本发明的主要目的就是针对以上存在的问题与不足, 提供一种阴性伞和阴性伞结构快速 帐篷, 该阴性伞构思巧妙、 抗风能力强、 不会被风吹坏甚至吹走、 雨水不会弄湿使用者、 收 伞后不会到处滴水弄湿地面, 还可以具有喷水降温的作用, 在此基础上搭建的阴性伞结构快 速帐篷搭建方便快捷, 且同样具有上述特点并具有防火能力。
为了实现上述目的, 本发明釆用的技术方案具体如下:

较佳地, 所述伞面 14包括第一伞面和第二伞面, 所述第一伞面比所述第二伞面大且薄, 所述第二伞面位于所述凹面的所述底部, 贴合所述第一伞面。 第一伞面是薄外大圏; 第二伞 面是厚内小圏, 目的在防止伞面内圏多 7j部分渗水漏水等。
在本发明的一具体实施例中, 所述伞杆 12中沿轴向设置有通孔 25 , 所述伞柄 11上设置 有出水口 26, 所述通孔 25连通所述出水口 26和所述凹面的所述底部。 图 5中箭头方向为水 流方向, 7J从伞面 14汇集到凹面底部, 从这里进入伞杆 12中的通孔 25中。 常见的方式就是 在伞 4干上所对应于凹面的底部的位置钻孔, 从而连通通孔 25和凹面的底部。
在本发明的一具体实施例中, 所述伞柄 11上还设置有接水槽 27, 所述接水槽 27贴靠所 述伞杆 12, 所述接水槽 27的底部具有开孔, 所述开孔连通所述出水口 26。 在伞上下开合过 程中, 或由于防漏圏 22磨损而造成极少量水从伞杆 12的外表面漏下来的水进入接水槽 27, 经其底部开孔从出水口 26流出。
较佳地, 所述接水槽 27的所述底部还设置有止逆开关, 所述止逆开关包括止逆板和固定 在所述止逆板上的止逆球, 所述止逆板盖住所述开孔, 所述止逆球位于所述开孔中。 7J在此 可下不可上。
较佳地, 所述伞杆 12上靠近所述伞柄 11的位置开有排水孔, 所述排水孔连通所述通孔 25。 排水孔可设计为下半圆状, 上半圆仍向里凹, 以将上面淌下来的水尽量向里导。
在本发明的一具体实施例中, 还包括出水开关 28 , 所述出水开关 28安装在所述出水口 26处。 在某些场合可合上出水开关 28。 在进屋前, 合上出水开关 28 , 合上雨伞, 打开三角 支架, 将伞竖立地上, 则几无滴水。
排水孔可以沿伞柄轴向设置多个,最低排水孔最好设在伞完全闭合状况时防漏圏 22的略 上方, 即合上伞关上出水开关 28后的伞内余水满过最低排水孔后, 仍留在伞内, 除非通过防 漏圏 22漏向接水槽 27, 有必要可在此位的伞杆 12外加设固定防漏圏, 在防漏圏 22的下面 封住可能的所漏之水。
所以, 伞柄 11的中空体积(从出水开关 28至接水槽 27的槽底高度), 应该设计为该伞 的正常余积水, 即合上伞关上出水开关 28后的伞内余水, 在非正常情况下, 止逆开关将起作 用, 直至水满至排水孔, 此后水又可能流入伞柄 11的接水槽 27至满, 至此则为此伞的最大 接余积水能力。
上述阴性伞的伞柄 11下部还可以安装有两个支架, 两个支架与伞柄 11轴接, 两个支架 之间由支架弹簧连接, 不使用时, 将两个支架贴合在伞柄 11上, 固定住, 比如用销片, 释放 两支架后, 两个支架可通过支架轴在支架弹簧作用下而在伞柄下自动转到固定的张开位置, 而起整个伞的支架作用, 伞在合上甚至半合状况站立于地可不滴水不散水。
上述阴性伞具有极强的抗风能力, 请参见图 2和图 3 , 压力 (Fp ) 向下, 刮风时, 阴性 伞一旦被吹斜后, 风力 (Fwind )更吹压伞面合上, 风稍大则伞稍合, 风极大则伞全合, 无论 从哪方向, 强风骤然而至, 均有效防止伞被吹跑或吹坏; 还具有聚水排水功能, 可以将伞面 上的水如雨水、 喷水等聚在伞面形成的向上的凹面内, 打开出水开关 28 , 水流沿箭头方向经 通孔 25从出水口 26流出。
