Abstract

The present invention relates to a molding shaft having one end secured to one end of a tube molding machine for molding a cylindrical tube from a raw tube material (film) and the other end inserted into a cut portion. More particularly, the present invention relates to a shock absorbing device for a molding shaft in a tube molding machine. The molding shaft is divided into two parts of a front end and a rear end, and a magnet is interposed between the two parts such that the front end and the rear end are connected through the magnet. Thus, a fine impact that may be applied to the front end causes no interference to the rear end during molding, and a fine impact that may be applied to the rear end causes no interference to the front end during molding. The molding shaft of the molding machine is divided into two parts which are connected through the magnet so as to render the front and rear ends thereof free from mutual interferences (between front and rear ends of the shaft), such that the tube connection is accurately accomplished through a tube material guiding step, a joint alignment step, and a high-frequency and ultrasonic thermal splicing step performed at the front end, and at the same time a support to the cylindrical tube with a joint is transferred to a support member zone through a support roller and the cylindrical tube is precisely cut by a cutting portion at the rear end, and thus the tube molding process is continuously performed by the rotation of a screw driven by a forward/reverse motor arranged below the support member zone, and defectless cylindrical tubes (products) can be automatically molded.
