Abstract

 通常のデータとファイル管理情報および付加情報の書き込みが交互に行われる場合においても、リアルタイム記録を行うことが可能なメモリコントローラ、不揮発性記憶装置、ホスト装置および不揮発性記憶システムを提供すること。ホスト装置(2)は、リアルタイム記録開始前、終了後、あるいは、その双方においてメモリ管理コマンドを発行する。不揮発性記憶装置(1)がメモリ管理コマンドを受信すると、内部のメモリコントローラ(11)は、メモリ制御情報をクリアし、必要に応じてガーベジコレクションを行う。
