Abstract

본 발명에 따르면, LED를 이용한 전조등용 방열장치가 개시된다. 개시된 LED를 이용한 전조등용 방열장치는, LED 모듈을 포함한 전조등로부터 발생하는 열을 방출시키기 위한 것으로서, 상면부에 LED 모듈을 고정하고, 하부로 갈수록 축소되는 단면을 가지며, 외주연에 나선형으로 나열된 다수의 냉각핀이 구비된 몸체부; 및 이 몸체부의 외부를 둘러싸며, 공기 흡입을 위한 다수의 천공이 형성된 흡입공기 가이드부를 구비한다. 이와 같은 LED를 이용한 전조등용 방열장치에 의하면, 차량의 외형 라인에 따라 흡입공기 가이드부의 형태를 다양하게 배치할 수 있으며, 차량의 주행시는 물론 정지시에도 방열구조를 가지고 있으므로 보다 효율적인 열방출이 가능하다는 장점을 갖는다. 또한 별도의 전원을 사용하지 않고도 흡입공기의 사이클론을 발생시키는 간단한 구조를 채용함으로써 고효율의 열방출 효과를 얻을 수 있으며, 특히 에너지 절약의 효과가 크다는 장점이 있다.
