Abstract
La présente invention concerne un équipement portatif de diagnostic (600) pour la lésion précancéreuse du cancer cervical comportant un système de détection par fluorescence incorporé (602) pour le cancer cervical, un système de détection de cancer cervical par coloration de l’acide acétique (604), et un système d’acquisition d’images (606). Le système de détection par fluorescence incorporé (602) comporte une source lumineuse (620) et un commutateur de source lumineuse (622). La source lumineuse (620) comporte une source lumineuse excitée qui fournit une fluorescence et une source lumineuse froide qui fournit une lumière blanche, et la source lumineuse excitée et la source lumineuse froide sont toutes les deux installées dans une coupelle de réflexion de lumière (624) avec un point focal déterminé. Le système de détection de cancer cervical par coloration de l’acide acétique (604) comporte un réservoir d’acide acétique (640), un conduit de pulvérisation (642) raccordé au réservoir d’acide acétique, un dispositif mobile (644) de conduit de pulvérisation et un interrupteur de pulvérisation (646). Le système d’acquisition d’images (606) comporte une caméra CCD à lumière faible (660), et la caméra CCD à lumière faible (660) est installée au centre de la coupelle de réflexion de lumière (624). Le système d’acquisition d’images (606) est connecté à un système de traitement d’images externe (700), et ledit système de traitement d’images externe (700) traite les images acquises par le système d’acquisition d’images (606).