请参见图 6〜图 7, 显示的是另一种阴性伞, 包括伞柄 11、 伞杆 12、 伞架 13、 伞面 14、 下巢 15和上巢 16, 所述伞柄 11安装于所述伞杆 12下端, 所述伞架 13包括伞骨 17和撑骨 18 , 所述伞面 14覆在所述伞骨 17上形成一凹面, 所述凹面朝上, 其中心为底部, 所述伞骨 17活动连接所述上巢 16/所述下巢 15 , 所述伞面 14与所述上巢 16/所述下巢 15密封连接, 所 述撑骨 18两端分别活动连接所述伞骨 17和所述下巢 15/所述上巢 16, 所述上巢 16固定在所 述伞杆 12上, 所述下巢 15活动套接在所述伞杆 12上与所述伞杆 12可释放连接。 显然, 也 可以所述下巢 15固定在所述伞杆 12上, 所述上巢 16活动套接在所述伞杆 12上与所述伞杆 12可释放连接。
所述伞杆 12中沿轴向设置有通孔 25 , 所述伞柄 11上设置有出水口 26, 所述通孔 25连 通所述出水口 26和所述凹面的所述底部。
还包括第一弹性部件 29、 滑塞 30和施力件 31 , 所述第一弹性部件 29 固定于所述通孔 25中, 所述滑塞 30位于所述通孔 25中连接所述第一弹性部件 29, 所述施力件 31位于所述 伞杆 12/伞柄 11外, 一端连接所述滑塞 30, 所述通孔 25与所述底部的连通处设置有止逆阀, 所述通孔 25贯通所述伞杆 12。 止逆阀使伞面的水在此可下流至通孔 25中, 而通孔 25中下 面的水不可通过止逆阀往上流, 请参见图 6和图 7, 第一弹性部件 29是拉力弹簧, 施力件 31 是拉绳, 伸出于伞柄 11的出水口 26夕卜。
在本发明的一具体实施例中, 还包括分流块 33 , 所述分流块 33设置在所述通孔 25中将 所述通孔 25分成第一通路和第二通路, 所述第一通路与所述底部连通, 所述第二通路一端位 于所述凹面上方, 所述第一弹性部件 29固定在所述分流块 33上。分流块 33可让水从止逆阀 过来的伞面水往下流, 水又可被滑塞 30从另一通道压至通孔 25上端, 在此水被喷向伞面。
用手或脚可将拉绳往下拉, 从而实现将被第一弹性部件 29拉住的滑塞 30也往下拉, 放 手后第一弹性部件 29拉着滑塞 30往上, 从而滑塞 30上面的水有一定的压力, 水不能从止逆 阀往上流, 可以从通孔 25上端被压出, 通孔 25上端可以安装喷头。
请参见图 8〜图 9所示, 显示的是另一种阴性伞, 包括伞柄 11、 伞杆 12、 伞架 13、 伞面 14、 下巢 15和上巢 16, 所述伞柄 11安装于所述伞杆 12下端, 所述伞架 13包括伞骨 17和 撑骨 18 , 所述伞面 14覆在所述伞骨 17上形成一凹面, 所述凹面朝上, 其中心为底部, 所述 伞骨 17活动连接所述上巢 16/所述下巢 15 , 所述伞面 14与所述上巢 16/所述下巢 15密封连 接, 所述撑骨 18两端分别活动连接所述伞骨 17和所述下巢 15/所述上巢 16, 所述上巢 16固 定在所述伞杆 12上, 所述下巢 15活动套接在所述伞杆 12上与所述伞杆 12可释放连接。 显 然, 也可以所述下巢 15固定在所述伞杆 12上, 所述上巢 16活动套接在所述伞杆 12上与所 述伞杆 12可释放连接。
