Abstract

본 발명은 간편한 방법으로 면취량을 조절하고 유지하여 세밀하고 정확한 면취 작업이 이루어지도록 하는 휴대용 면취기의 면취량 조절장치에 관한 것으로, 가공부재의 면취 위치를 안내하는 수평 가이드부가 하단에 형성되고, 회전에 따라 상, 하로 이동 가능한 면취량 조절구와 상기 면취량 조절구에 끼워져 상기 수평 가이드부 상부에 고정 결합되는 복수 개의 스케일홈이 형성된 스케일과 상기 면취량 조절구를 내부로 삽입하고 상기 스케일홈에 삽입, 이탈되는 고정바가 형성된 이동 하우징과 상기 이동 하우징의 내부에 결합되는 탄성부재와 상기 이동 하우징의 고정바가 삽입되는 소정 길이의 장공홈이 형성되고, 상기 이동 하우징 내부의 상기 탄성부재와 상기 면취량 조절구 사이에 삽입되는 고정 하우징으로 구성되어, 상기 고정바가 상기 장공홈을 따라 상향 이동하여 상기 스케일홈에서 이탈된 후, 상기 면취량 조절구를 회전하여 면취량을 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 면취기의 면취량 조절장치로써, 간편한 조작 방법으로 면취량을 정확히 조절하고 유지하여 작업능률과 품질이 향상되고, 상기의 구성요소를 간략화하여 제작이 편리하고 비용이 절감되는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
