为了解决上述问题, 本发明提供一种生成并应用电子业务指南信息的方 法, 该方法包括:
终端使用业务标识生成电子业务指南 ESG信息并呈现给用户;

与现有技术相比, 本发明具有以下优点: 当终端无法通过广播网络接收
ESG时, 仍然可以将 ESG信息提供给用户使用, 方便用户选择观看自己喜欢 的节目; 当终端无法通过广播网络更新 ESG时, 如果节目源发射子系统中节 目源与对应的业务标识发生改变, 终端也能及时地更新 ESG信息, 保证用户 选择收看正确的节目。

本发明的较佳实施方式
本发明的核心思想是: 当由于某些原因导致终端无法从逻辑信道收到
ESG时,则使用由控制信道接收的 CMCT或 SMCT提取业务标识,生成本地 ESG (本地 ESG是 ESG信息, 可以是以文件形式存在, 也可以是以内存形式 存在)并呈现给用户; 当用户根据本地 ESG选择节目后, 终端使用相应的业 务标识到 CMCT或 SMCT中找到相应的节目播放信息进行播放。
下面将结合附图和实施例对本发明进行详细描述。
图 1为移动多媒体广播信道帧的结构示意图。 如图 1所示, 控制信息复 用帧是移动多媒体广播信道帧中复用帧标识为零的复用帧。 复用帧由复用帧 头、 复用帧净荷以及填充组成。 CMCT和 SMCT存储在标识为零的复用帧的 复用帧净荷里。
图 2为 CMCT/SMCT的结构示意图。如图 2所示, CMCT和 SMCT中包 含为每个节目源配置的业务标识, 以及每一节目源的节目播放信息 (包括: 调制方式、 编码码率、 扰码方式、 字节交织模式、 时隙数量等) 。 图 3为本发明实施例生成并应用 ESG信息的方法流程图; 本实施例中, 网络侧为每个节目源配置业务标识, 将节目源的节目播放信息与对应的业务 标识放到控制信息复用帧中的 CMCT和 SMCT里通过控制信道周期性地发射 给终端。 如图 3所示, 该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤 100, 终端通过广播网络获取 ESG, 如果成功, 按现有流程进行处 理; 如果失败, 则检测是否已预存有 ESG, 如果有, 删除已有 ESG后执行步 骤 101 ; 如果没有, 直接执行步骤 101 ;
步骤 101 , 终端从控制信道接收控制信息复用帧数据, 解析该复用帧数 据得到 CMCT或 SMCT并保存;
终端可以将 CMCT或 SMCT以内存数据形式保存,或者以文件的形式保 存。
步骤 102, 终端使用从 CMCT或 SMCT 中提取出的所有业务标识生成 ESG并保存;
终端可以从 CMCT或 SMCT中提取出所有业务标识并緩存,然后依一定 方式生成本地 ESG;也可以从 CMCT或 SMCT中提取业务标识的同时,依一 定方式实时进行本地 ESG的制作, 直到提取并处理完所有的业务标识, 生成 本地 ESG; 终端制作生成的本地 ESG中只含有节目源的业务标识。
本地 ESG可以是以 ESG文件的形式存在, 也可以是内存数据, 终端可 以通过以下方式提取业务标识生成本地 ESG:
将业务标识依据 XML ( extensible Markup Language, 可扩展标记语言) 标准语法按 Schema结构(也可以使用其它结构)写成 XML文件, 生成文件 形式的本地 ESG; 或将业务标识按照一定顺序 (例如: 由大到小或由小到大 的顺序)写到文件里, 生成文件形式的本地 ESG; 或将所有业务标识按一定 顺序 (例如: 由大到小或由小到大的顺序)存储到内存中, 生成内存形式的 本地 ESG。
步骤 103 , 终端解析本地 ESG并呈现给用户;
由于终端生成的本地 ESG中只包含节目源的业务标识, 因此只能保证用 户对 ESG进行最基本的选择操作。 用户可以为本地 ESG中的每一业务标识 添加业务名称、播放时间、内容梗概等信息,也可以根据喜好程度对本地 ESG 中的业务标识进行排序等操作。
步骤 104 , 当用户选择某个节目后, 终端使用该节目对应的业务标识在 CMCT或 SMCT里查找该业务标识对应的节目播放信息, 根据所述节目播放 信息实时收取节目数据播放给用户。
以下将对本发明实施例可生成并应用 ESG信息的终端、 以及该终端所在 的系统进行描述。
图 4为包含节目源发射子系统以及本发明实施例的终端的系统的结构示 意图, 该系统包括: 节目源发射子系统 40和终端 50。
节目源发射子系统 40, 用于为每个节目源配置业务标识, 并将节目源的 节目播放信息及对应的业务标识存放到控制信息复用帧中的 CMCT或 SMCT 里周期性地发射给终端 50;
终端 50 , 用于在检测到无法收到网络侧发来的 ESG 时, 从接收到的
CMCT或 SMCT中提取出业务标识生成本地 ESG并呈现给用户;当用户选择 某个节目后 ,使用用户所选节目的相应业务标识在所述 CMCT或 SMCT中查 找并提取相应的节目播放信息, 根据所述节目播放信息接收节目数据进行播 放。
需要说明, 终端 50检测到无法收到网络侧发来的 ESG时, 可以删除本 地先前存储的 ESG (可能是之前由网络侧接收并预存的 ESG, 也可能是未更 新的本地 ESG ) 。
图 5为本发明实施例可生成并应用电子业务指南信息的终端的结构示意 图; 该终端包括: 信息接收检测模块 505、 ESG信息生成模块 502、 存储模块 504、 ESG管理模块 501和节目接收播放模块 503; 其中:
信息接收检测模块 505 , 用于接收 CMCT或 SMCT并保存在所述存储模 块 504中; 还用于在检测到无法从网络侧接收到 ESG时, 通知 ESG管理模 块 501 , 启动所述 ESG信息生成模块 502;
ESG信息生成模块 502, 用于从存储模块 504中存储的 CMCT或 SMCT 中提取业务标识, 使用提取的业务标识生成本地 ESG, 并将本地 ESG保存在 所述存储模块 504中;
ESG管理模块 501 , 用于从所述存储模块 504中提取本地 ESG并呈现给 用户, 当用户选择某个节目后, 使用用户所选节目的相应业务标识从存储模 块 504的 CMCT或 SMCT中查找并提取相应的节目播放信息,并将其发送给 节目接收播放模块 503; 此外, ESG管理模块 501还用于接收信息接收检测 模块 505发送的通知, 删除所述存储模块 504中的本地 ESG;
节目接收播放模块 503 , 用于根据所述 ESG管理模块 501发来的节目播 放信息 (包括: 调制方式、 编码速率等)进行相应设置, 不断地接收节目数 据播放给用户; 节目接收播放模块, 一般为终端中的解调器和播放模块。
所述存储模块 504, 用于保存本地 ESG、 以及 CMCT或 SMCT。
上述装置中的各模块功能的一些具体实现细节见上述方法中的描述, 此 处不再赘述。
根据本发明的基本原理, 上述实施例还有多种变换方式, 例如: 终端除了在持续业务复用配置表(CMCT ) 或短时间业务复用配置表 ( SMCT ) 中获取业务标识外, 还可以从其它控制信息表(例如, 持续业务 配置表、 或短时间业务配置表) 中获取业务标识。
此外, 由于业务标识通常不会变化, 因此终端还可以将本地存储的 ESG (该 ESG中的节目播放信息可能已变化)中获取业务标识, 并将业务标识作 为 ESG信息呈现给用户。
工业实用性
釆用本发明的方法及终端, 在无法通过广播网络接收 ESG的情况下, 仍 然可以将 ESG信息提供给用户使用, 方便用户选择观看自己喜欢的节目; 此 外, 当终端无法通过广播网络更新 ESG时, 如果节目源发射子系统中节目源 与对应的业务标识发生改变, 终端也能及时地更新 ESG信息, 保证用户选择 收看正确的节目。