还包括储水装置 34、 喷水口 35、 喷水管 36、 微型水泵 37和电源 38 , 所述储水装置 34、 所述孩 ί型水泵 37和所述电源 38与所述伞杆 12/所述伞柄 11固定连接,所述伞杆 12中沿轴向 设置有水流孔 39, 所述水流孔 39—端连通所述凹面的所述底部, 所述喷水管 36位于所述伞 杆 12的所述水流孔 39中, 所述微型水泵 37与所述电源 38电连通, 所述储水装置 34分别连 通所述水流孔 39和所述孩 ί型水 37泵, 所述孩 ί型水泵 37通过所述喷水管 36连通所述喷水口 35 , 所述喷水口 35位于所述凹面上方。 所述储水装置 34、 所述孩 ί型水泵 37和所述电源 38 可以固定在伞杆 12上, 也可以固定在伞柄 11上, 没有限制。
更佳地, 所述储水装置 34设置在所述伞柄中。
更佳地, 所述储水装置 34是蓄水瓶、 储水箱或储水袋, 所述电源 38是家电、 普通电池 或太阳能电池。 所述电源 38还可以被音乐控制装置控制调节, 从而控制微型水泵的动作, 进 而控制喷水的开、 关、 大和小。
更佳地, 所述储水装置 34上设置有加水口、 放水口和 /或过满排水口。 加水口用于加水, 放水口一般设置于底部, 用于清洗等; 储水箱等的水过满则通过过满排水口排出。
更佳地, 还包括颜料, 所述颜料溶于所述储水装置 34内的水中。 在水中加颜色料等可以 增加喷水的美观感。
上述阴性伞工作时, 水流在微型水泵 37作用下进入喷水管 36, 进而从喷水口 35喷在凹 面上方, 起到降温的作用, 喷水可限在伞面 14之内, 然后汇聚至凹面的底部, 流入水流孔 39, 水可以重新回到储水装置 34, 实现循环喷水, 可长时间循环喷水, 直至大半被蒸发或温 度过高, 则可换蓄水瓶或加水。
请参见图 10〜图 11所示, 还可以包括第二弹性部件 40、 滑轮 41、 拉绳 42、 第三弹性部 件 43、 平衡重物 44和下止滑块 45 , 所述第三弹性部件 43和所述平衡重物 44位于所述伞 4干 12中, 所述下巢 15挂在所述第二弹性部件 40上, 所述滑轮 41固定在所述伞杆 12上, 所述 拉绳 42—端连接所述第二弹性部件 40, 另一端经过所述滑轮 41穿进所述伞杆 12中与所述 第三弹性部件 43连接, 所述平衡重物 44挂在所述第三弹性部件 43上, 所述下止滑块 45与 所述平衡重物 44配合设置, 固定在所述伞柄 11中。 在图 10〜图 11中, 第二弹性部件 40是 压力弹簧, 所述第三弹性部件 43是拉力弹簧。
更进一步地, 还包括合伞绳, 所述合伞绳与所述下巢 15连接。 用人力拉下合伞绳, 而合 伞。
尤其, 还包括合伞钩, 所述合伞钩连接所述合伞绳自由端, 对应于所述合伞钩, 所述伞 柄或所述伞杆设置有钩接部。拉下下巢 15后,将合伞钩钩住下部的外壳一处或一开口处均可。
在全开状况, 下巢 15往上压着第二弹性部件 40, 而至全开的稳定平衡状况; 在可能的 外力如风力、 人力等作用下, 使伞进一步被打开, 下巢 15往上, 平衡重物 44下滑至下止滑 块 45 , 此时下止滑块 45接住平衡重物 44, 减少拉绳 42的拉力, 同时第二弹性部件 40压力 增大, 外力一旦消失, 从而使下巢 15回至平衡位置。
在伞杆 12垂直或几乎垂直状况, 平衡重物 44趋使伞打开; 在可能的外力如风力、 人力 等作用下, 如伞杆 12倾斜, 平衡重物 44与伞杆 12或喷水管 36接触, 平衡重物 44与伞杆 12或喷水管 36间的摩擦力随倾斜度增加而增加, 在摩擦系数很小的情况下, 摩擦力极小, 而平衡重物 44在伞杆 12方向的分力随倾斜度增加而减少, 进一步促使伞合上; 反之, 随倾 斜度减少, 平衡重物 44在伞杆 12方向的分力增加, 进一步促使伞打开。
