Abstract

The present invention concerns a diagnostic device having a microchannel which is able to improve the accuracy and efficiency of diagnosis. The diagnostic device having a microchannel comprises: a sample storage location for receiving a sample which has been taken through a sample-introduction port; a sample-reaction barrier wall for preventing back-diffusion of the sample; a reaction area having printed thereon a micro-pattern comprising a hydrophobic substance, and containing a conjugation body dissolved in and transported by the sample in a microchannel area; a diagnostic area in which is formed a test line to which is secured a binder body for binding in an antigen-antibody reaction with the conjugation body and/or an analysis substance within the sample in the microchannel area; and a waste-substances zone where the reaction solution and a wash solution finally collect after the reaction in the diagnostic area has finished.
