Abstract
The invention relates to methods for testing construction materials, in which a sample is secured by the circumference thereof in a connecting and sealing device. Said sample is thermostated in a thermostatic chamber divided into a pressure chamber and a working chamber by the connecting and sealing device. On the pressure chamber side, the sample is exposed to the pressure of a liquid or gas medium which is inert to the material of the test sample. On the working chamber side, the sample is exposed to the effect of aggressive media and/or aggressive actions. The time taken for the sample to deteriorate under the given conditions is measured. The resulting data is used to calculate the service life of the material with respect to a given set of aggressive effects. The device comprises a thermostatic chamber divided into a pressure chamber and a working chamber by a connecting and sealing device, inert and aggressive media pressure sources, an inert medium pressure sensor, an inert medium flow sensor, a thermostatic device with a temperature sensor, an aggressive medium inlet, outlet and analysis unit, an aggressive medium source, sources of other aggressive actions, sensors for measuring the intensity of the other aggressive actions, a unit for controlling the sources of the other aggressive actions and a unit for recording, analyzing and controlling the working of the device. The invention makes it possible to carry out testing under the effect of aggressive factors.