储水箱 34内之水通过水管组合部份被孩 ί型水泵 37泵入喷水管 36, 而至喷水口 35 , 喷向 伞面 14, 流向伞面 14, 经下巢 15 , 入伞杆 12中的水流孔 39; 伞杆 12上沿轴向可设置一排 排水孔, 除最上方的排水孔, 均可在其余排水孔内上装设一挡水件, 以防伞杆 12内侧之水从 排水孔往外淌。
上述阴性伞可以借助弹簧预拉或预压之力, 在风力达到一定程度时, 伞将合上, 以免大 风将伞吹坏, 在风力减弱后, 伞可又自动打开, 其中也可综合其余力源如重力、 电力等以达 到目的。 设置有弹簧, 可自动抗风, 即风稍大则伞稍合, 风极大则伞全合, 风去则伞开, 无 论从哪方向, 强风骤然而至, 均有效防止伞被吹跑或吹坏。
请参见图 12〜图 16所示,显示的是一种阴性伞结构大型快速帐篷,包括若干上述阴性伞, 各阴性伞的伞面相互连接。
在本发明的一具体实施例中, 还包括角联接件 46、 伞间联接件和锁止机构, 所述角联接 件 46设置于(插在或转在)所述伞骨 17的自由端, 所述伞间联接件包括联接杆 47和固定在 所述联接杆 47上的伞间联接面料 48 , 所述联接杆 47两端设置有卡口 49, 一阴性伞的所述角 联接件 46与另一阴性伞的所述角联接件 46相触, 所述卡口 49卡住两相触的所述角联接件 46, 所述锁止机构锁止所述联接杆 47和所述角联接件 46。
更佳地, 所述锁止机构是螺丝 /销 , 所述联接杆 47和所述角联接件 46设置有螺孔 /销孔, 所述螺丝 /销位于所述螺孔 /销孔中。
更佳地, 还包括帐篷侧面部件, 所述帐篷侧面部件包括联接固定杆 50、 侧面料 51和重 杆 52, 所述联接固定杆 50两端设置有卡位, 所述卡位卡住所述角联接件 46, 所述锁止机构 锁止所述联接固定杆 50和所述角联接件 46, 所述侧面料 51分别固定所述联接固定杆 50和 所述重杆 52。
单把阴性伞的伞周围通过角部连接件、 帐篷侧面连接件和锁定机构可以搭建阴性伞结构 单伞快速帐篷, 所述角部连接件设置于所述伞骨 17的自由端, 所述帐篷侧面连接件包括侧面 联接杆、 帐篷侧面面料和悬挂重杆, 所述侧面联接杆两端设置有卡部, 所述卡部卡住所述角 部连接件, 所述锁止机构锁止所述侧面联接杆和所述角部连接件, 所述帐篷侧面面料分别固 定在所述侧面联接杆和所述悬挂重杆上。 可以想象, 上述角部连接件可以与上述角联接件 46 结构相同, 上述帐篷侧面连接件可以与上述帐篷侧面部件相同, 当然也可以作适当变化。
更佳地, 阴性伞的伞杆高度有所不同, 所述联接杆 47的数目为两根, 所述伞间联接面料 48固定在两所述联接杆 47上, 两所述联接杆 47平行设置。 其中一联接杆 47接在高位阴性 伞上, 另一联接杆 47接在低位阴性伞上, 由此可以搭建如图 16所示的高低状阴性伞结构大 型快速帐篷。
上述阴性伞结构快速帐篷同样可以进行喷水降温, 水喷出后将沿箭头方向流向凹面中心 进入伞杆 12回至储水装置 34 , 实现循环喷水。
传统帐篷的缺点: 1. 搭架须懂行, 也须一阵子才能搭好, 2. 热天帐篷里面闷热, 3. 下 雨后周围是水, 4. 碰上忽热忽雨的天气, 更是不知如何才好。 而阴性伞面构造的快速帐篷可 回收雨水、 或将雨水导流至某处、 热天帐篷上可循环喷水、 搭架筒单快速。 对于街边帐篷, 因其每天搭架收摊, 快速更具优点。
阴性伞结构大型快速帐篷的循环喷水可用音乐控制各伞之喷水, 结合伞面的组合, 及各 伞的喷水颜色以达到特别美观感音乐感。
阴性伞结构大型快速帐篷的伞面可以釆用透明的塑料膜, 实现透光的目的, 不仅仅是遮 阳遮雨或颜色变化。
