Abstract

L'invention porte sur un système de filtration électrostatique de fluides approprié pour enlever des contaminants insolubles submicroniques connus pour former un vernis à partir de fluides tels que des fluides diélectriques. Le système comprend une armoire, une unité de commande par ordinateur et une ou plusieurs unités de filtration sensiblement cylindriques, comprenant au moins l'une parmi une unité de filtration d'eau et une unité de filtration électrostatique de contaminants. L'unité de filtration d'eau comprend un tamis moléculaire qui est conçu pour piéger les molécules d'eau tout en laissant le fluide cible contourner le filtre et comprend une cartouche remplaçable placée à l'intérieur du boîtier, avec un couvercle amovible pour faciliter le remplacement de la cartouche remplaçable. L'unité de filtration électrostatique de contaminants comprend un boîtier conducteur avec une cartouche remplaçable comprenant une pluralité de plaques électriquement conductrices et un milieu de filtration disposé entre les plaques conductrices. Après passage à travers chaque couche du milieu de filtration, le fluide cible est évacué de l'unité de filtration électrostatique de contaminants.
