Abstract
고속 패킷 억세스 시스템의 데이터 전송방법이, 단말기가 패킷버퍼의 크기를 포함하는 스케듈링 정보를 포함하는 패킷 데이터와, 단말기의 품질표시정보 및 응답정보를 각각 대응되는 업링크 채널을 통해 기지국에 전송하는 과정과, 기지국이 수신된 단말 패킷버퍼 및 기지국의 패킷버퍼를 각각 설정된 임계값과 비교하여 터보모드플래그를 결정하는 과정과, 기지국에서 전송되는 제어데이터의 오더포멧에 포함된 터보모드 플래그가 세트상태이면, 단말의 패킷데이터의 수신 및 제어데이터의 전송 동작을 중지시키고 다른 송신기에 할당된 송신전력을 패킷데이터송신기의 송신전력에 할당하여 패킷데이터의 업로드 속도를 높게하는 과정으로 이루어진다.
