乳化柴油微波加热装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种柴油机使用乳化柴油如乳化水柴油或醇型乳化 水柴油等作燃料并能有效提高其燃油效率的供油装置,属于内燃机领 域。
背景技术
乳化柴油是一种在纯柴油中加入一定比例的水或水和醇等与专 用的乳化剂经充分搅拌混合而成的混合燃料,具有较大的功率,廉价 的成本、能够满足燃油锅炉和轮船等大排量的设有蜗流式燃烧室的柴 油机的用油需要,是一种能节约柴油的节能燃料,但是在使用过程中 我们发现了一些问题,例如:用乳化柴油直接进行冷机启动的效果差, 又由于乳化柴油的高黏度性质,如果长时间停止不用就容易出现部分 分离,这种情况下启动发动机,不仅会使部分柴油得不到充分的燃烧, 效率下降, 影响使用效果, 而且还容易产生有害气体,造成一定程度 的环境污染。此外, 由于乳化柴油是一种燃料, 它的最佳使用温度为
70-79 °C , 温度过高或过低都会影响其使用效果, 也会造成燃油的利 用不够充分。对目前已大量使用的直喷式柴油机, 因其直接将与环境 温度相同的低温燃油喷入气缸,严重影响了乳化燃油的使用效果。本 人申请的 200710134031. 6号名称为乳化柴油的高效助燃供油装置的 中国专利,公开了利用发动机冷凝水的热量为乳化柴油进行预热,可 使油温上升到 50°C左右, 再用电热管进行恒温辅助加热到 70- 79°C, 是一种节能型加热方案, 但由于刚幵机时, 发动机冷凝水的温度低, 不能起到加热作用, 电热管加热也需要滞后一段时间, 升温速度慢, 对于间隙性工作的柴油机或大型柴油发电机组等则不太适用。 发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服上述助燃供油装置的不足之处,设计一 种升温速度快, 油温稳定的乳化柴油微波加热装置。
本发明的乳化柴油微波加热装置, 其结构主包括壳体、 螺旋管、 微波加热器、 温度传感器, 所述螺旋管置于微波加热器的加热区内, 温度传感器设在螺旋管的输出端内, 螺旋管输入端与乳化柴油管连 接, 螺旋管输出端与柴油机进油管连接, 微波加热器的数量至少为 1 台。工作时,用温度传感器的输出信号经自动控制电路控制微波加热 器的工作数量和工作时间,即可方便的将螺旋管输出端的乳化柴油控 制在 70-79°C的最佳使用温度之间。
为了便于用微波对管内乳化柴油加热,所述螺旋管选用 PPR管或 聚丙烯、聚丙烯树脂、复合聚丙烯、聚酰亚胺制成的耐温塑料管, 螺 旋管的长度与微波加热器的数量相对应,螺旋管的内径与供油量相对 应。
为了使乳化柴油顺利通过螺旋管,可增设有增压泵,所述增压泵 串接在螺旋管输入端与乳化柴油管之间,即螺旋管输入端与增压泵输 出端连接, 增压泵输入端与乳化柴油管连接。
本发明的乳化柴油微波加热装置,由于微波能对螺旋管内的乳化 柴油直接加热, 具有升温速度快, 油温稳定等优点, 该装置既可单独 使用,也可与其它如冷凝水等预热装置配合使用。适合安装在各种使 用乳化柴油为燃料的柴油发动机的供油未端使用。可将供给柴油发动 机的乳化柴油保持在 70-79 °C的最佳使用温度之间, 有利于乳化柴油 充分燃烧,提高柴油发动机的工作效率和减少有害气体排放而有利于 环境保护。 是一种适合乳化柴油发动机使用的配套产品。

具体实施方式
附图非限制性公开了本发明的几个具体实施例,结合附图对本发 明作进一步描述如下。
参见附图 1, 其结构主要包括壳体 2、 螺旋管 4、 微波加热器 5、 温度传感器 3, 所述螺旋管 4置于微波加热器 5的加热区内, 温度传 感器 3设在螺旋管 4的输出端内,螺旋管 4输入端与乳化柴油管连接, 螺旋管 4输出端与柴油机进油管连接。微波加热器 5的数量为 1台或 多台, 具体数量可根据实际需要而定。工作时, 用温度传感器的输出 信号经自动控制电路控制微波加热器的工作数量和工作时间,即可方 便的将螺旋管输出端的乳化柴油控制在 70- 79°C的最佳使用温度之 间。
为了便于用微波对管内乳化柴油加热,所述螺旋管 4选用 PPR管 或聚丙烯、 聚丙烯树脂、 复合聚丙烯、 聚酰亚胺制成的耐温塑料管, 螺旋管 4的长度与微波加热器 5的数量相对应,微波加热器 5的数量 多时, 螺旋管 4的长度长些, 反之可短些。螺旋管 4的内径与供油量 相对应。
为了使乳化柴油顺利通过螺旋管 4, 可增设有增压泵 1, 所述增 压泵 1串接在螺旋管输入端与乳化柴油管之间,即螺旋管输入端与增 压泵输出端连接, 增压泵输入端与乳化柴油管连接。
所述微波加热器至少为 1台,当耗油量大或连续工作时间长,微 波加热器 5可选用 2台或多台,其结构如图 2所示, 图中的标号与图 1相同。 微波加热器 5可装在螺旋管 4的周围。
上述微波加热器 5中的磁控管可选用 2m210- ml或 CK611、CK140B、 2M167、 0M75S等型号, 微波加热器 5中的变压器选用与上述磁控管 相配套的 yh900c- 01或 yh900a- 01、 SCB9- 400、 SXF9/SG-1000 VA. WH50JWD1T等型号。
附图 3是本发明的乳化柴油微波加热装置用于车辆等中小型柴 油发动机的一种连接关系结构示意图; 图中的 20是乳化柴油箱, 21 是乳化泵, 22是柴油箱, 23是常开电磁阀, 24是常闭电磁阀, 25是 冷凝水换热器, 26是增压泵, 27是微波加热装置, 28是备用柴油进 油阀(当所有电设备出现故障时, 可以手动控制供给柴油), 29是柴 油发动机输油泵。为了使加热后的乳化柴油保持较高的温度,可在微 波加热装置 27与柴油发动机之间的输油管和输油泵上增设保温层。
附图 4是本发明的乳化柴油微波加热装置用于轮船等大型柴油 发动机的一种连接关系结构示意图。对于较大型柴油发电机组、石油 钻探,海上捕捞作业海运船及内河生产船、 内燃机车等大型柴油发动 机, 因耗油量大, 机房又有足够的空间, 可自行配制乳化柴油。其结 构主要是在图 3的中小型柴油发动机供油系统基础上,增设有乳化机 30即可。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、一种乳化柴油微波加热装置,其特征在于包括壳体、螺旋管、 微波加热器、温度传感器, 所述螺旋管置于微波加热器的加热区, 温 度传感器设在螺旋管的输出端内, 螺旋管输入端与乳化柴油管连接, 螺旋管输出端与柴油机进油管连接, 微波加热器的数量至少为 1台。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的乳化柴油微波加热装置, 其特征在于所 述螺旋管选用 PPR管或聚丙烯、聚丙烯树脂、复合聚丙烯、聚酰亚胺 制成的耐温塑料管,螺旋管的长度与微波加热器的数量相对应,螺旋 管的内径与供油量相对应。
3、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的乳化柴油微波加热装置, 其特征在 于增设有增压泵, 所述增压泵串接在螺旋管输入端与乳化柴油管之 间, 即螺旋管输入端与增压泵输出端连接,增压泵输入端与乳化柴油 管连接。