上述阴性伞结构还可应用于温室大棚建造, 伞与伞间的联结、 四周的封闭可相同于阴性 伞结构大型快速帐篷, 聚水、储水、 集水(中心)、排水导水的亦同, 喷水则在伞下喷向地面。 阴性伞结构大型快速帐篷中的中轴的固定方式有: 插在装有储水箱的重物底盘中, 固定在预 先插在地中的地扦上等。 阴性伞结构温室大棚则倾向于固定在预先插在地中的地扦上。 对于 伞面结构倾向于使用真阴性伞面结构(即伞面的撑骨位于伞面上方), 可直接在伞面下的撑骨 上装喷水头。 二者均可釆用透明的塑料膜为伞面。
上述所有可喷水的阴性伞及阴性伞结构快速帐篷还可以包括音乐控制装置, 所述电源 38 通过所述音乐控制装置连通所述孩 ί型水泵 37, 通过控制所述电源 38而控制水压, 即通过所 述音乐控制装置根据音乐的开关和大小控制电源 38的开关和电压的大小,从而控制微型水泵 37的开关和微型水泵 37的动力大小, 从而实现水流的开关和水流的大小, 最终实现控制喷 水的开、 关、 大和小。 所述音乐控制装置可安装在所述阴性伞下的所述微型水泵 37 的电源 38一侧, 也可安装在所述阴性伞结构大型快速帐篷的电源总控制拒里集中控制。 所述的音乐 控制装置在市场上可购买到, 比如微型水泵、 电源开关等。
本发明的阴性伞面构造包括真阴性伞(撑骨在上) 的伞面构造、 假阴性伞(撑骨在下) 的伞面构造和其余阴性伞面构造。
真阴性伞的伞面构造包含有中轴、 无中轴的真阴性伞的伞面构造。
假阴性伞的伞面构造包含有中轴、 无中轴的假阴性伞的伞面构造。
其余阴性伞面构造: 其余伞面构造使伞面周延高于伞面中心而呈凹型, 从而使其有聚水 功能, 如无支撑杆凹型伞面图 17、 有伞面支撑杆倒锥形型伞面图 18等。
如图 17所示的阴性伞, 包括伞面 60, 所述伞面 60形成一凹面, 所述凹面朝上, 其中心 为底部, 还包括排水管 61和固定圏 62, 所述底部设置有孔洞 63 , 所述伞面 60通过所述固定 圏 62固定在所述排水管 61的一端, 所述孔洞 63连通所述排水管 61。
如图 18所示的阴性伞, 还包括伞面支撑杆 64, 所述伞面支撑杆 64活动连接在所述固定 圏 62上, 所述伞面 60贴合所述伞面支撑杆 64。
综上所述, 本发明的阴性伞构思巧妙、 抗风能力强、 不会被风吹坏甚至吹走、 伞上雨水 不会弄湿使用者、 收伞后不会到处滴水弄湿地面, 还可以具有喷水降温及防火的作用。

1. 一种阴性伞, 包括伞面, 所述伞面形成一凹面, 其特征在于, 所述凹面朝上, 其中心为底 部。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的阴性伞, 其特征在于, 还包括排水管和固定圏, 所述底部设置有孔 洞, 所述伞面通过所述固定圏固定在所述排水管的一端, 所述孔洞连通所述排水管。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的阴性伞, 其特征在于, 还包括伞面支撑杆, 所述伞面支撑杆活动连 接在所述固定圏上, 所述伞面贴合所述伞面支撑杆。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的阴性伞, 其特征在于, 还包括伞柄、 伞杆、 伞架、 伞面、 下巢和上 巢, 所述伞柄安装于所述伞杆下端, 所述伞架包括伞骨和撑骨, 所述伞面覆在所述伞骨上 形成所述凹面, 所述伞骨活动连接所述上巢 /所述下巢, 所述伞面与所述上巢 /所述下巢密 封连接, 所述撑骨两端分别活动连接所述伞骨和所述下巢 /所述上巢, 所述上巢固定在所 述伞杆上, 所述下巢活动套接在所述伞杆上与所述伞杆可释放连接, 或者所述下巢固定在 所述伞杆上, 所述上巢活动套接在所述伞杆上与所述伞杆可释放连接。