市场上现有的采用远红外线板的燃气灶具,其远红外线板面积比 较小, 且为全部开孔, 孔形一般为竖直方向的。 这种远红外线板的不 足是火焰喷射角度不好, 节能效果不明显, 而且寿命比较短。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有产品的不足, 提供一种结构简单、 设计合理、成本低廉的远红外线板燃气灶具, 能够克服现有技术的不 足。
本实用新型采取的方案如下: 本实用新型包括包括外支架和炉 脖, 炉脖和外支架固连, 混合器安装于外支架内部底部, 点火器和燃 气开关分别固定于炉脖上, 点火器上安装有点火开关, 燃气开关连接 燃气管道, 并连接至混合器, 混合器上安装连接座, 其上由压片固定 安装蜂窝陶瓷板, 蜂窝陶瓷板的中心为实心, 边缘部分开有通气孔。
所述的蜂窝陶瓷板的通气孔向内斜。
所述的蜂窝陶瓷板为平板或凹板。

本实用新型采用了新型的蜂窝远红外线陶瓷板,合理设计了其通 气孔的位置和倾斜角, 且改为中心实心板, 大大提高了火焰利用率, 提高了节能效果。

具体实施方式
在图 1-图 7 中可见, 本实用新型是一种中心实心板远红外线环 保节能灶具, 包括外支架 2和炉脖 1 , 炉脖 1和外支架 2固连, 混合 器 6安装于外支架 2内部底部,点火器 3和燃气开关 5分别固定于炉 脖 1上, 点火器 3上安装有点火开关 4 , 燃气开关 5连接燃气管道, 并连接至混合器 6 , 混合器 6上安装连接座 7 , 其上由压片 9固定安 装蜂窝陶瓷板 8, 蜂窝陶瓷板 8的中心为实心, 边缘部分开有通气孔 10。
所述的蜂窝陶瓷板 8的通气孔 10向内斜。
所述的蜂窝陶瓷板 8为平板或凹板。

下面以下方安装覆盖物 11的凹形蜂窝陶瓷板 8为例, 简述其工 作原理。
打开燃气开关 5, 可燃气体通入混合器 6中, 打开点火开关 4 , 由点火器 3点燃混合器 6中的可燃气体,燃烧后其火焰可以通过蜂窝 陶瓷板 8边缘的通气孔 10直至锅底。 由于通气孔 10均为内斜式,加 之为凹形板, 火焰遇到锅底后向四周分散, 火焰非常集中, 火焰走过 一个 "S" 形, 在锅底停留时间长, 提高了燃烧效率。 又因为中心为 实心或者被覆盖物 11覆盖, 不能从中间喷出, 自然增大了雾化喷射 能力,压力比原来增大。当锅里的油水不小心溅入到蜂窝陶瓷板 8后, 由于中心下方被覆盖物 11覆盖, 油水可以暂时存在中心的通气孔 11 中, 最终必然会二次燃烧或蒸发掉。
采用本发明中的节能灶具可以带来如下的优点: 使锅底受热均 匀, 不糊锅底; 接住锅内溅落的油、 水, 并将其二次燃烧或蒸发掉, 节能环保; 炒菜时能起到营养不流失、 受热均匀、 不产生致癌物、 快 速出勺等作用。
