Abstract

L'invention concerne une machine de rebobinage pour créer des rondins (R) de matériau en bande (N) enroulé autour d'une âme tubulaire (A), qui comprend un moyen d'alimentation à bobine destiné à alimenter un premier cylindre enrouleur (12) en matériau en bande qui définit avec un second cylindre enrouleur (20) un berceau d'enroulement (21), un moyen d'insertion de l'âme (40) destiné à placer une âme tubulaire dans ledit berceau d'enroulement (21), et un moyen d'interruption de bande (70) destiné à sectionner le matériau en bande lorsqu'un rondin est terminé. L'âme tubulaire est introduite dans une zone (50) en amont, par rapport au sens d'avancement de la bande, un coulisseau (60) entre le premier cylindre enrouleur (12) et le second cylindre enrouleur (20) et dans cette zone intervient le sectionnement de la bande, grâce au moyen d'interruption de bande (70) qui supporte également les âmes dans ladite zone (50) les maintenant en contact avec le premier cylindre enrouleur (12). La machine de rebobinage selon l'invention est d'une fiabilité élevée, présente une structure optimisée de l'ensemble changement de rondin et comprend des moyens de réglage qui la rendent appropriée pour traiter une large gamme de rondins et de dimensions d'âmes tubulaires.