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的阴性伞, 其特征在于, 所述伞骨铰接所述上巢 /所述下巢, 所述撑骨 两端分别铰接所述伞骨和所述下巢 /所述上巢, 所述下巢与所述伞杆可释放密封连接或者 所述上巢与所述伞杆可释放密封连接。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的阴性伞, 其特征在于, 所述下巢包括滑块、 开关钩、 开关弹簧和防 漏圏, 所述滑块和所述防漏圏活动套接在所述伞杆上, 所述伞骨铰接所述滑块, 所述伞面 夹在所述滑块和所述防漏圏之间, 所述滑块和所述防漏圏贴合, 所述开关钩中部轴接在所 述滑块上, 所述开关钩包括手柄和第一钩部, 所述开关弹簧两端分别连接所述手柄和所述 滑块, 所述伞杆上设置有止滑块, 所述第一钩部钩住所述止滑块。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的阴性伞, 其特征在于, 所述伞柄上设置有第二钩部, 对应于所述第 二钩部, 所述手柄上设置有凹孔, 用于所述阴性伞收拢时所述第二钩部钩住所述凹孔。
8. 根据权利要求 4所述的阴性伞, 其特征在于, 所述凹面的所述底部设有若干排气孔。
9. 根据权利要求 4所述的阴性伞, 其特征在于, 所述伞面包括第一伞面和第二伞面, 所述第 一伞面比所述第二伞面大且薄, 所述第二伞面位于所述凹面的所述底部, 贴合所述第一伞 面。
10.根据权利要求 4所述的阴性伞, 其特征在于, 所述伞杆中沿轴向设置有通孔, 所述伞柄上 设置有出水口, 所述通孔连通所述出水口和所述凹面的所述底部。
11.根据权利要求 10所述的阴性伞, 其特征在于, 所述伞柄上还设置有接水槽, 所述接水槽贴 靠所述伞杆, 所述接水槽的底部具有开孔, 所述开孔连通所述出水口。
12.根据权利要求 11所述的阴性伞, 其特征在于, 所述接水槽的所述底部还设置有止逆开关, 所述止逆开关包括止逆板和固定在所述止逆板上的止逆球, 所述止逆板盖住所述开孔, 所 述止逆球位于所述开孔中。
13.根据权利要求 10所述的阴性伞,其特征在于,所述伞杆上靠近所述伞柄的位置开有排水孔, 所述排水孔连通所述通孔。
14.根据权利要求 10所述的阴性伞, 其特征在于, 还包括出水开关, 所述出水开关安装在所述 出水口处。
15.根据权利要求 10所述的阴性伞, 其特征在于, 还包括第一弹性部件、 滑塞和施力件, 所述 第一弹性部件固定于所述通孔中, 所述滑塞位于所述通孔中连接所述第一弹性部件, 所述 施力件位于所述伞杆 /伞柄外, 一端连接所述滑塞, 所述通孔与所述底部连通处设置有止 逆阀, 所述通孔贯通所述伞 4干。
16.根据权利要求 15所述的阴性伞, 其特征在于, 还包括分流块, 所述分流块设置在所述通孔 中将所述通孔分成第一通路和第二通路, 所述第一通路与所述底部连通, 所述第二通路一 端位于所述凹面上方, 所述第一弹性部件固定在所述分流块上。
17.根据权利要求 4所述的阴性伞, 其特征在于, 还包括储水装置、 喷水口、 喷水管、 微型水 泵和电源, 所述储水装置、 所述孩 ί型水泵和所述电源与所述伞杆 /所述伞柄固定连接, 所 述伞^干中沿轴向设置有水流孔, 所述水流孔一端连通所述凹面的所述底部, 所述喷水管位 于所述伞杆的所述水流孔中, 所述孩 ί型水泵与所述电源电连通, 所述储水装置分别连通所 述水流孔和所述孩 ί型水泵, 所述孩 ί型水泵通过所述喷水管连通所述喷水口, 所述喷水口位 于所述凹面上方。
