 314) 顶起并把水箱口顶开。 请参考图 1、 图 6及图 7, 系说明不同实施例之拖把头组件 ( 50)的细部结构, 该拖把头组件( 50)系设置于该水箱座( 40) 下方, 其包括一拖把座 ( 51 ) 、 一蒸汽产生器 ( 52) 、 一拖把 布 ( 54) 及一连接件 ( 55) , 其中该拖把座 ( 51 ) 系包括一耐 高温尼龙材质的上胶盖 ( 511 ) 及一耐高温尼龙材质的下胶盖
( 512) , 该上胶盖 ( 511 ) 上设有一电源开关 ( 5111 ) 及一指 示灯 ( 5112) 并与该下胶盖 ( 512) 嵌合形成一腔体, 该下胶 盖 ( 512) 具有一出蒸汽口 ( 5121 ) , 其靠近拖把布 ( 54) 之 —面以出蒸汽口 ( 5121 ) 为中心设置有一放射状之凹槽 ( 5122) 或是一卡合槽( 5123),该卡合槽( 5123)可与一蒸汽喷盖( 5124) 卡合, 该蒸汽喷盖 ( 5124) 上平均分布有小孔, 由该出蒸汽口
( 5121 ) 导出之蒸汽可沿该凹槽 ( 5122) 或该蒸汽喷盖 ( 5124) 上的小孔平均发散至该拖把布 ( 54) 上。
该蒸汽产生器 ( 52) 系设于该拖把座 ( 51 ) 之腔体内 , 其 包括一铝材成型的上密封盖 ( 521 ) 、 一铝材成型的下密封盖 ( 522 ) 、 一套设上密封盖 ( 521 ) 及下密封盖 ( 522 ) 之周边 以形成一密闭腔体的密封圈 ( 523 ) 、 一设于由上密封盖 ( 521 ) 及下密封盖 ( 522 ) 与密封圈 ( 523 ) 所组成之密封腔体内的 U 形发热管 ( 524) 、 一端连接于出水胶管 ( 225B) 且另一端夹 置于上密封盖 ( 521 ) 与下密封盖 ( 522 ) 之间的入水管 ( 525 ) 及一端夹置于上密封盖 ( 521 ) 及下密封盖 ( 522 ) 之间且另一 端与该下胶盖( 512)之出蒸汽口( 5121 )相连的出蒸汽管( 526), 由该入水管 ( 525 ) 流出的水会经过该发热管 ( 524 ) 进行加热 并形成蒸汽。
该拖把布 ( 54) 系套装于该下胶盖 ( 512) 上, 可吸收由该 下胶盖 ( 512) 之出蒸汽口 ( 5121 ) 喷出之蒸汽。 该连接件 ( 55) 系用 以将该拖把头组件 ( 50) 固定于该水 箱座 ( 40) 底部, 其具有一压盖 ( 551 ) , 该连接件 ( 55) 横 向两端藉由该压盖 ( 551 ) 固定于该拖把座 ( 51 ) 的上部。 本发明之工作方式为: 在开启该电源开关 ( 5111 ) 后, 该 指示灯 ( 5112) 会发亮, 该蒸汽产生器 ( 52) 内的发热管 ( 524 ) 随即启动, 经过数分钟后, 用手握动该手把 ( U ) 上的把手 式按钮( 12) 以带动该牵引线( 23)上下运动, 而该牵引线( 23 ) 藉由推动该定位杆 ( 2224) 以带动该活塞帮浦 ( 22) 内的活塞 ( 2223 )运动,当该活塞( 2223)往下运动时,该进水活塞( 2231 ) 在水的压力下关闭, 该出水活塞 ( 2241 ) 在水的压力下打开, 把水打入该蒸汽产生器 ( 52) 内, 当该活塞杆复位弹簧 ( 2222 ) 复位时, 该出水弹簧 ( 2242) 把出水活塞 ( 2241 ) 打开, 把该 水箱 ( 30) 内的水吸入该活塞帮浦 ( 22) 的管状腔体 ( 221) 内, 如此反复运动以把水不停的打入该蒸汽产生器 ( 52) 内。 当水一遇到该蒸汽产生器 ( 52) 内高温加热的发热管 ( 524 ) 后便会迅速产生蒸汽并喷发至该拖把布 ( 54) 上, 进而达到清 洁、 杀菌的功效。 此外, 当发热管 ( 524) —直处于工作状态, 并较长时间未 向蒸汽产生器 ( 52) 中进水时, 藉由蒸汽产生器 ( 52) 内另外 加装的温控开关 (未图标) , 当温度达到 150摄氏度时, 该温 控开关会自行断开该发热管 ( 524 ) 以停止加热; 而且蒸汽产 生器( 52 )更可接有保险丝以防止短路,因此,即使发热管( 524 ) 处于在干烧状态, 也没有使用安全的疑虑。

1 . 一种蒸汽拖把, 其特征在于: 它包括:
一握把部, 其包括一具有导滑柱与转动柱的手把以 及一把手式按钮;
-拖杆,其一端与该握把部相连 ,包括- 中空杆体、 一位于中空杆体下方的活塞帮浦及一穿过中空杆体的 牵引线, 该牵引线包括一定位弹簧 、 一牵引线 A及一 牵引线 B 该牵引线 A之一端抵止接触于该手把的导 滑柱 , 另一端则与该定位弹簧相连 , 该牵引线 B之一

m与该定位弹簧相连, 另一端则与该活塞帮浦连接; 水箱, 系固定于该拖杆上, 苴包括一出水组件及 一将该水箱固定于拖杆的水箱定位件;
水箱座, 系与该水箱卡合, 苴包括一设于水箱座 上并具有一出水孔的水箱出水板及一固定于该出水孔 的顶杆;
一拖把头组件, 系设置于该水箱座下方并与该拖杆 相连, 其包括由一上胶盖及一下胶盖组成的拖把座、 一蒸汽产生器、 一套装于该下胶盖上的拖把布及一该 将拖把头组件固定于该水箱座底部的连接件, 该下胶 盖具有一出蒸汽口 ; 及
一电源线, 系连接于该拖把头组件以驱动该蒸汽产 生器进行加热。
2. 如权利要求 1 所述的蒸汽拖把, 苴 在于: 该中空杆体系为铝管所构成, 包括一上铝管及一下铝 管, 该上铝管之一端与该把手相连且管 P处并设有一 上绕线部, 另一端设有一上接头, 该下铝管之一 而 与 该水箱相连且管口处设有一下绕线部, 另一 m则设有 一下接头, 该下接头则与该上接头为相互接合
3 . 如权利要求 1 或 2 所述的蒸汽拖把 , 苴特征在 于: 该蒸汽产生器设于拖把座内, 其包括一上密封盖、 一下密封盖、一套设上密封盖及下密封盖间的密封圈、 一设于上密封盖及下密封盖之间的发扭 Ή 夹置 于上密封盖及下密封盖之间的入水管及一端夹置于上 密封盖及下密封盖之间且另一端与出蒸汽口相连的出 蒸汽管。
4. 如权利要求 3 所述的蒸汽拖把 , 其特征在于 该活塞帮浦位于下铝管下方内部与水箱相接处 苴包 括一与下铝管连接且为中空柱状体的 巨状腔体 设 于该管状腔体内的推动单元 与该 B状腔体连接的 及一与该管状腔体连接的出水管。