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种生成并应用电子业务指南信息的方法,其特征在于,该方法包括: 终端使用业务标识生成电子业务指南 ESG信息并呈现给用户;
终端使用用户从所述 ESG信息中选定的业务标识在持续业务复用配置表 或短时间业务复用配置表中提取相应的节目播放信息, 根据所述节目播放信 息接收节目数据并播放。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于,
终端从接收到的控制信息表中获取所述业务标识。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述控制信息表为: 持续业务复用配置表、 或短时间业务复用配置表。

所述控制信息表为: 持续业务配置表、 或短时间业务配置表。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述节目播放信息包括以下一种或多种的组合: 调制方式、 编码码率、 扰码方式、 字节交织模式和时隙数量。
6、 一种生成并应用 ESG信息的终端, 包括: 存储模块和节目接收播放 模块, 其特征在于, 该终端还包括: 信息接收检测模块、 ESG信息生成模块 和 ESG管理模块; 其中:
所述信息接收检测模块, 用于接收持续业务复用配置表或短时间业务复 用配置表, 并将其存储在所述存储模块中;
所述 ESG信息生成模块, 用于使用业务标识生成 ESG信息, 并将其保 存在所述存储模块中;
所述 ESG管理模块, 用于从所述存储模块中提取所述 ESG信息并呈现 给用户,使用用户从所述 ESG信息中选定的业务标识从所述持续业务复用配 置表或短时间业务复用配置表中查找并提取相应的节目播放信息, 并将所述 节目播放信息发送给所述节目接收播放模块;
所述节目接收播放模块, 用于使用所述 ESG管理模块发送的节目播放信 息接收节目数据并播放;
所述存储模块, 用于存储所述 ESG信息, 并存储业务复用配置表或短时 间业务复用配置表。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的终端, 其特征在于,
所述信息接收检测模块还用于从接收到的控制信息表中获取所述业务标 识。