18.根据权利要求 17所述的阴性伞, 其特征在于, 所述储水装置设置在所述伞柄中。
19.根据权利要求 17所述的阴性伞, 其特征在于, 所述储水装置是蓄水瓶、 储水箱或储水袋, 所述电源是家电、 普通电池或太阳能电池。
20.根据权利要求 17所述的阴性伞, 其特征在于, 所述储水装置上设置有加水口、 放水口和 / 或过满排水口。
21.根据权利要求 17所述的阴性伞, 其特征在于, 还包括颜料, 所述颜料溶于所述储水装置内 的水中。
22.根据权利要求 17所述的阴性伞, 其特征在于, 还包括第二弹性部件、 滑轮、 拉绳、 第三弹 性部件、 平衡重物和下止滑块, 所述第三弹性部件和所述平衡重物位于所述伞^干中, 所述 下巢挂在所述第二弹性部件上, 所述滑轮固定在所述伞杆上, 所述拉绳一端连接所述第二 弹性部件, 另一端经过所述滑轮穿进所述伞杆中与所述第三弹性部件连接, 所述平衡重物 挂在所述第三弹性部件上, 所述下止滑块与所述平衡重物配合设置, 固定在所述伞柄中。
23.根据权利要求 22所述的阴性伞,其特征在于,还包括合伞绳,所述合伞绳与所述下巢连接。
24.根据权利要求 23所述的阴性伞, 其特征在于, 还包括合伞钩, 所述合伞钩连接所述合伞绳 自由端, 对应于所述合伞钩, 所述伞柄或所述伞杆设置有钩接部。
25.根据权利要求 17所述的阴性伞, 其特征在于, 还包括角部连接件、 帐篷侧面连接件和锁定 机构, 所述角部连接件设置于所述伞骨的自由端, 所述帐篷侧面连接件包括侧面联接杆、 帐篷侧面面料和悬挂重杆, 所述侧面联接杆两端设置有卡部, 所述卡部卡住所述角部连接 件, 所述锁定机构锁止所述侧面联接杆和所述角部连接件, 所述帐篷侧面面料分别固定在 所述侧面联接杆和所述悬挂重杆上。
26.一种阴性伞结构大型快速帐篷, 其特征在于, 包括至少两根据权利要求 17所述的阴性伞, 所述至少两阴性伞的所述伞面相互连接。
27.根据权利要求 26所述的阴性伞结构大型快速帐篷, 其特征在于, 还包括角联接件、 伞间联 接件和锁止机构, 所述角联接件设置于所述伞骨的自由端, 所述伞间联接件包括联接杆和 固定在所述联接杆上的伞间联接面料, 所述联接杆两端设置有卡口, 所述至少两阴性伞的 所述角联接件相触, 所述卡口卡住两相触的所述角联接件, 所述锁止机构锁止所述联接杆 和所述角联接件。
28.根据权利要求 27所述的阴性伞结构大型快速帐篷, 其特征在于, 所述锁止机构是螺丝 /销 , 所述联接杆和所述角联接件设置有螺孔 /销孔, 所述螺丝 /销位于所述螺孔 /销孔中。
29.根据权利要求 27所述的阴性伞结构大型快速帐篷, 其特征在于, 还包括帐篷侧面部件, 所 述帐篷侧面部件包括联接固定杆、 侧面料和重杆, 所述联接固定杆两端设置有卡位, 所述 卡位卡住所述角联接件, 所述锁止机构锁止所述联接固定杆和所述角联接件 , 所述侧面料 分别固定在所述联接固定杆和所述重杆上。
30.根据权利要求 27所述的阴性伞结构大型快速帐篷, 其特征在于, 所述至少两阴性伞的所述 伞杆高度不同, 所述联接杆的数目为两根, 所述伞间联接面料固定在两所述联接杆上, 两 所述联接杆平行设置。
31.根据权利要求 26所述的阴性伞结构大型快速帐篷, 其特征在于, 还包括音乐控制装置, 所 述电源通过所述音乐控制装置连通所述微型水泵, 通过控制所述电源而控制 7j压 , 从而控 制喷水的开、 关、 大和小。
