본 발명의 실시예는 제 1기판, 상기 제 1기판 상에 형성된 음극, 상기 음극 상에 형성된 전자 주입층, 상기 전자 주입층 상에 형성된 전자 수송층, 상기 전자 수송층 상에 형성된 발광층, 상기 발광층 상에 형성된 정공 수송층, 상기 정공 수송층 상에 형성된 정공 주입층, 상기 정공 주입층 상에 형성된 양극, 상기 양극 상에 박판 금속 물질이 제 1 각도와, 상기 제 1 각도와 90° 이루는 제 2 각도로 교대로 패터닝된 와이어 그리드 편광판 및 상기 와이어 그리드 편광판 상에 배치된 제 2기판을 포함한다.
