Abstract

　体細胞数測定装置は、センサと装置本体とからなっている。センサは、生乳を保持するための検査室（２０）と、作用極（３１）及び対極（３３）とを有している。作用極（３１）及び対極（３３）には、検査室（２０）の内部空間に臨む第１電極部（３１ａ）及び第２電極部（３３ａ）がそれぞれ設けられている。第１電極部（３１ａ）上には、生乳中に含まれる活性酸素と反応する酵素試薬（４）が固定化されている。装置本体は、作用極（３１）と対極（３３）との間に電圧を印加したときに流れる電流に基づいて生乳中に含まれる体細胞数を算出する。
