人们的生活及社会活动的加强, 人与人之间的交往也越来越重要, 而口腔 异味等问题另许多人困惑不堪, 虽然也有口香糖、润喉片等物品可以解决一时 之需, 但其废弃物又产生的新的环境污染, 如吃过的口香糖, 包装锡板等。

化器 7以及软体药液存储器位于阻液器与吸嘴之间,其中雾化器一端与阻液器 紧靠, 雾化器 7的电子加热装置与所述控制组件的控制线路板组合电连接, 药 液存储器一端插入吸嘴中与吸嘴间隙配合。 雾化器 7 (如图 3 ) 包括油嘴支架 706、 固定在油嘴支架 70'6外壁面上的导液装置 705以及固定于该油嘴支架内 壁面的油嘴座 702。 导液装置 705呈 "凸"字形状, 该导液装置的一端与软体 药液存储器接触。导液装置 705为多层泡沬镍网制成的导液装置, 或者为不锈 钢纤维毡制成的导液装置,或者为高分子多聚物发泡体及泡沬陶瓷制成的导液 装置, 本实施例中的导液装置釆用多层泡沬镍网制成。导液装置 705通过毛细 浸润作用将药液导至阻液片与油嘴座之间的空腔内, 在气流的作用下, 将小液 滴通过油嘴座 702上设置的喷射孔 703吸入油嘴座的另一侧,在电加热装置的 作用下, 液体瞬间雾化。 油嘴座 702的一端设有喷射孔 703, 油嘴座的另一端 安装有电加热器 701, 该电加热器可用铂丝、 镍铬合金或含有稀土元素的铁铬 铝合金丝制成, 也可制成片状体或环状。软体药液存储器包括腔体 101以及固 定于该腔体内的填充层 102, 填充层由聚丙纤维或绦纶纤维或尼龙纤维制成。
本实用新型的工作过程如下: 当使用者抽吸时为保健仪提供一个负压, 从 而引起执行组件及控制组件振动,气体感应器 4感应到该振动后将该振动信号 转变为电信号,启动控制线路板组合 3工作,控制线路板组合 3中的单片机 IC1 将收到的电信号经采样分析后转为幵关信号, 此时指示灯 D1在延时电路控制 下慢慢变亮, 同时从控制线路板组合 3输出的加热电流通过连接导体 5、 阻液 器 6导通到雾化器 7。 由于气流作用将软体药液存储器中的药液在负压作用力 下, 通过导液装置 705毛细浸润作用, 以微滴的形式将药液导至阻液片与油嘴 座之间的空腔内, 在电加热器 701的作用下, 使药液瞬间雾化。 药液雾化后的 大直径微滴在涡流的作用下附壁经溢流孔被导液装置 705重吸收,小直径微滴 悬浮在负压气流中形成气溶胶经喷射孔流出,再经壳体 8和软体药液存储器以 及吸嘴 9之间的间隙进入吸嘴 9中, 最终吸入到使用者的口中。
Claims
1. 一种口吸式便 雾化保健仪, 包括控制组件以及与该控制组件连接为一 体的执行组件, 其特征在于: 所述控制组件包括外壳, 以及安装于外壳内腔中 的充电电池、 控制线路板组合、 气体感应器以及用于与执行组件连接的连接导 体, 其中连接导体一端与外壳固定连接, 连接导体另一端外位于外壳的腔体外; 所述执行组件包括壳体, 吸嘴、 阻液器、 电加热装置的雾化器以及具有多孔结 构的软体药液存储器, 吸嘴的一端与的壳体左端固定连接, 阻液器过盈配合在 壳体中, 雾化器以及软体药液存储器间隙配合于壳体中, 雾化器以及软体药液 存储器位于阻液器与吸嘴之间, 其中雾化器一端与阻液器接紧靠, 雾化器的电 子加热装置与所述控制组件的控制线路板组合电连接, 软体药液存储器一端插 入吸嘴中与吸嘴间隙配合。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的口吸式便携雾化保健仪, 其特征在于: 所述控制 组件的连接导体上设有振动膜片。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的口吸式便携雾化保健仪, 其特征在于: 所述雾化 器包括油嘴支架、 固定在油嘴支架外壁面上的导液装置以及固定于该油嘴支架 内壁面的油嘴座, 油嘴座的一端设有喷射孔, 油嘴座的另一端安装有电加热器。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的口吸式便携雾化保健仪, 其特征在于: 所述导液 装置为多层泡沫镍网制成的导液装置, 或者为不锈钢纤维毡制成的导液装置, 或者为高分子多聚物发泡体及泡沬陶瓷制成的导液装置。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的口吸式便携雾化保健仪, 其特征在于: 所述软体 药液存储器包括腔体以及固定于该腔体内的填充层, 填充层由聚丙纤维或绦纶 纤维或尼龙纤维制成。
